My roof that was done by Chris with Homestead Builders was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! They are so professional, honest, responsive, detail oriented, & they went above & beyond my expectations in the process & finished roof! They made it SO easy on me, the best part was that the only thing I needed to do was pick out the color of shingles I wanted! LOVE my new roof!! Thank you!!!!

The crew led by Chad did work that was outstanding. making the decision to call Homestead Builders to take care of my roofing needs was the best decision I could have made. The owner chris was not only abrust on all of the insurance laws and Minnesota regulations but when i contacted him he was here the same day evaluating my roof and had an estimate. he contacted my insurance company the following day and made an appointment to start the roofing job the following week.. i have to say most roofing jobs are a mess removing shingles, etc., never until now have i witnessed such a clean crew, i was so shocked i began watching them because i’ve never witnessed a crew so organized, i had to laugh as my neighbors were watching them as well and a couple of my neighbors hired them as well. they did a great job and highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, timely and competitively priced--- Homestead Builders was all this and then some!! I needed a new flat roof and 1/2 shingled roof (with lots of different slopes and roof lines) plus new gutters installed. Throughout the whole project Jack was a super communicative Project Manager. The team worked quickly, used tech (drones) to capture and assess progress throughout the day and were respectful of property (with netting and tarps around the house and yard). Chris and Chad were friendly and educational-- offering expertise without being pushy. Def. recommend these guys if you need a new roof. Love the results-- thanks HB!

After a nasty hailstorm, our roof needed to be replaced. Chris was on top of the project from start to finish and did a fantastic job! He took care of working with insurance, securing samples of roofing material from which we could choose, made recommendations that were spot on and scheduled all deliveries and crews. He communicated well with us throughout the project, keeping us updated on everything. The work crew did a wonderful job of re-roofing and were meticulous about cleaning up debris from the job. We had confidence and peace of mind from start to finish and we would absolutely choose Homestead Builders for any work needed on our house.

As soon as the storm banged my house I knew I needed to roof. Storm came in super hard. Soon after the storm I called Carter. Homestead came the next day. Over the next couple weeks they came multiple times for the adjuster and picking shingles. Let’s say 5 or 6 weeks after the storm came and roof was completed. Everyone that came over or I talked to over the phone were great.

Excellent work ethic and experienced knowledge of materials and process. The staff is easy to work with answering every concern and taking action when needed.

Chad is so easy to talk to and really cares about your project. He will make sure the work is done right.
