In the past we contracted Tittle Brothers to replace the roofs on both our house and garage as well as some siding and gutter replacement. Recently, we had our front storm door ripped off of the frame due to winds. We asked Tittle Brothers if they could replace the storm door along with the other 2 storm doors on our house. Even though they no longer handle doors, they were very good about it and quoted the job. This last week they sent Rob and Wayne to do the work. They were great! They worked under extreme heat and sunshine and still managed to do an excellent job. I fully recommend Tittle for any home repair and renovation needs. Thank you for your great work once again.

Thank you for the service call on my roof today. During a recent rain storm my roof Developed a leak. Dave came out today inspected my roof and found a couple of possible issues that he repaired with some sealer. He explained to me what he did and why. He also took some photos to show me what was done. He was very professional and friendly.

Just had Jackson stop by on a call for a consult on a potential roof replacement after we found leaks. He popped up on the roof after I gave him the rundown and I expected him to come down and give me the info and quotation. Instead he came down and showed me the failure points of the two leaks and other parts of the roof that were problematic and just repaired/sealed them on the spot?! Told me my roof was toward the end of life but I still had a couple years before he'd consider a full replacement. I had mentioned a need for gutters too which he agreed, but since it's better to do that with a roof said it should be okay til then. My brother then asks me for my leaf blower, pops up on the roof again and clears out my gutters!? Did not expect any of this from a consult visit. It definitely inspires trust in him and Tittle Brothers. Will definitely be reaching out to him when it's time for the roof replacement. Thanks again Jackson, you're the GOAT.

Sean and his team were fantastic and got our new gutters up and looking great in no time at all! And Dave did a roof repair around our chimney and reflashed parts that were not done correctly by the previous roofing company. He made everything look great! I hired Tittle Bros to come out and do some siding and facia repair/installation. When I contacted them for an estimate, they were very prompt and sent Greg out at my first availability. Greg was polite, honest, and knowledgable. He offered suggestions that saved me money and gave me more than what I was initially looking for.

The installation crew, Rob and Wade were amazing. They were professional, meticulous, friendly, and effecient. The work they did was so well done I could not have asked for more. They cleaned up, and made sure to take care of existing structures and landscaping to avoid any damage.

We had wind damage to our siding and trim on our home. I've read the great reviews about Tittle Brothers Construction and decided to give them a call. Everyone was professional and knowledgable at every stage of this process. I was pleased with the on site visit and approved Tittle Brothers to make the repairs. Folks, these guys are great at what they do. The crew foreman Rob and his team made the repairs and I am thoroughly impressed. I recommend Tittle Brothers!

Clint and Shaun were both very knowledgeable, personable and easy to get a hold of. Job was completed quickly. Crew really did a great job on clean up. Very pleased with getting estimate and roofing job.

The technician arrived and seemed unimpressed from the start. After taking a quick look at the house, he immediately assumed the other quotes I had received were in the high $30,000 range, which felt like a red flag. When I told him one quote was actually lower, he doubted it included soffits, but I confirmed it did, along with gutters.

He had me select a few samples and said he would return after some time. However, he was back at my door in under five minutes with a firm response: he wouldn’t touch the job at all. The home had a small area where siding melted and wood was charred due to a past fire, but there was no structural damage.

He insisted he couldn’t work on it under any circumstances—not even if another professional cleared it. While I understand the need for caution, I was disappointed by the quickness of his decision and the lack of alternative solutions or options offered.

Additionally, I felt his assessment of the damage was exaggerated, though he didn’t engage further on that point. Overall, the experience left me feeling like the technician was unwilling to explore possibilities and that other factors may have influenced his response.

Very happy with the work that was done. (Trim, gutters, siding, doors and windows). Good craftsmanship and all of the people on site and on the phone were easy to work with.

Shawn and his team did an outstanding job in replacing our gutters. They arrived on time and worked efficiently till the job was completed. They explained their work when it was completed and cleaned up completely. Great job!

