Toby and his team built us the practical family home our young family would be able to grow into and love for years to come!
When people ask me why we choose TMC we quickly point out that Toby took the time to get to know our family and the needs and desires we had and then worked to make it economically feasible for us. His talent with making space usable and classy is 2nd to none.
Toby was at the site with a hammer in his hands. Subcontractors knew him and commended his work.
He is honest with his buyers, worked hard to make our dream a reality, and does amazing work! If we build another home, it will be built by Tobias Marman Construction.

They patched my house back together after a major plumbing job. They made very precise measurements to give me an accurate quote. Price was very fair. They did a timely job and had really good communication throughout. I would definitely use them again!

I had hired a draftsman to help design a large complex high end home. The plan was great, but had roof line and load bearing issues that I could not correct. I contracted Tobias Marman Construction to help finish the design and build. Tobias and his team quickly resolved the blueprint issues! Timely, detailed work, plus a building quality level that was excellent.
