Giovanni shared some details with me about my potential eligibility for a roof replacement, funded by my homeowner's insurance, due to wind damage. Of course, this was subject to approval by an adjuster from my insurance company, which did happen eventually. The only costs I was responsible for were my deductible (which wasn't required upfront) and any additional uncovered damages discovered during the replacement. I did sign an agreement allowing them to file the claim on my behalf and essentially handle all dealings with the insurance company. This claim, however, was filed through a Public Adjuster - all of which was detailed in the agreement. I saw no harm in exploring if the claim would be accepted and was assured that if it wasn't fully paid, we could terminate the process at no cost to me. I did my homework on all parties involved and was satisfied with the results. I even visited their office, obtained information on other houses they had worked on, and inspected the work done. The actual roof replacement was accomplished in a day and a half, with most of the work done on the first day.