We hired Tittle Brothers Construction to replace our vinyl siding with James Hardie cement board siding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Greg Jr. gave an excellent presentation and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the materials. Mike, the former team member, and Nelson, the installation team leader, were both very professional throughout the process. They completed the work exactly as we wanted.

Austin stayed in touch with me from the beginning to the end of the project and was always available to answer my questions. Shawn came out to install the gutters and even sent me a photo after finishing the job. Tittle Brothers came out to do fascia repair for me after a bad storm. Rob and Wayne did a great job! They were on time, kind, and even did some preventative caulk work to make sure the wood underneath doesn’t rot. They were quick but detailed, and left the area nice and clean. We’ll work with Tittle Brothers again when we need work done!

Shawn and his crew did an excellent job on the gutters. He handled the confusion from the office on what the job entailed and did a great job on both the garage and home.

Our ceiling and windows are leaking due to a misinstalled roof. The issue took a while to show up due to the slope of the section of roof. The assessor came out and admitted things were installed incorrectly and he would go back and present his findings. They told us that it would cost $8k to fix it and to submit all the inside damage to our insurance. We are still awaiting resolution and have not received any calls back after the disappointing response we received. While we wait, our ceiling is still leaking with heavy rain.

I had a great experience with the Team from Tittle Bros.
Rob and Wayne had the task of repairing the squirrel damage to my Soffit and facia and it now looks brand new.
It only took them a couple of hours and the site was left cleaner than when they arrived.
I’m extremely happy with the results.

Updated 6/22/2025 - Just an extra thanks to Greg for taking the time to inspect our crawl space and recommend the addition of Rafter Baffles, which our builder had skimped on. The temperature on the 2nd floor of our house is much cooler than it has been due to this addition during the heat this year. It will save us money in reduced cooling costs.

Very happy with my husband and I's choice to go with Tittle Brothers for our roof replacement. Cannot say enough great things about the sales rep, Jake. I knew nothing about roofs and he was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to digest. I never felt any typical sales pressure from him. He had a thorough explanation for anything he recommended, and it felt like getting advice from a friend. We worked with Erik Radford, through the sales process and the communication and process was extremely simple! He constantly kept us updated and provided fair pricing. We had a roof leak, so they immediately put us on the schedule to prevent any further damage. The roofing crew was incredible and did a great job cleaning up. Called for a quote to replacing siding and they came by that day. The person took less than 10 mins and gave me a quote for 10k. My house is in Trenton and is only 1/3 siding rest is brick. I felt the quote was high so I called napiers to get a quote from them. They quoted me at 7k to replace the siding, fascia boards, and new gutters on the house and garage. 10k for 1/3 of a 1 story house to replace siding or 7k for new siding, fascia boards, and gutters on house and garage. 3k cheaper with more work being offered definitely worth calling other reputable companies to compare quotes

We recently had an area of siding redone. When the old, damaged siding was removed, a lot more underlying structural damage was discovered, requiring additional work and cost. Rob and Wayne were incredibly sympathetic and patient, taking the time to explain everything to us clearly. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and even coordinated with the front office to make sure the project was completed the same day. The new siding looks fantastic!

Talked to Greg Jr about a roof from Tittles Construction,he told me about there roof told me of the good points to there roofing convinced me so got it roof installed very good by Shaun and his team of roofer very good job would do it again

I was interested in Tittle for their financing options but ended up having a really frustrating experience with them. I signed a contract for roof, gutters and siding. Then the sales rep, Marcus, told me he did the math incorrectly on my contract and the price was going up by a few thousand. The manager, Clint, backed him and refused to honor the original contract. This is after Marcus already sent me an incorrect contract (with the wrong items checked off) the first time (which I caught).

