Through the whole process, Tucker Roofing was very professional and open about what needed to be done (roof and skylights) and the cost. Eric was there the first few hours they were on the job and came back the next day to make sure we were happy and to even crawl into out attic (on a very hot day I Texas) to make sure the pipes looked secured. I cannot say enough good things about Tucker Roofing. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to all our friends and family.

I recently had Tucker Roofing redo my townhouse roof. I chose them because Eric took the time to give me a detailed written estimate, answered all my questions and promised me it would be done correctly. In the past before I bought the place, the roof was done very poorly and it had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. The crew was polite and cleaned up very well afterwards. Aaron Ray with Tucker Roofing responded quickly to my request for a roof inspection due to a leak from 1st floor window during a severe storm this morning. I know he was swamped with calls but he kept his word to come out today. After a thorough inspection of the affected area we both came to the conclusion the leak was not the result of a roof issue but most likely a brick and mortar problem. He did a great job examining every square inch and was very pleasant to work with. Tucker Roofing installed our roof 5 years ago and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Our house was hit by a hail storm several months ago. We weren't sure where to turn.
Even though Tucker Roofing is a local company right here in the DFW, they were recommended to us from someone in another state, so their reputation is far-reaching.
They were great at negotiating with our insurance company to be able to get us the best claim possible.
They were very careful about protecting our beds and our yard and I haven't seen a single nail lying around since they left.
They did excellent work. They replaced our decking as well as the roof. The crew came and got everything done in one day. They also brought in an excellent subcontractor to replace our guttering.
I have no regrets about having Tucker Roofing come and do the job for us.

Eric at Tucker Roofing was wonderful to work with! Kept me informed along the way and gave me several different shingle options. I went with the Malarkey black oak with the black gutters which gave my house a modern look, which I was going for. I was also able to get a discount on my home Insurance with that type of shingle. Wish my mother had listened to Eric when she had him out. Instead, we took the advice of another roofer from another company, set up an adjustment meeting that was denied. Should have listened to Eric when he told us there was no damage and to wait for another storm. Now we’re fighting an increase because of the claim my mother made even though it was denied. Only will use Eric from this point forward

Tucker Roofing exceeded my expectations. This is not an easy task... We had the roof repaired around the chimney and all vents sealed and painted. The repair shingles matched the existing ones perfectly. The roof looks much better. They provided an estimate and ended up billing me a little less. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Awesome!

I have a tremendous amount of industry knowledge & have dealt with Tucker for many years in a roofing capacity outside of residential. I've witnessed firsthand their attention to detail & customer service. They have amazing, knowledgeable & friendly project managers that are on-site for the homeowner during the entire job. Israel managed my home project & was outstanding. They arrived on time & prepared me for the entire schedule of events. Everything was covered from plants to the pool. I went with impact resistant shingles due to the increases in insurance rates. The small upcharge should save me from making a future claim. The small things are what separates roofing companies:
cover pool, cover plants, removing all waste from the ground especially nails (which I found zero), full time project management that is employed by Tucker Roofing, the sales person was present when the job started, in-house shingle/color consultation (they look at photo's of your home to determine the ideal shingle/color...they're good), zero cut corners & the highest tier of professionalism. When you call; they respond-immediately. I'm also familiar with the owner; due to his high moral standards, faith, character, attention to detail & community outreach I was grateful to contribute to their organization. The display of character runs true to the people in the organization from the secretary to the crews. Thank you to Eric (sales), John (owner), Israel (PM), Steven (director of operations) & Adam (sales manager/roof design consultant extraordinaire). I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case it was well deserved. Thank you.

Had 3 turbines replaced and 2 satellite dishes removed. Process was very easy from start to finish. Our rep, Aaron, came out and quickly assessed the areas of concern along with the solution to fix it. Once we agreed to the repairs, Sixto came out and did a great job - you can't tell we ever had satellite dishes on there. The new turbines look amazing as well. Highly recommend Tucker Roofing if you are searching out roofing contractors.

