Jim and his Tool Time Plus team are amazing. They were professional in every step. We added a front porch onto our home and it is well built. They are extremely neat and clean. Every night before they leave to go home, everything is cleaned up and all materials are put away. It didn’t look like a construction zone. They are very thorough and meticulous at a reasonable price. People who pass our home slowed down to look at his work. Neighbors up the street whom we never spoke to before compliment his work and tell us how nice our home looks. Thank you Jim for years of pleasure that we will have!!

It's a pleasure to write a highly favorable review for Jim Messina and his crew at Tool Time Plus LLC. Jim does meticulous work and is detail oriented throughout the entire process. He listens to what you have to say and strives to please. He has great respect for your almighty dollar and does everything possible to get the most bang for your buck. Happily, Jim also has great design skills and is more than capable of working out any thorny design problems that may crop up. I cannot imagine going to anyone else for the work I need to have done.

Well here I am again two yrs. later and once again I will say that ToolTime(Jim) is the best contractor in Sussex county. I have had him do several things for me in the past two yrs. The two more recent things that come to mind is that I had him replace a set of stairs in my home. Well he first wrote me an estimate for both things. The estimate showed how much it would cost plus the timeline of when he expected payment with each job. Well Jim came back to measure for the stairs first because he didn't want us to be inconvenienced being without stairs for long time, so he did as much as he could from his own shop. The day came and he put all the stairs in in one day. He cleaned everything up when he was done.. I am very happy with the results. Two weeks ago I called him again that my ceiling fan was not working and it was a fan I did not want to replace so within the week he came looked at it and told me he would try and get parts for it and let me know by the next day. Sure enough he found what he was looking for, sent me a price for parts and labor and came and fixed it.(It didn't take him as long as he thought so he adjusted the price) He always goes above and beyond so it confuses me by these other reviews.Perhaps it isn't the contractor. I would recommend him. He never let me down.I have an estimate pending for a larger side deck (he already did my back deck). Maybe there is someone else you are thinking of because ToolTime tells you everything upfront. He is certainly professional and respectful when I have dealt with him.A+ company
