Stag construction renovated our master bath which included tearing out our small tiled shower and garden tub. They built a new walk in shower where the tub was located. They were professional, respectful, understood what we wanted, kept us updated on progress, and made great suggestions. Our finished bathroom is beautiful and what we envisioned.

We contacted Stag with some drywall replacement repair that needed to be done for a house we are putting on the market soon. They got out to us fast, and were willing to make time in their schedule to get the work done as soon as possible. Had a great bathroom remodel experience with Collin and the entire team at Stag. I got my master bathroom totally redone and the 1-day remodel upstairs where a bathtub was converted into a much larger shower. From start to finish the process was great. They use top-notch materials for the remodel and the employees doing the work were very skilled and took great pride in their work.

Stag Construction just completed my shower replacement due to a previous contractor's poor installation. Stag/Collin Humphrey and all of his employees did a great job! They were very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted in my custom shower! There was enough tile leftover for a backsplash, so Collin and his Tile guy, Freddy were happy to accommodate me for a very reasonable price.

Stag Construction just finished a full remodel of our master bath and did a wonderful job! Collin and his team were able to take a 1980s bathroom that had a very small shower, a ridiculously shallow bathtub with a massive surround, and a too short vanity with not enough storage and turn it into a beautiful, functional space. All while being very pleasant to work with. We're so pleased with the final result!

Stag Construction took an old barn shed that was falling apart and converted into an incredible she shed. On budget and on time.

Colin, George, Freddy, and dad did an excellent job with remodeling my shower. I had a very tiny shower with a crack in the lining of my construction grade shower floor. It was recommended by several people that I have it replaced. Colin was very personable and listened to what I wanted. At every juncture, he made sure I was involved in picking out my products and offering choices. I went to Floor and Decor as suggested by Colin and a designer helped me pick out the right supplies. They were kind enough to send the information to Collin in an email, so he would have the right information. George who did most of the tearing out and replacing came right in and explained each process as he completed it. He showed me that my wall was not straight and I was concerned about the finished product. He said it would look great at the end. What I appreciated the most was when he finished each day, he showed me the progress and told me what the plans for the next day. He was extremely professional and courteous. Freddie did the tile work and he was extremely efficient. He mopped the floor when he finished for the day. He came on a Saturday to complete the tile and again I had mopped floors when he finished. George came back on Monday and did all the final touches. As you complete a project you worry about the little things. I noticed the outdated light fixture and George asked if I wanted to update it while he was here. I said yes and Colin picked one up for me and I love it. I didn’t have a shower nook and now I do. I wanted to prepare for aging in place so I got a shower with a very low lip and a teakwood seat. I am waiting for my glass doors to come in and my shower will be complete. I would highly recommend them. I found them personable and reasonably priced.

Where do I begin, these guys were awesome. There is a reason they have 5 stars and perfect reviews on Google. Stag came in and replaced my shower insert, installed the new insert, installed and Plummer 2 vanities and more. They were very patient with all my questions and Collin even helped us with picking out floor tiling when we were unsure of what direction to go in. I will definitely be using Stag Construction again in the near future.

After starting the pre-planning of our Master bathroom remodel pre-COVID, and delays in finding a reputable, highly skilled, honest and dependable contractor and crew, it is finally finished!!!!
It was completely gutted - floor, walls, and ceiling. Replumbing of the shower from one wall to another and changed from one sink to two. Additional electrical work with lights and outlets. We also chose to have a pocket door installed which gave us so much more room!! We are thrilled with the results! So much lighter and brighter. We will enjoy it for many years to come! These gentlemen went above and beyond too, helping us repair a wall in our guest bedroom ruined by a water leak caused by the water heater!

When we finally decided it was time to remodel our Master bath, we were pretty nervous about selecting a contractor. Having read so many horror stories, how do you know which to choose? We finally narrowed it down to three, and after meeting and getting estimates we decided that Stag Construction was the right fit for us. What a great choice it was! This was no makeover. It was a complete demolition down to the concrete floor and studs, new electrical and plumbing. Collin and his crew were definitely up to the task. He was very responsive to any changes we made along the way and was up front with all pricing. No Surprises! We chose 24"x48" wall tile which made this shower particularly challenging. No problem for these guys and it turned out absolutely STUNNING! The attention to detail was extraordinary. From the waterproof underlayment, the flooring and exact positioning of the lights and fixtures, everything is first rate. The only complaint we have is that the shower is so beautiful that we don't want to use it :-). Thank you to the whole Stag Construction crew for making our dream a reality!

