We have a 23-year-old aluminum room with skylines in the roof. We we’re having some leaks, so I contacted the original installation company. They referred me to Tom, saying he was reliable and stood behind his work. Tom came out the next day for an estimate, which was very reasonable. Despite a couple of wet days delaying the start, the new roof was installed in just over a week. He was professional, responsive, and did a great job. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend him!

I called Tom Sawyer Roofing after a recommendation from a different contractor and I'm happy I did. The owner is kind, honest, and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. He is very timely and professional and his crew did a great job. He offered to repair a leak and gave us an honest assessment of our roof when other roofers in the area refused to do anything except replace the entire roof. We got a leak repair and a skylight replacement right before hurricane Milton and made it through without a drop inside. We've been trying to get someone to repair our lanai roof leaks for two years. Tom Sawyer Roofing was recommended and It was truly the best move we have ever made. Day 1: I called Tom to see if he could come and do an estimate. He said his son Mike was in the area working another project and have him come over. Later that afternoon Mike, his son, was on my roof doing an inspection, taking measurements, pictures and provided excellent suggestions. Told me that he would discuss the job with his father and get back to me the next day. That evening I received a text from Tom advising he discussed the job with his son, told me what his son found and gave me some suggestions for repairs. Day 2: Tom called with an acceptable estimate, said if he could get the materials he could do the job the next day. Day 3: The job was complete. We've been in Florida for six years and I can honestly say that Tom Sawyer Roofing is one of the best companies that I've experienced doing business with. Professional, Honest, Quality Work and Reasonably Priced. They will definitely be the ones I call when I need a new roof.

I appreciated his honesty, he said leak is not coming from roof that it is likely my skylight windows... Honest and trustworthy company with fast turn around time and great work. I called several companies and got a return call the same day from Tom’s Roofing. Came out and gave me options and saved me time and money, two days later I got return phone calls from two of the other companies and they said they couldn’t come out for two weeks to even look at it. Been trying for over a month to get a quote for roof replacement. Promised several days to come out, wouldn't show up. Would take days to respond to messages. Supposedly came out a few days ago when I was not home, however, three days later and still no estimate. Hasn't responded to messages for two days. Do yourself a favor - move on to another company. Very disappointed.

Roof replacement done right! Tom runs a single crew that focuses on quality work. Out of the 5 roofing companies that bid on the job, Tom was the only one to say you need to get a public adjuster to take a look. He suggested Seth Parr of Honor Public Adjusting. Tom took the time to revisit my house with Seth to point out the damage. When all the work was completed, our out of pocket expenses were less than 5% of the total costs of a $20,000 job.