Reluctantly, I agreed to the higher cost. My roof was installed and so far I don't really have any issues with it. But when they sent someone out to measure the siding, this person indicated that there was a whole lot not included in my quote (soffits, fascia, etc.). As I'm not a construction professional, how am I supposed to know there's a difference between soffits, fascia and siding? It all looks the same to me and the sales rep NEVER once asked if I was interested in any of those things, even though they are very clearly rotted out. Even the guy measuring the second time acted confused as to why this wasn't suggested as he explained the differences to me.

The guy measuring called the manager, Clint again, to see what should be done. I was still waiting on a quote for window replacement as well and I heard the measuring guy tell the manager to just give me the extra stuff (fasia, soffits, etc.) and bake the price change into the cost of the windows. The manager didn't do this, but told me the price would be going up almost $4,000.

I suspect they do this tactic frequently to lock you in, in the beginning, and then you get far enough into the process that you just accept the higher fees later on. Well, needless to say, we backed out on the rest of the work (gutters, siding, windows) and are going with another company.

I would have given one star but it's only fair to give two because the roof does appear to be done correctly.

I highly recommend Tittle Brothers. We had them do our roof, siding, and gutters. Deric was our sales representative and did not attempt to strong arm us, unlike other companies we spoke with. He took the time to walk us through each step of the (multiple) projects we were looking to have done and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He also checked on us throughout each project. Every person we spoke to was courtesy and helpful. Of course, what matters most is the quality and look. They did not disappoint.

Just got a very complicated roof done today by Tittle Brothers Construction and am in total awe of the Team that made it happen in one amazing day.

Salesman Chris proved to be the best and most informative salesman of the seven roofing companies I got bids from. He was the only one to notice potential problems replacing our 32 year old skylights. He assisted in getting me a wonderful finance deal.

Tammy keep me up to date with the weather and took payments in a very professional way.

The Roofing Team created a masterful job certified and warranted well past my 100th birthday. Hustle like theirs rarely seen.

Production Site manager Sean stayed with us through out the day explaining the discovery of rotten wood with cost effective solutions. Our picky walk through was meet with enthusiastic solutions.

This Team and their well defined systems are obviously what makes Tittle Brothers Construction the best choice in Michigan by far.

Rob and Wayne came out today and fixed a column on our porch that had deteriorated. They rebuilt the column and rewrapped the other two columns to make sure they all match. Though a reasonably simple job they took some extra steps to ensure the wind doesn’t catch the edge and rip open. They did an excellent job, was fast and left the job site clean.

I had a great experience with my sales rep. Mike. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. The crew lead was helpful and kept me informed on the day of the job. I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Tittle as they replaced my roof.Scott the salesman was very through in his presentation. They wee on time and finished in a timely manner. Also, checking up to see if I was satisfied . I would recommend Tittle Construction.

Final Update 4/26/2025: Company got back to us on 4/24 after updating our review and scheduled a team to come out on Saturday 4/26. Flashing was replaced following prev. cut lines, fabrication and color were improved, and new caulk appearance is significantly better. Overall look of job was improved. Disappointed that so much back and forth was required get this right.

Update 4/24/2025: No contact 4/14-4/23 even though they assured us they were going to come back to recaulk the seam.

Update 4/14/2025: We had a phone call with tittle. The solutions they offered to the extremely sloppy work was to just recaulk it, or for us to pay more to fix the siding(!!!) to get it fixed properly to our liking. At this point, only reasonable option they gave was to recaulk the work. They offered us a gift card in leu of any refund, which we refused. Our preference was to have the work redone over a gift card.

Original post: We got 2 quotes for replacing the flashing around our chimney and gable, and chose to work with Tittle. The first pass of work was horrible and sloppy. We got second opinions on it, and every expert agreed it was sloppy. Our communication with this company post initial job was extremely poor and disappointing. Before above updates, we were looking for another company to resolve the flashing.

Tittle Bros. installed new gutters today. Great experience from the start with Deric in sales to the crew that finished in about 2.5 hours. Professional, timely, and high quality work. I will be calling again when I'm ready for new siding.

