We are having problems with our 2023 KZ Connect Travel Trailer. It has been at the dealership (Optimum RV) for warranty repairs for a total of 5 months now, and every time we get it back, they either don't repair it correctly or break something else and do a horrible job at trying to fix what they broke.
When we arrived at Country Classis, the owner, Mike, and his techs came outside and went over our trailer from top to bottom and inside and out. Took pictures and then spent 2 hours with us going over our concerns. Who does that?
Country Classic, that's who.
A wave of relief came over me, knowing that I was finally able to speak to someone with many years of knowledge and experience.
Instead of someone who thinks I don't know anything, even though I have owned RVs for 25 years. So, do you understand the 5 Star rating now?

Top notch RV repair. From leak tests to full rebuilds they can handle it all. They can handle collision repair and insurance claims. Heavy duty frame straightening and alignments. The painter John does amazing work and matches your paint perfectly. Mike and the whole team have a great attitude. Look no further for RV collision repair.

Had a rain leak in my 2022 Dynamax Force 34KD HD that the original dealer was supposed to have taken care of, but it was really leaking badly in our bedroom slide so I took Izzy's advice from Endless RVing and took my rig up to Country Classic Auto Body to have it repaired. Mike Sr. Was a real professional and explained what they would do to test for leaks and fix any found. They had the rigvover the Christmas and New Year time period and fix the leaks and certified the rig was now not leaking. It had a severe test with the 2 large rain storms and high winds and passed with flying colors !! NO LEAKS!!!
They are a great place to use and worth the long ride from South Jersey to get it done correctly!
I will use them again in the future without hesitation!!

We had work done on our 2021 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 roof which had rust, scratches, and excess sealant around an AC unit. They did a great job making it all dissappear and did a major repair on some unexpected body work around the AC unit that was butchered by the previous installer. I would highly recommend this shop for any RV or Van work in the north east. Most basic shops can't handle these types of vehicles, unlike these guys who are professionals in this field. I had a great experience with this shop. Not only is their work extremely high quality, but they truly care about their craft and your satisfaction. They stand by their work if things go wrong in the future, and also work with you throughout the process. Thank you guys for fixing our van!

I have a nice 5th wheel and not knowing anyone in the NY area, I brought it to Camping World for updates and repairs. Turns out they screwed up and caused more damage than it had when I brought it in. Michael(s), both dad and son who run the show at Country Classic Auto Body for the last 40 years, were able to fix my broken slide out and did it with precision and care. They worked with me in their busiest time of the year, and were able to get me on the road again before my next scheduled trip. I highly recommend this company for all things RV! They have a very impressive setup that includes racks for alignments and framework, spray booth and indoor work areas for the largest of trucks and RVs.
If you need anything from a semi to a Prevost worked on, this is the place you want to be!

Repairs are better than the manufacture would have done. Mike is so honest and we are so happy with the work that they did. We would highly recommend them for any repairs you need done to your RV.

We give Country Classic the highest rating possible. Mike Sr. and Jr. are honorable businessmen, which is so rare to find in this world.
We had a very large job on a 2001 Class C with extensive delamination damage on both sides. We're from Massachusetts and did our research calling as far as Indiana and Florida, but after sharing pictures with Mike Sr. and a lengthy and frank conversation, there was no question they were the best shop for the job. It's a scary thing to go with a company you know nothing about from far away, but without a doubt we made the right choice.
After taking off both the driver and passenger sides (full length), they discovered extensive wood rot on most of the window, door and compartment frames as well as the bunk floor over the cab and bulkhead wall. While the damage was far beyond what either of us had anticipated, Mike Sr. was willing to stick by his original estimate, but considering the extra costs, we found a solution in the middle. Had we asked him to honor his estimate, he would have! No one does that!
As for the quality of the work, Wow! Far beyond our expectations. Check out the photos...It's like a new RV, but better. They use superior materials to what the factories use. Better plywood, better sealants and one piece tall fiberglass to avoid the belly seam that often leaks. This project was like peeling an onion, one thing after another. But they took the time and said, "we're doing it right" and worrying about getting paid later. When finished, they cleaned everything and I mean everything.
We are so glad we made this investment with Country Classic Autobody and we cannot recommend them enough.

I was a tad skeptical of a place with only 5 Star reviews. Really? Not even a 4.9? But we all look for good reviews so I brought my Winnebago Forza Class A in. It needed some woobies on the bottoms of the basement doors fixed {My bad). Michael (the owner) did the estimate and said that one of the doors would probably need to be replaced, not skimmed, so the estimate was for $4200.00 which I agreed to. I only wanted it fixed correctly ,hoping that I had come to the right place. When we came to pick it up 4 days later, it looked brandy-new! Paint color match was perfect! And when I got the bill I thought there was a mistake because it was for $2800 not $4000! It seems that they were able to repair one of the doors instead of refabricating it. That and along with matching the paint so well that "Blending" was unnecessary so that saved time also. These guys are Pro's! Mike (Dad) and Mike (Son) are people that you can trust , their credibility is above reproach. If there were a Six Star Rating I would have given it to them.

Had some body work done this winter on my Winnebego Travato ( Class B) and a roof leak check. Mike and his son were very professional, friendly and the job turned out great. Country Classic knows what they are doing with RVs. I looked into standard body shops and was disappointed. My take -- don't go that route; go to Country Classic Auto Body. Glad I did!

Went to Country Classic for repair work on my RV. The owner and his son were absolutely a pleasure, knowledgable and accommodating. Subsequently I spoke with 4 major RV DEALERS in the area and ALL FOUR refer all their work the Country Classic and spoke volumes about the quality of work Country Classic RV Auto Body perform. I'm so very glad that I chose Country Classic for my repair.

We are full-time rv-ers and had a little mishap with a gas station concrete post. The resulting body damage was significant. We're unfamiliar with the area, had no idea where to go and our insurance company couldn't recommend a repair shop. The places we called couldn't even look at our rv for 2 weeks. A local rv dealer referred us to Country Classic Auto Body. When we called Mike and explained our situation, he had us bring in the rv the next Monday and he had us back on the road by Thursday with a new-looking rv. You can't even tell there was any damage. Mike was professional, sympathetic and if I could, I'd give his business 10 stars.

While I only needed a few repairs, all work was done quickly and properly. Great people to deal with. Highly recommend this business for your RV repairs. Ask about the pressure test.

October 2021, Up date, back again due to a tire blow out that damaged the wheel well area. Service with Mike, Mike and Melissa excellent the repair super. If they were full RV repair I would never set foot in ? World. They are my go to place for all collision repairs. 5 stars again!!

June 2021, We took our 2018 Reflection RV to repair the door that had met an ugly meeting with a mail box resulting in a 5" gash. Mike and crew repaired the gash and you cannot see where the damage was. The paint was a perfect match. He does Grand Design work and I was referred by Alpin Haus. The parking lot shows he does many other brands too. It was done within the promised time which I really appreciate. We are not going to loose any time camping. Estimate promptly provided after getting the info he needs. Sent pictures in by email, so avoided an unnecessary trip. A nice experience all in all. 5 star absolutely and I am a tough customer.

Their commitment to quality is second to none. I had them do a major repair to my class c rv. They did a complete rebuild of my over the cab bunk area. They also fixed major water damage in two other places. The end result was flawless. Thanks Mike for running such a good operation.

So hard to find honest, capable people to work on an RV in New Jersey. These guys rock! They took us in within days of our calling to make an appointment and they finished the job in two weeks. No surprises on the bill: the estimate was on the nail. Good folks who take pride in their workmanship.
