After agreeing to having our home reroofed, we realized that we needed to replace two skylights. That change was efficiently handled and Jeff did an excellent job in finishing the interior framing and installing the blinds. The crew that roofed our home and garage were very careful around our landscaping insuring roof removal debris did not damage the plants. They work quickly and efficiently with a thorough cleanup. An excellent experience with an outstanding contractor. Eric (estimator and project manager) provided thorough information and communication with USAA (our insurer). Eric said, when providing his estimate, that he would manage the installation....and he certainly did. He spent the entire day it took to remove old and install new roofing. He recommended and installed Certain Teed Landmark ClimateFlex Class 4 shingles which resulted in a $100/month reduction in my home insurance with USAA. Our new roof ads a new value to our home.

We found Anchor and Eric through a neighbor. We were looking just for a “facelift” on our 24 year old home. Eric was super helpful and willing to work with us on this smaller project. He had suggestions on how to bring our house out of the late 90’s without having to make significant structural changes. Our only “problem” was that the front looked so great in its new LP Smartside that we wanted to go ahead and do the rest of the house! Was pleasantly surprised that it was actually affordable since it was all out of pocket for us. Crew was always friendly and respectful. Kept the yard tidy. Having dealt with a few less than stellar contractors over the years, I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Anchor. And so so happy that we were able to refresh the entire house.

Joe and team were wonderful to work with. We did a new roof, vinyl siding, gutters, gutter screens and soffits. Anchor added finishing details the other contractors didn't suggest and still came in several thousand dollars below the other 2 bids we got. Joe was also very patient in explaining the flow of money from the insurance company to us vs. the value of the claim vs. deductibles vs. depreciation. He made the math simple for me.

Joe and his team were great. I reached out to other companies before them (companies that my insurance company suggested), and the communication left something to be desired. However, when I reached out to Anchor Roofing, I immediately got a response, and the communication was easy and efficient from day 1. Not only did him and his team replace the roof, but they got the roof supports up to code per St. Paul code, and got the insurance company to cover it. Him and his team completed all the roof work on time and did not go over budget. They submitted before and after pictures and documented everything they did. Stu and his team at Anchor did a beautiful job on our house after storm damage. He works with you through the insurance process, equipping you with photos, as well with counter comments.

Because of Stu, we now have a beautiful new roof and the latest LP SmartSide siding across around our entire house with just paying our insurance deductible and roof depreciation. His team also put in a beautiful board and batton for the peaks of our house.

In addition, one thing I really valued from Anchor is that they weren't done with the project until you were 100% satisfied, and that includes everything!

Anchor Roofing and Exteriors was an absolute treat to work with. They removed and replaced all of the siding on our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage. We primarily worked with a very nice and honest individual named Eric. I had reached out to them by phone and discussed the project. I then emailed Eric the scope of the project and he showed up the next day with an estimate in-hand. They were the most fairly priced and responsive contractors that I have ever worked with. We discussed the project in greater detail and within a day or so, Eric got us an updated quote and a 3D digital model. It was perfect. Everything was done within a couple of weeks, and it turned out exactly as we had hoped. Anchor handled everything. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. 5 stars well deserved!!

This review is for Anchor Roofing & Exteriors. In May, 2022, my house had hail damages, involving roof, siding and gutters. I called several contractors, including Anchor Roofing & Exteriors. The president, Stu Hudson, came to my house and made evaluation same day. Based on damages carefully observed and documented, he represented me to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf. Via couple of back and forth, eventually insurance payout was very satisfactory.
Then Stu helped me to wisely use the insurance payout. By adding a little funding, I replaced the roof and also replaced original vinyl siding with LP smart siding without touching minor dented gutters. This improved insulation and appearance of the house. I have to mention that his quotes for the projects are most reasonable when comparing with others.
Anchor Roofing & Exteriors worked on these projects. They are very reliable, careful and always following schedules and communicating when weather conditions changed. They completed projects with excellent quality professional work. I am very satisfied with their work quality.

Wow, Anchor Roofing just finished re-roofing our house and pool shed following hail storm damage from last summer and we're so pleased! We feel like we're living in a new house, the roof is gorgeous, top notch quality work! They had a crew of like 20+ that began work yesterday morning and were done today around noon, just a great group of hard workers. We have a fairly large house so was expecting they'd be here at least two full days, if not longer. I'm guessing they left the yard cleaner than when they started! The project manager, Eric, was so easy and fantastic to work with, a great communicator and very professional. If we ever have roofing issues in the future I know who we'll be calling. Thanks to everyone at Anchor Roofing for making what could have been a nightmare experience a very successful, stress-free one!!