From the first contact with Aaron Ray, Tucker Roofing was great to work with. They coordinated with my insurance adjuster to make sure the both the independent inspection and the adjuster inspection captured all of the needed work on my 10 year-old roof. The installation team was prompt and completed the work in the timeline provided. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

As part of the roofing we needed to replace all of the decking on a low slope section of roof that required impact resistant special material to meet code. This area also needed to show no nails as the bottom of the roof decking is visible when on the balcony it covers. I prepped the panels with Certainteed Flintastic primer on the top and primer and 2 coats of ceiling paint on the downward facing side. Adam quoted the re-decking of the 312 sqft balcony roof in a cooperative way. Eric and his team obviously took great care when moving the panels to the roof and placing them. That care is exceptional for a roofing crew. See photo. I have not yet figured out the colors on the cross beam, but the rafters were painted in advance to get a sharp two tone edge with no painting skill on the owners part.

They were able to finish the house in a day. Most important of all, I have a neighbor whose standards are higher than me, but her standards are not higher than Tucker's. She was very happy with the lack of damage and with the clean up. Workers seemed happy. Nobody got hurt. The Certainteed Landmark ClimateFlex impact resistant shingles may have been part of it, but all I can say for sure is that they seemed happy about the work.

Tucker was great about following up with the Class IV paperwork which should save $800 in insurance premiums in the first year. They also submitted the documentation that produced a check from the insurance company for an adjustment - after they had been paid by me.

It is not possible for me to say enough positive things about Tucker Roofing Systems. Aaron Ray did an outstanding job. Each phase of the project was done professionally with great quality. We will be a repeat customer. I would use them for all my roofing needs and would recommend them with an A+.

Contacted Tucker Roofing about an intermittent roof leak that our builder was unable to resolve, Aaron Ray came out to take a look. He took his time and took a lot of pictures and was able to show us and explain why this was causing our roof leak. In about a week, our roof was repaired and is no longer leaking, I waited for a few storms to confirm prior to writing this review. Will be using Tucker Roofing again in the future.

We used Tucker because a friend of ours started working there and absolutely raves about the environment and the people. I looked up the reviews and saw that they were excellent and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad we did. Eric Gigon was prompt and thorough. The crew was on time and did great work. We got weathered wood from Malarkey. Malarkey's version of weathered wood is a bit more "consistently grey" than the TAMKO version we had prior and it looks wonderful!

The BIGGEST reason for this review is because Tucker also decided to be a platinum sponsor of my late Fathers memorial Disc Golf tournament. This was completely unexpected and an AMAZING surprise. They fixed a section of my roof and after a big blowing rain the roof started back leaking again I call them and they came right on out and founded the problem it wasn't the roof but my bricks had cracks in them and blowing rain would come in from behind the bricks into one room but Tucker fill the cracks and fixed the leak. We had our hail-damaged roof installed by Tucker Roofing, right before Snowmaggedon 2021. Boy, were we worried that it would hold up, because they also arranged for installation of new gutters/gutter guards and aluminum siding on our fireplace and bay window. But that was all for naught. Our salesman, Eric G. checked on us immediately following the storm to ensure their craftsmanship held up. Of course it did! Tucker does fabulous work, especially when it came to the catch-all system…we did not find one roofing nail in our yard or pool deck when all was said and done! Two of our neighbors were so impressed, that they engaged Tucker Roofing as well!!

Eric Gigon and the whole Tucker staff is great. We filed a claim for wind damage with 80+ missing/damaged shingles on a 2,000sqft house. Insurance (State Auto) refused to pay claiming that it was “repairable.” Eric walked us through the steps to fight the insurance and gave us the contact of a very good public adjuster, eventually getting us approved for a full replacement. Even though it was a 7 month fight, Eric was there every step of the way and was always quick to answer questions, give recommendations, come to our house to tarp the damaged spots, and meet with inspectors/ adjusters even on short notice. The fact that they rode it out with us for 7 months rather than just saying “sorry, they’re not going to cover it” and moving on to another job speaks volumes about Eric and Tucker Roofing as a whole. I truly feel like Eric was personally invested in us, and wanted to make sure that we weren’t taken advantage of by a terrible insurance company. I 100% believe we would not have gotten a full replacement if we didn’t choose Tucker Roofing. I highly recommend them.
