Village Roofs has been an absolute joy to work with. After driving by homes in my area for months with other roofer's signs in the yards, I was thinking it would be early fall before my roof could be replaced. Once I called Village Roofs, it was only a couple of weeks before the work was started, and the delay was on my part. I worked with Brandon, and he has been an absolute delight to work with. He has kept me abreast of everything, even sending me pictures of the progress. I totally recommend Village Roofs for any roofing and gutter needs.

I had an excellent experience with this company. After identifying hail damage, they worked with the insurance adjuster, including attending her inspection, and got me the maximum claim. The installation team used the best materials that come with a written guarantee, and their attention to detail was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly and were great to work with. After the job was complete, a minor problem came up and within 30 minutes of me reporting it, they had someone come to inspect it. Someone then came the next day to make the repairs along with a customer service person to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and assuring me that if there was ever any problem, just let them know and they will take care of it. A great company that i highly recommend.

After a bad hail storm, I received at least 20 flyers on my door from roofers. I didn't know who was legit, so I decided to go with someone local. I reached out to Village Roofs and was pleasantly surprised at my initial phone call. Brandon was there to help answer all my questions and walk me through the process. He told me up front everything that would take place, from working with my insurance company to clean up after the roof was repaired. Brandon sent me pictures of each process and kept me informed of the roofers' progress via text message. After seeing the completed roof, I am so happy that I decided on Village Roofs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Village Roofs did an excellent job from coming out and assessing the hail damage to my home to actually handling the claim for me.
I liked how they looked the property over from ground level to the roof. That was one of the main reasons I chose them to handle my claim. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even met with the claims adjuster when the adjuster went over the property to see what damage was done.

This is a top notch organization who produces a beautiful roof and communicates well with their clients, discussing any concerns or unanticipated changes . Dan really researched the appropriate roof for my 1915 historic store and discussed several options , coming up with the best option for the project. There were many issues to consider in putting on the new roof because vultures had destroyed a semipermeable membrane roof that was installed just 6 years ago and the pitch of the roof was less than a 1/12 pitch. Village Roofs are experienced, reputable, talented people who did an excellent job. I will hire them for future work.

I called and explained to Brandon I had a leak in my bathroom and they came out to my house within a few days to assess the damage. We found out the pipe boot was not installed correctly by another roofing company (new construction 5 years ago). We have three on our roof! They all had to be replaced and the leak was found. Village Roofs scheduled our repairs within a week and the damage was fixed! They were prompt, courteous and a fair price!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced!

I had Village Roofs replace my roof and gutters after a bad summer hail storm. Everything from start to finish was handled quickly and professionally. The only issue I had was a couple gutter seams leaked, I took a couple pictures of the leak and within a couple days they had returned and had the leaks fixed and no more leaks from the gutters. I always recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again if I need any future work.

Sue and Dan are fantastic as well as their crew. Had gutter guards and new roof. Excellent service. The crew was on time efficient and kept yard clean. Will definitely use them again if needed. Also worked with my insurance carrier to help recover funds from hale damage. Use them…period.

I needed to repair a leaking spot on my roof. Village Roofs did not install my roof but I contacted their salesman, Brandon Mullis, and he was more than happy to examine my roof and commit to repairing it to my satisfaction. The repair was done quickly and successfully. The repairman was courteous and very professional.

Village Roof was very easy to do business with and they did a complete job quickly for our Pool/Guard house at our Elks Lodge. The roof we had was extremely old and had been shingled over multiple times in years past, so the removal was not easy. It looks great and has made our Lodge grounds and pool area look much nicer.

After discovering a leak in our roof prior to Christmas Dan Reinis came out, inspected the roof, identified some nail pops, and caulked them. Then he worked with our insurance company and got a new roof above. Dan was most helpful when we were selecting the shingles to use. The actual work went smoothly. We are greatly pleased with the results.

Called Village Roofs on a Monday morning just needing someone to come and check on a gutter issue we were having- not expecting same day service of course, but that is exactly what we got. They sent out Raul and Lupe that afternoon and quickly and efficiently took care of our issue. They took pictures of everything, gave us recommendations, were transparent about the entire process and the cost was very reasonable and fair. Can't recommend Sue and Village Roofs (and Raul and Lupe) enough for roof and gutter needs!

I have had Village Roofs come on 2 times where I have had indoor leaks, both times the situation was handled quickly and very professionally. While some storm damage was identified, it was pointed out that the roof was still basically good at this time. Repairs were made to seal the leaks and annual inspections were recommended to look for any future issues. All inspections are provided at no cost. What amazes me is the "street" walker contractors who proclaim an entire new roof is needed without ever coming onto the property. I prefer the hands on inspection and recommendations I receive from Village Roofs. The work has been efficient and very reasonable.

Village Roofs made the entire process of having our roof replaced very easy. An inspection was done in a timely manner and Brandon went over our options in great detail. I was told the project would take 5 to 7 days, depending on the weather. The materials were delivered and work was started exactly as we were told. I was sent texts (with pictures) throughout each day showing the progress of the job. The crew got to work quickly each day and kept the job site clean. Village Roofs recently completed a roofing job (prompted by water damage, leading to an insurance claim) on our home. This included multiple sheets of replacement decking, trim replacement and gutter installation. Brandon was very thorough in his initial assessment and estimate, including identifying the cause and solution for the water damage and relayed what to expect while the work was happening. He also kept us informed throughout the process with constant messages and pictures of the progress. The crew were very efficient and cleaned up the site well, when finished.
The roof looks great. And knowing the job was performed correctly and will hold up for many years to come means I can sleep well. Even when it rains again :-)

My wife and I had a great experience with Village Roofs. They were quick to reply, and their work looks great. They also guided me though the insurance process and helped us to get more insurance funds toward our new roof. They had to reschedule our roof installation due to a family emergency, and they were able to schedule us the very next day. I would highly recommend them!

I asked in advance if they were able to repair my roof, if my insurance would not cover the replacement. I was told it would not be a problem. I asked for three estimates, one for repair only. They only provided a replacement estimate.

I asked again for the repair estimate and told them we would pay out of pocket. Weeks after the initial visit, I finally received a response that they will not do the repair, so I am calling another roof repair service to hopefully fix my leaky roof.

They say on their home page that they are a repair service, but apparently, they are only interested big ticket replacements. If you are looking for a repair, I wouldn't bother.

Our lodge had a very old, double shingled roof that needed to be replaced as well as a shed roof. Village Roofs came out and explained everything they would do for this project, and gave us a very detailed and competitive quote. After contacting Sue for an estimate, she replied back very quickly and set-up the installation within a week. We are very pleased with our gutters & downspouts on our barn and the installers were professional and changed the elbow directions on our downspouts after the work was completed. They also left the work area clean.

Excellent service. We originally had them come out to fix the rubber gaskets on our vents stakes on an aging roof , which they completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Their inspection while on the roof was that there was alot of hail damage, and that I should reach out to my insurance company. I followed their advise. Village roof met the insurance adjuster on site and showed them the issues. The end result was I was eligible for a new roof minus my deductible and a few add on items.
Village roof assisted with the insurance process, sent us pictures, samples and communicated during the entire process. They installed a new roof and did a great job!! On time and in budget!
BONUS INFO! This was all done at investment property. I live in NJ and they left me feeling so confident that all this was done without me having to ever be on site. VERY PLEASED!
