TMP Roofing and Construction

Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In 2021 Mark inspected my roof and said I had enough hail damage to make an insurance claim. I contacted Allstate insurance and my roof was inspected for a much lower amount of damage than the actual amount.. Since Allstate estimate of damage was only $300 above my deductible I initially decided that it was not worth it to get my roof replaced. Mark recommended we hire a public adjuster to challenge Allstate insurance low ball estimate. I never knew such a thing (public adjuster) existed. Mark contacted his public adjuster and the public adjuster's damage estimate was over 10 times the amount of Allstate insurance estimate. Allstate did not agree with the public adjuster and refused to pay for the actual damage dollar amount. So Mark then recommended we hire his attorney. I agreed with Mark and Mark's lawyer was able to get Allstate insurance to pay for the actual amount of damage. Today Mark installed a new roof with top of the line shingles and Ridgeline vents. His crew completed the entire job in 1 day. It looks fantastic. If it was not for Mark's knowledge and persistence, I would not have a new roof. I didn't know a home owner could challenge an insurance company by hiring a public adjuster and attorney but Mark did.. Mark deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Mark and TMP roofing.

Had my roof and gutters replaced along with some paint work through TMP roofing and the quality and service were impeccable. Mark was fantastic to work with - honest, dependable, and great communication. Highly recommended!!!

Unbelievable experience. Mark Martin, the owner is top notch, ex police officer. Very knowledgeable and hands on - met with my adjuster and ensured they purchased my roof among other things. He totally installed a new roof AND painted my exterior AND stained my deck all for well under what I was expecting. He also did NOT charge me a penny until the work was 100% completed. I can not say enough about this company or this guy. Definitely recommend I have no affiliation with him - he cold called me after the bad June storm.

TMP Roofing is a fantastic resource for a new roof. They use the best roofing materials, consult with you on color and style of shingles and are very understanding and flexible in timing, working with adjusters and insurance companies and with your needs. If utilizing insurance and using a claim from a storm you may actually get fences, window screens, gutters, patio furniture, vents, air conditioning units or other damages repaired and covered and TMP can handle that also. I would highly consider working with TMP given the broad spectrum of quality, pricing and types of roofing companies out there - as some do not do quality work or finish at all, some overcharge you and some use low grade materials. We are happy with all repairs and our roof done by TMP Roofing.