Added some ceiling light fixtures in my living room. I really loved how much more lighting it gave to the space. I really recommend their services. Really great job!

Developed a leak in the wall of my home. The plumber cut openings in 2 walls and the ceiling to find the leak. Called Collin and he worked me in. His dad came over, patched the holes, sprayed and blended my popcorn ceiling and painted. Repairs are almost impossible to notice. If I have any more problems, will call Stag Construction in a heartbeat.

We called Stag Construction after a plumbing leak and mitigation. They came out very quickly and got started right away. It was a very small job for them and we really appreciate Collin taking the job. Our hardwood floor repairs look fantastic. Drywall, carpet and baseboard repairs look great too. They also replaced insulation under the house.

Collin's lead man, George, did a wonderful job installing two sets of barn doors in my home. George did an amazing job despite having no assembly or installation instructions. And despite my poor job of measuring the door openings! George and Collin came up with an easy fix and had the job completed in a very timely fashion. George even built extra reinforcements to make sure the studs in my older home would accommodate the heavy doors. No job is too large or small. No detail was left to chance. Stag was asked to estimate replacing the grout in the showers. While looking at the shower, Collin said he needed to check the crawl space beneath the showers. He came back with pictures of the rotted floor. Stag’s estimate was right in line with two others and they were not using the waterproofing system Collin did. I would not hesitate to have Stag back for further work and recommend to anyone needing work done.

I had Collin come in and finish a job that another contractor left unfinished. I was very satisfied with the end result. He fixed the unfinished backsplash, unfinished trim work and general repairs on some rotting doorways. I definitely will use them to remodel a couple of bathrooms this winter.

He found that an improperly installed window caused moisture to seep between the window and frame, consequently, causing wood rot. Stag Construction repaired our kitchen ceiling after a water pipe burst. They completed the work in 2 days which was 1 day early and cleaned up 100%. They seemed to really care about the quality of the work and we could tell they take pride in what they do. Well beyond our expectations. So much so, I plan on having them back for a few other repairs I’ve been meaning to get to but not enough time. And the pricing was very reasonable for the work they did.

I spoke with Collin about a problem I had with some holes in my drywall and he gave me a good and fair price to do the job. He called me the next day to confirm and within two days of the quote his team showed up at the house and knocked out the holes in the ceiling from a bathroom leak. His team was prompted and efficient in getting the job done. I had another problem that I had not discussed with Collin and his team but while they were there waiting on the drywall to dry they knocked that project out as well. I will definitely be using him and his team again for other projects around the house. If you have a problem with holes in your drywall please give Stagg Construction a call. Stag Construction worked with me to complete a full bathroom rebuild that was down to bare bones when they started.

Collin gave me a start date and he and his crew were there from day one until the project was completed.

This was so much different than other contractors I had tried to rely on in the past that just kept putting me off.

The rebuild included everything from replacing floor joists, new subflooring, full drywall, insulation on the outside wall, renovating the older 70s style blown (popcorn) ceiling to smooth ceiling, paint, tile on both the floor and shower area (smaller subway tiles) and all of the trim work and finishing work.

I could not be happier with them and I especially appreciate how they were able to take a fairly large project in scope, that had gotten so delayed from prior contractors, and turn it around in weeks since this is the only full bath in my 1 1/2 BA home. I would highly recommend them.

Collin and his team have fully gutted and remodeled both our full bathrooms, facilitated new counters and backsplash in kitchen, and most recently helped move our dryer electrical and vent to allow for some freed up space in our laundry room. I have been so lucky to find Stag Construction! They first came to my house to put up a little fence around my and a new roof on my shed. They fixed another minor repair on the house too! Then months later I sat in my den at night and heard a horrible noise- our ceiling had fallen down!!!! Freaking out I texted Colin Humphrey after 9 pm and immediately heard back from him. Within a day or two - came out, figured out the problem and within a few days of that had people come replace 2 ceilings!!! They are very responsible, reasonable, responsive, kind, and talented!

Summer 2019-Hired Stag for a tedious outdoor project. We had old outdoor carpet under a covered patio. They removed all the glue and stained the concrete slab. Also did demo work removing some brick lined planters.