We just had new siding and windows done on our house, garage, and shed by Tittle Brothers. From the salesman, Jake To the project manager, Mike, and all of the crew- They were all extremely professional, hard-working, and amazing! The crew took extra care, cleaning up the yard every day when they were done, and when the project was finished. The communication with everybody was also amazing! Our house looks like a brand new house! I would recommend them to everybody!
Edited to add: we had the gutters installed today (4/11) by Shawn, Phil, and Cody. They were also awesome and very professional.

I was recently quoted by Tittle for a roof replacement. The quote was way too high for the size of the house and I wanted to know why so I asked for a breakdown of the quote to see where the main cost was coming from and the guy who quoted us named David refused to provide one. That tells me this is a pretty shady company and when I reported this no one did a follow up or anything. What a disappointment.

Scott, the salesman, was incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough in answering all my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly, from the materials used to the timeline, and helped me make an informed decision.

Chelsey, the Director of Operations, was also amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for her. She was easy to reach and made sure any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly.

The only downside was the price—it was a bit higher than I initially expected. However, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I definitely felt that the quality of the work and service was worth the cost. The team did an excellent job, and I feel confident that my new roof will last for many years.

It is always nice to have a good experience with a home improvement contractor. Had my gutters scheduled for install 4 days after deciding to move forward. The crew called ahead and was on time. The crew leader Shawn was more than happy to answer all my questions and made sure to ask me about small details of the install throughout to make sure all downspouts were routed where I preferred. The other members of the crew were also very positive and friendly. I always get somewhat nervous when deciding to have others work on my home but this experience went great. Appreciate the process and the install. Thank you!

Shawn and the gutter guys were just here to install my new gutters. Great job and very professional. It was a nice addition to the new roof the was completed on Wednesday. The tear off, installation and clean up was done in less than a day. Amazing.... What a relief to have this project completed. Thank you!

The Tittle team did a great job with our roofing project from start to finish. Mike made a very good presentation on their roofing services, material used, and the overall process, all at a reasonable price. Within a weeks time, they were ready to begin the install. Alvin and his crew arrived early and had the old roof torn off on our split level home within an hour. It appeared to be quite the mess and a lot of chaos, but they did a great job cleaning up and finished within 8 hours. The roof looks great! Project managers Jesse and Dustin were good to work with and they even offered to fix some venting of bathroom fans we needed to repair. I highly recommend Tittle Bros.

I was so happy that Doug is still a field agent. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, which was a tremendous relief because I don't know anything about gutters. There were many color options, and the price was definitely reasonable.
The installation crew exceeded my expectations, they did a fantastic job, left no debris of any kind from the removal of my old gutters, and were nice and friendly. Shawn, Phil and Chris will be specifically requested by me on my future projects.

I contacted Tittle Brothers to replace a couple of siding/bathroom vents that weathered over the years and birds destroyed to build a nest in as well as replace a couple of damaged bay window corners on the side of my house. Rob Carter and Wayne Anderson were both friendly and knowledgeable and explained how they would approach the task. They did a great job with my requested repairs. My home is almost 20 years old. So, I was glad that Tittle Brothers were able to color match the corners. I would definitely recommend this company if you're considering having some siding work done.

After discovering a leak in my roof, I searched community references for a contractor to fix it. Tittle's name came up several times. I wanted to support Downriver businesses so I contacted them.

Because rain was in the forecast, I asked if they could turn it around in a couple of days and they agreed. Jake Their cost estimator, looked at the job and said I needed to replace the entire roof around the leaking area.

