I used this company for a roof repair in April and it did go well. I needed another minor repair after the wind storm and each time I called 5 times!! Different days!! I was told I would get a call back. Never called back! Just kept pushing me off and now has delayed my job by weeks. I am fed up with contractors that can’t be honest and tell you they are too busy. Instead they just keep pushing you off. Don’t use this garbage company. They have no respect for repeat business!! Unbelievable!!

Handy from Top Notch Roofing was not only professional, but his knowledge and workmanship is A grade. We had a total of 5 roofing companies out to give us an estimate from where lightning hit our home. Top Notch was the only company who spent more than 3 minutes evaluating our roof. He removed the 20' x 30' tarps so he can give us a true estimate. He also replaced the tarps and sand bags back up correctly so the winds would not blow them away. The other companies that came out took less than 3 minutes and just peeked under the tarps. Top Notch was able to repair our roof in a timely manner. Top Notch was also generous by giving us a Military/Law Enforcement discount, which he did not have to do.

Missed a call from top notch the day of my schedule roof estimate. So I called back was not able to leave a message since voicemail was full. But I did get a text right away stating to please text. So I did. Andy never showed for the appointment. See the screen shot of my conversation. Horrible business. Look for another company to do business but top notch can't be trusted.

Handy at Top Notch Roofing is awesome! I A few tiles from my roof blew off & crashed into a million pieces when they hit the ground durring the last monsoon. I called Top Notch Roofing to get an estimate & Handy came to my property, assessed the repair & gave me a very reasonable quote. I scheduled the repair & he fixed it & cleaned up the broken tiles. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs!

Top Notch Roofing replaced my roof un 2016. We did not have any issue till one of the inspection mentioned a minor installation issue when we tried to sale the house in 2020. I contacted the Top Notch, and they agreed to come check the house, but never showed up. The roof installation comes with warranty, but it seems useless.

The installation went all right , but I hope they can proactive on warranty request in the future.

Handy Lanfowrd is excellent. He came out right away (on a Sunday!!) to look at the problem, even gave suggestions until Home Insurance Assessor comes in next few days. Didn’t even charge us!! Will definitely do business with Top Notch Roofing with roofing repairs. Thank you Handy.

Installed a new roof (shingles), gutters, and all new vinyl siding. Very skilled craftsmen, meticulous work and quality results. We are very pleased with their work.

Handy provided a printed detailed quote before he left after inspecting the house. It was very reasonable and seemed quite thorough. We needed a few extra days to decide on the color of shingle and they used that time to do all the prep work and flat roof work (a fair amount of wood replacement including fascia). So the actual installation was finally pretty quick. It looks great. They even painted the whirlybirds to match! Handy did a great job helping us with shingle selection and working with us through the whole process. We strongly recommend Top Notch.

Top notch was below the other bid I got even though they offered more. Didn’t have to wait long before they came, did a fabulous job and stayed with the price they gave me. I would highly recommend them.

They were referred to me by a friend and I’m glad they were because they did a great job at a competitive price and completed the job in the timeframe they specified, I couldn’t be happier with this company.

I called Mr. Landford at 4:50p Local in the afternoon, and he was at my house the next morning at 7:30a. Local.

He quickly diagnosed my problem, and as it turned out – I had a plumbing problem and not a roofing problem as I had previously thought.

Mr. Landford was prompt, courteous and helped me bring a swift resolution to my problem.

I HIGHLY recommend that you call Top Notch Roofing, LLC should you have a roofing issue.

Handy bid on my roof job a year ago 2019, June. He is a licensed and bonded contractor. He guaranteed his work. The roof is not repaired, he told me the last time I talked to him that he would make it right that was back in February. He also said he would return my money, to no avail. In a Better Business Bureau.reply, "Some people are just not happy." I don't imagine, if his roof was leaking leaking he would be happy either especially if he had paid to have it repaired . People are only as good as their word. Haven't heard a good word yet...

I had some loose roof tiles. Handy came out to give me an estimate and just reinstalled and glued the existing tiles. He only charged me a service call. I had another estimate of $450. Handy is very knowledgeable. If I ever need a roofing job, Top Notch will be the first one I’ll call.

The owner is very professional and takes great care to understand your job. His proposal is comprehensive and there are no hidden charges at the end. They started work on the day agreed and finished in the time he estimated. The crew cleaned up the yard every day. The owner is available to answer any questions you have during the project. The crew was pleasant and friendly to have around the house. I highly recommend Top Notch Roofing.

Guys came out the very next day after I experienced a roof leak and took care of the problem. Clean fast work.

