Butch has come by on two occasions: once was to look at my solar panel system, provide advice regarding steps that needed to be taken, and then he recommended someone who could do the work (and that recommendation came through); the second time he came by to look at a shut off valve that needed attention. Both times he was communicative, punctual, and respectful. Both times his work resulted in the problem at hand being addressed appropriately and comprehensively. Highly recommend Tokori inc!

Arthur is a very detailed, professional, and knowledgeable guy who is very down to earth. He came up with a good list of items that needed to be addressed and knows exactly what he is looking for. He even recommended me to a roofer that needed to look at potential problems and issues further which turned out to be big problems. He is probably saving me a lot of money for things that I would not have found. I not only hired him to do the initial but also to come back and verify that original issues have been corrected. I plan on hiring him at the one year walkthrough. I would not have found some of the issues he identified on a new house despite me having knowledge of general construction.

Arthur and the team were not only extremely friendly, but also extremely thorough. We were nervous about getting an inspector that would cut corners, but Arthur really left no stone unturned. We got the report the same day with plenty of photos and written comments on all the defects that we were able to use to help negotiate with the seller.

So we were visiting Delaware with my young newly wed daughter and her husband. They found a house that they wanted to possibly buy. We told them it would be smart to have a home inspection so they know exactly what they are getting into. I found the company it was a rainy Saturday. Jeff was very thorough over the phone and in person after he was there. After a very short time of being there he found enough stuff that they knew it would be way to much for them. Jeff contacted his company and they were very gracious in sending my daughter some of her money back. They totally didn’t have to do this. We are all from Arizona and they knew we probably would not need their service again. I was so impressed with their integrity and customer service. In my book this is a 5 Star company. Thank you Jeff and your team for treating people the way all companies should. She recieved the partial refund.

Mr Miller was always very generous with his time, focused and listened to all my concerns, and accommodated our rushed schedule. He was very fair in his pricing for his services, and gave us the re assurance we needed to address a few issues with our builder. I highly recommend and feel very confident in his skills, and personal service! Will hire him again fir a reinspection of the house after 6 months.

When we needed a home inspection, we asked our realtor for a recommendation. We asked her to find us an inspector who was knowledgeable and able to perform a comprehensive inspection. Tokori, Inc certainly fit the bill. Mr. Arthur Miller performed a thorough inspection of the property. From our first interaction Mr. Miller was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He contacted us immediately, discussed the process and expectations for his services, communicated effectively verbally, via email and text, arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He provided all reports in a timely manner and answered many questions as we moved through the process. We were complete satisfied with his knowledge and ability to provide a comprehensive home inspection, giving us a true look at the property we are purchasing through the eyes of a professional.

Arthur was recommended to me by another homeowner in my development. He responded within several days to perform an inspection to prepare me for my one-year final walk through with the builder this month. He was very professional, took his time to show me areas of concern (both small and maybe big). He took great photos detailing the areas that need to be addressed by the builder and gave me a punch list to provide to the builder. His turn around time for a complete report to include photos was less than 24 hours. I totally appreciated his care and concern during the inspection. Arthur explained areas in the home that I need to be aware of and he took his time to make sure I understood. He even showed me the breaker system and what to do in the event I need to reset it and had me physically do it while he watched. He found an area in the garage that could have been a potential problem for me as I am not tall enough to have reached the manual pull for the garage door. He fixed that for me. He also found some more small things that his son fixed at no charge which I really appreciated. I can only say you can't go wrong using his services and you will not be disappointed.

Arthur went above and beyond for a customer that had an inspection done. The heater in their new home was not working and when our client shared a photo of the thermostat Arthur recognized the fact that it was not the thermostat that was there on site the day of the inspection. Seems the seller took out the nest thermostat and replaced it with a thermostat that was either not functioning properly or not installed properly by the homeowner. We are currently working to get the situation resolved. Thank you so much Arthur for doing a great job you have done a great job for many of my clients

Arthur from Tokori was very prompt to meet us at our prospective new home. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He took his time and encouraged us to look at everything and try out the appliances to be sure they are in working order. His report pointed out several items, most of which are cosmetic fixes, some a bit more serious. But thankfully nothing terrible.

Being a Home Inspector you always judge other inspectors by how dedicated they are to their profession. As an investor & home inspector I have to hire my own inspectors to not create a conflict of interest. I must say, Mr Miller is not only very professional but very dedicated to the profession. It was pouring outside yet he climbed up the ladder to the roof in the pouring rain. (That is dedication) Besides that, Mr. Miler is not just “an inspector” he is a “Master Inspector” In short, if you are looking for a guy who takes his job seriously & will give you a thorough report Tokori & Mr Miller is who you want. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Tokori. Arthur was qreat. He was very responsive and provided an organized, detailed and very well written new home ‘punch list’ report. Pictures were included after each section. There was no delay as well. He had the report to me the very next morning. What was most impressive is that he went beyond what’s was expected by returning to enter the attic [that was apparently sealed shut] for no charge. He had to drive quite a distance as well. I never would have expected that! This is a solid company that does well by its customers.

Arthur Miller did a great job inspecting our would be home. He spent over 3 hours on a very thorough inspection, finding many defects, including some in hard to reach places. We backed out of our contract on the home and it saved us a lot of money and a big headache. We hired him to inspect our next home as well.

Arthur is amazing to work with! We are building a home in Delaware, but live in CT so getting there and keeping an eye on things is challenging. Arthur has been there with a critical eye and lots of advice all along the way.