I was a little skeptical at first but Jake explained the scope of work and the job was completed in one day. It looks great, And they beat the rain. Their workers, office staff and supervisors were polite, thorough and hard working. I may need more roofing replaced in the future and I will use Tittle again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with Tittle Brothers. I had all my windows replaced. The full process from the beginning with Jackson, to the install with Brian and Mike, was all I was promised and more. My windows look great, Brian and Mike took great care to protect my floors while they worked and clean up was swift and thorough. Great attention to all the final touches as well. After shopping around to numerous different companies, I chose Tittle to install my windows. All I can say is that I'm extremely picky, and Tittle did not disappoint. From the start, Clint was upfront, honest and professional. From there on out, Chelsey was in contact with any and all updates regarding installation and follow up. The installer Bryan did a fantastic job from start to finish. I had concerns about covering the carpets during the wet weather, but Bryan came in with more tarps than I could imagine. We highly recommend Tittle Brothers. The initial estimate was detailed, without hidden costs, and we appreciated it included a possible additional amount based on inspection once the original roof was removed; thankfully, we did not incur additional costs. Surprisingly, the project was very promptly completed on a frigid February day with temperatures in the 20's. A large and professional team arrived and the project was done in 1 day! With a large amount of snow still lingering they have assured us that they will do a final cleanup once it's melted. We are very pleased with the project.

We had a large chunk of siding come off during the last wind/snow storm. Mike and the guys at Tittle were excellent. They came out first thing Monday morning, offered several solutions and in the end, put up new siding by Thursday! Very professional and would recommend them to anybody in the future.

We have a relatively small project that involved garage door trim repair. Both guys from Tittle Brothers Construction Company (Rob and Wayne) were very professional and had an ownership mentality. I had my roof replaced by Tittle 6 years ago and I was - and still am- very happy with it. The roof and gutter guards are still in great shape. The customer service is also top notch. I recently had some landscaping work done by another contractor and he remarked that whomever did the roof did a great job. Thank you!

When the roofers made a mistake and had to redo work due to it failure to follow contract terms respecting installation of drip edge, I was given a very hard time about it, and one of the workers whined and complained the whole time he was redoing the work. The foreman on the site made it a point to tell me how much it was costing him to redo it. It was the opposite of professional.

2. Later, when I requested lien waivers, Greg Tittle failed to reply.

3. When I reported presence of wasp nests on the site, one of Tittle's employees informed me he would let the crew know so they could eliminate the threat. According to the crew, he failed to inform them, and the workers were swarmed and stung on my roof. I felt this created a danger and liability risk, and was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

4. The latest snafu was Tittle's request to display its business sign in my yard in exchange for a $25 gift certificate. I agreed, and chose a pre-paid MasterCard. When the gift card company turned out to be a company the BBB said used several tactics to fail to pay out, and these tactics matched what they did to me, Greg Tittle's general manager claimed he had massive success with these gift cards. IN REPLY TO THIS REVEW TITTLE doubled down by FALSELY REPRESENTING that I used the gift card when I already told him that the expiration date was misrepresented, and the card was NEVER USED. This is par for the course with Tittle. When I contacted Greg Tittle, his idea of customer service was to completely IGNORE me. This was not the first time Greg Tittle was unresponsive to my concerns.

When I was a licensed practicing trial lawyer, I handled deceptive trade practices cases, and this matter, unless quickly remedied is going to the State of Michigan Attorney General's office Consumer Protection Division to determine if Tittle Bros. paid out for gift card(s) not delivered. Litigation is under consideration.

What I asked for is what I was promised - $25. What I received from Tittle Bros was - discourtesy, mistakes, false representations and zero dollars. Upon completion of my investigation, I will supplement this review and advise if Tittle Bros. was determined to be involved in a scheme to promise gifts cards and then refuse to pay.

In the final analysis, although I kept trying to give Tittle Brothers the benefit of the doubt, they are worth one star to me as there were simply too many examples of poor service and questionable trade practices. ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATION WILL BE FILED PRESENTLY.

The tittle brothers construction do a handful of projects! Their work is amazing! This company picks up the phone and gives you an estimate right away! They are always quick to respond, beyond professional and do amazing work.

Don't hesitate giving Tittle brother construction a call, you won't regret it!