Handy is a true professional, he took pictures of the roof, even included satellite pics to help explain the leakage problems. He gave a detailed solution for the problems along with what I consider a fair price, compared to prices from others. They were prompt, friendly, cleaned up every day and finished on time. Handy was great to work with. He was very thorough when he was doing the initial inspection of our roof in order to give us an accurate quote. He took pictures for me to see what was causing our leaks and spent a good hour between the attic and checking things out on the top of the roof. He gave me a very fair price quote. Once we made the choice to hire Top Notch, he came right over the same day and got us scheduled for our repairs the very next day! His men were on time both days and did an amazing job on all the repairs and clean up. The roof looks perfect!

Top Notch Roofing LLC is definitely Top Notch! Highly recommend Handy and this company! When he came to check out what was happening, he even checked an area that previous roofers from another company had done (we refused to have them return when we had another issue come up!) only to find out, by pictures Handy had taken, that it was poorly done. I liked the fact that pictures were taken of what was going on with this issue and he could actually show us what the problem was and how it would be taken care of. Handy is so so kind and, we feel, very fair in pricing! As we found out from previous roofers, you get what you pay for. Handy even had his roofers come out a day earlier than scheduled because of rain coming on our scheduled day! Like I said, this is a Top Notch company and we are extremely pleased! What an incredible experience with a trustworthy company. After having a leak come through during a storm I called Handy at top notch to come check it out. He came within one hour of me calling him which was amazing. I showed him the spot and he was as honest as could be and told me it was likely just a loosely sealed window, not the roof. No attempted upsell- just honesty!

I told him about another spot I heard water and so he got on the roof to check it out and unfortunately the roof was in poor condition. He gave me the option to patch, do partial reroof, or full reroof. His pricing was the best around and he said he could schedule in two weeks. They showed up on time every day, were courteous, cleaned up every day, finished faster then even expected and followed through on everything they said. These days, reliability goes far in my book and they earned my trust! Thank you to Handy and the Top Notch roofing team!

I got a very reasonable estimate from Top Notch Roofin (Handy is the owner) for replacing the underlayment on my tile roof. Without hesitation I engaged his team (hardworking professionals). They completed their task ahead of schedule (3 days vs 5 days) within the scope and budget to my satisfaction. There were some minor fixes needed which were fixed immediately by their roof repair team on the 3rd day itself. Overall I would recomment this company to anyone who is seeking to repair or replace their roof.

We went through over a dozen large and small firms, and sadly it was difficult to obtain quotes, let alone an honest one! Handy was honest and upfront and the quote included everything, no add-ons and the price was more than fair! Also final payment would only be made upon our satisfaction which wasn’t necessary but a comfort knowing this. Handy and his staff always communicated with us throughout the entire process. It was only a 4 day process and throughout the entire process they cleaned up the site immaculately every night. They didn’t even know we had pets to be worried for, that’s how conscientious they are! We really couldn’t give higher accolades than Handy and Top Notch and his workers! They truly went above and beyond and the name of the company. They exemplify the name of their company and is proof of their work! Our house is definitely evident and available for a reference! Having a family owned company for almost 100 years, I do know true honesty, quality, and workmanship, which they clearly exhibited tenfold!

Top Notch Roofing was quick to respond to my roofing needs. I just purchased my home and a few shingles needed to be fixed and a mortar pack sealed. Top Notch did a great job at a great price. Very easy to work with.

Had a great experience with this company. Very professional and explained all facets of the job. One thing that really summed things up was after completing the job, Handy said "If you have any problems, call me. This is your house. But, this is my roof!".

Top notch was great. We will use them for all our future roofing needs. They really took care of us. We never need to worry about our roof again, because we know we have “a guy” that we trust and will do anything in their power to take care of our needs.
July 2019 update. Scheduled three times and three times he never shows up, never calls. Very disappointed.

8-27-18. For 8-31-2018 between 2-3pm. I called Andy 2:30 pm to confirm the appointment. Andy said i’m running late. I asked him if he’s coming after 3:00 pm? He told me yes. 4:00 pm I called again Andy purposely didn’t answer the phone went to his voice mail & I left him a message asking him if he’s going to make it or not? Andy never returned my phone message. Why Do you want to Do Business with a company that will make you stay home waiting for Guy to arrive to give you estimate & Not only he’s a no show, but doesn’t bother Have the common courtesy to call back and apologize and say I have to reschedule it. I would have excepted that. But he didn’t care less about you have a thousand things to do on your day off & gave it all up for the appointment. Stay away from this company and Andy.

Like the name of their company says Top Notch Roofing; from start to finish they were absolutely top-notch! the owner was very professional and very fair pricing. The guys roofing my barn did a complete roofing on a new-build of my barn and did a very very good job! They paid attention to detail, not one complaint whatsoever. Absolutely great company, would refer to anybody who needs a roof done right. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere these guys are who you want to have working on your roof.