Highly recommend Anchor Roofing & Exteriors! I've since recommended Anchor to 8+ families in our neighborhood because of the exceptional quality and care they put into the entire process from start to finish. It's clear that Anchor is a well oiled machine, with the added bonus of truly empathetical project managers that understand how important your home is to you. Anchor replaced our roof and gutters because of a hail damage. They were helpful during the insurance process, kept us up to speed, didn't oversell and educated us appropriately when needed. We have a larger home with a tricky roof, but Anchor knocked it out of the park in a timely manner without a single hiccup. Again, I highly recommend Anchor 10/10!

Anchor did a fantastic job on our shake roof. They started & finished on time, cleaned up every day, were very careful not to damage anything throughout the process. This is a really easy 5 Star review to give. I never thought that a full roof and gutter replacement would be so stress and drama free. From the estimation to the final cleanup, Joe and the entire team demonstrated first and foremost that they know the meaning of customer service. If you ever have had hail damage you are aware the roofing companies are lined up in your driveway wanting to fix your roof. While we got bids from some of them, we also decided we would reach out to other companies also. We certainly made the right call with Anchor. Joe provided excellent project management and coordinated with our insurance claim team. This included documenting upgrades that needed to be covered due to code changes. We have a large roof with many hips and valleys, so this was a multiday project. The roofing team from Anchor were always on time and worked hard all day even in stifling humidity and upper 90-degree temperatures. I highly recommend Anchor Roofing & Exteriors!

Anchor's workers showed up on time and worked hard all day until the job was done. They were courteous and professional and explained things if we had questions. They paid attention to detail but also did the job quickly. A hard thing to balance but it was done.

We had windows wrappings, gutters, "rubber" roof install, soffit and facia install, and a beam replaced. Each item had a specialist that made the work go quickly and look great aesthetically.

Anchor Roofing has earned a 5 star rating from me. I have had a roof replaced from hail twice before, and from those experiences, I learned to be very careful with selecting my roofing company. We had hail in early August 2020, and I had 3 different roofers come to my home to discuss the project. The largest outfit, like all the storm chasers, was pushing for us to sign a contract. The second outfit was too small and I was concerned about their capability since they didn't specialize in roofing. Anchor Roofing was a no pressure experience. Joe Larson came out to look at our roof, he pointed out all the areas where the existing roof was installed incorrectly, and he was clearly knowledgeable, honest, and we were sure this company would do a good job for us. We were not disappointed. Joe came to our house several times in advance of our roofing day to make sure the colors were correct for the gutters, fascia, and garage door. He had paint samples and used them on the actual materials to be installed to make sure they were exactly right. On our roofing day, Joe was the first person here in the morning and the last one to leave at night. He made sure the work was done exactly as it should be. I wanted everything buttoned up tight, and they did. My wife wanted our landscaping protected and Anchor Roofing used mesh barriers that stood up against the house to have the materials slide onto their tarps at the bottom, reducing the mess and protecting our plants and shrubs. From beginning to end, our experience with Anchor Roofing was wonderful. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, but my fingers are crossed that hail storms stay away from us.

We have had Anchor Roofing and specifically, Stu Hudson do a couple different roofing projects over the last decade and we have never been disappointed. They do what they say they are going to do on time, on budget with top quality workmanship. Anchor Roofing and Exteriors recently completed a now asphalt shingle roof on our Arden Hills home. They had just done a roof and siding job on our neighbor's house and we were impressed with the quality and timeliness of the project. Jake, the sales associate, stopped over and gave us an estimate to have our roof replaced. He worked well with the insurance adjuster and within a few days the job was scheduled. Joe and his roofing crew arrived early and worked efficiently, completing the tear-off and installation by later that same day. They even prepared and placed a ridge vent to help with ventilation issues we'd had previously.
Upon completion of the project Jake and the owner Stu had contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with the work they'd done. We certainly are and highly recommend them for any roofing and siding project!

Very responsive; Joe is an excellent manager and answered all our many questions. He also offered helpful suggestions in relation to our roof replacement (asphalt shingle, residential, 12/12 pitch, 50+ sq). The crew arrived exactly on time and the work was completed promptly and passed inspection. Note that this was all done after the pandemic began, from bid to completion. This presented no issues from either a crew or material standpoint and entry into our house wasn't needed.

Obviously time will tell, but our initial impressions are that the work was performed competently, for a fair price, and that the site was left in good shape. What more do you want? Recommended!

I have a home for sale and requested Joe to take a peak at what the inspector reported. Joe was there the next day, looked at everything, took pictures and video of my roof and then contacted the inspector. As it turned out the inspection was error and it was another house that had roof issues and not mine. Regardless, Joe was present, attentive and thorough and now I know my roof is in perfect condition.

Stu Hudson and his team at Anchor just put on a great looking, high quality roof for my home in Highland Park. They were all very professional and got the job done within a day and a half! They added ridge vents and made sure all was done right. And all during the process they were continuously cleaning up and keeping the job site clean from large and small debris.