MOST HORRIFIC SERVICE EVER. 3YRS...STILL INCOMPLETE. EDIT: 3/31/2025. TO: Tittle Brothers Construction llc, owner , Greg Tittle. It is not the stars that confuse you. It is your way of doing " business". Let me unconfuse you and others interested. The " little job/ repair" that you "sent 1 man "out for, was ACTUALLY a $17,000.00 TOTAL tearoff and reshingle job! A job that was shoddy, incomplete and not worth the money. AS SOON as you received full payment from finance company, you ignored calls and most texts. I have, for the record, a text that you aknowledged and state " I, as owner (you) will come out tomorrow with a crew to fix problems and take care of payment". YOU never showed. I have made MY monthly payments religiously, despite the sad result of a roof. I have been kind, and have given you the benefit of the doubt before I start posting online reviews or filing complaints - with pictures. I've read your excuses to other complaints; covid this, no workers, covid that. I would think, with the amount of PPP received, you had situational control of satisfactory job results. So given above FACTS, WHY would I call you for a new roof estimate if YOUR company just did it!? It is usually good and gratuitous to discuss with the company about remedies before official complaints. I tried. 1 star stands. P.S. Owner did NOT even want an Advertisement sign put in my yard!

An absolute pleasure to work with! Had these guys out for a quote regarding a new roof and siding when we originally bought our home, but weren't able to go with them purely based on price. Sure wish we had just sucked it up at the time though! Long story short, we had severe attic ventilation problems (no soffits on the house...) and the company we DID hire didn't do a thing about the ventilation, despite the salesman's claims. They even pitched the roof in the wrong direction at a dead-valley! Needless to say, the roof needed replacing in <10yrs... This time, we had Tittle Brothers come out again and Chris knew exactly what we needed right away. FIXED the ventilation problem and the dead-valley issue. No more problems for this roof! Seriously, just go with Tittle and be done... Dont buy 2 roofs when you only need one. (this post is not sponsered in any way by any party.)

Update:
Once again, I'm singing Tittle Brothers praises!! for 2 reasons:
1st: have had a long-standing water issue involving a leaking sunroom despite the roofing system being constructed properly for drainage - has existed since we bought the home >10yrs ago. Numerous roofers have come out and none could figure it out. That is until Dave with Tittle made his assessment. This guy... UNREAL! you wanna talk customer service, professional, and knows his stuff!? Not to mention he's just a down-to-earth good guy! He solved the age-old mystery in <10min - not the roof at all. THE SIDING!! Turns out the J-channel the roof/siding company (referencing above...) had installed pitched the wrong way... (on track with the aforementioned shotty workmanship). Plugged the back end and put some holes in the bottom for drainage and viola! The room has been dry despite the weather's most recent attempt at flooding it...

2nd: Recently had a squirrel eat their way into my attic (through vinyl siding and drip edge). Dave again to the rescue! patched the thing with flashing. The guy is an artist with that stuff...

They TRUELY stand by their work! Seriously, 4.7 stars is an under-rating... why are you even considering anyone else?

I highly recommend this company from the start the salesman Chris was very informative friendly and helpful. He also helped coordinate with heating contractors due to my chimney leaking water in my home. They worked side to side to help my situation for taking my furnace exhaust to the side of my house instead of chimney on top. They did a great job on installing my roof. The crew that was sent to my home was very friendly fast and efficient. They had my roof installed in about 4 hours and that was with them cleaning everything up as well as they worked. I am very happy with the service that I received my roof looks great I will be using them again for my home needs. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Just had Tittle Brothers Construction come and replaced my gutters. When Chris came out to give estimate.He went upon and checked my roof. Found a shingle was damaged. Gave me a good amount of colors for my new gutters. I went with copper color and I am very happy with my choice. It is very beautiful and gives a rich look to my home. The installers were very friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything. Made sure I was happy with the job before they left. I would definitely recommend this company. My gutters match the roof perfectly. Great job Tittle Brothers. Roof repair was completed too. Great company.
