No high pressure salesman. Gave us an estimate and a booklet full of satisfied customers with names and addresses, as well as shingle colors so you could see the roof color on a home. One house happened to be a neighbor. They did the job efficiently & professionally. We’re pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend.

This company is very professional and does amazing work. They worked in the snow and cold on our siding and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Napier’s!

ONE OF THE EASIEST 5 STARS I HAVE EVER GIVEN!!

We had a leak in our roof around one of our vent pipes, Napier's came out to give us a repair estimate. The specialist was very professional, explained everything super thoroughly and did not try selling me ANYTHING. He actually determined that my roof issue was a very simple problem and they had it done and repaired the same day! How many other companies would've taken the opportunity to exaggerate the details and charged some outrageous sum for an extensive, unneccisary repair anyway just to make a quick dollar? Napier's is an excellent example of what a business SHOULD be- their time and workmanship went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again without a second thought at all!

Prompt and detail oriented. They were able to professionally install rubber roofing material on my low-pitched roof...something that not all companies do. They secured my property by placing tarps and plywood to protect my landscaping and windows prior to starting the job. As "surprises" occurred after tearing of the existing roof, they were quick to inform me and offer acceptable solutions. The entire time, someone was scouting the property and cleaning. After it was done, they did a final inspection and cleaned thoroughly. Everyone was professional and friendly. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Napier’s was great to work with. The crew that did our roof was on time and did a great job in one day. They tarped everything and went over numerous times with their magnetic roller to make sure they got all the nails. The team cleaned up well after the job was completed. We highly recommend Napier’s for your home improvement needs.

Napier’s is the only company we will use for our roofing needs. We have had 3 great experiences with them throughout the length of owning our current home. One was for a possible leak, which they advised us our roof was ok at the time and the old water damage was due to ice dams in our gutters (honesty), the second time was an amazing job years later when we needed a new roof replacement, they arrived on time and finished all in one day, financing was easy and uneventful.

Most recently they added a vent for our kitchen exhaust within a day or two of us calling and inquiring. They are the nicest people with the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Will use them again and again and always recommend them to friends. Thank you Napier!!!

Napier's is the best. Their family owned business was really great to work with and they will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. I was amazed that they were able to replace my roof in just one day. They were careful to not damage any plants, lighting or my pond while doing the removal and the installation. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I highly recommend hiring them for any roofing or gutter job.

Napiers went above and beyond. I had a roof replacement and they found a pipe from the water heater that had completely rusted through. The foreman said his brother was a welder, so he took the pipe to him, he fabricated a new one, they installed it, and they didn't charge me. While they were working, an unexpected heavy rain started after most of the roof had been removed. I found wet drywall in a couple places, and when I called them they offered to fix it immediately. They sent someone out who had everything replaced in about 4 hours and he even painted my entire ceiling at no charge. It's rare to find a company these days who stands by their work like Napiers does. I wouldn't get a roof anywhere else.

Napier's just did my roof on my home and garage.Could not be happier with there work.Bret was my go too guy from the start of the job.Bret went above and beyond by helping my 79 yrs old mom and 82 year old father in and out of the house.I want to personally thank him for that.

Seeing many houses in my area utilizing Napier gave merit to their high quality & work and business standards. I am very happy that I chose to use Napier Home Improvement for my new roof project. I called Monday for an estimation; they came out Thursday for the estimation and the next day they completed my beautiful roof. I love my new roof. Mr. Napier, Brett and the whole crew were awesome, very professional, honest, careful during the project and thoughtful of my plants and neighbors. They cleaned up after the job. The price was very fair and competitive. I actually put full trust in them recommending the shingle roofing color to match my environment and I am truly happy with the result. I highly recommend Napier for any home improvement projects. I will always use them for my roofing, gutter and insulation needs.

Phenomenal, work!

Napier’s did an excellent job on our roof. Everything was done in one day. The work crew was friendly and hard workers. Throughout the job they were cleaning up after themselves and when the job was done they went over the entire area with a fine tooth comb looking for nails and debris. They made a number of passes with their magnetic roller, raked the lawn to bring nails up and went over the lawn again with their magnet.

You can check with the rest but Napier’s is the BEST!

Their solid reputation is well deserved! The most friendly, professional, kind crew we've come into contact with lately. I haven't hired this team personally, but as a mama of contractor obsessed boy? We've watched them put on a few roofs they're always so kind & understanding about his interest. I cannot express how much I appreciate that! & their work looks awesome too.

Called them out to check out an area that was leaking when it rained a certain way. Talked to me, not at me. They explained roofing in a way even I could comprehend. Most of all they were up front and honest, which is hard to come by these days. Will keep them in mind when we do need a roof.

Napier's are the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. A lot of contractors are all hype, but once they have your deposit, it's a different story. It was not this way at all with Napier's. They make every effort to protect your home. They check in with you during the day to make sure everything is going to plan. They even put tarps under their work vehicles in case they leak oil in your driveway. When they were finished, I couldn't find a scrap of shingle or a roofing nail on the ground. Complete family business, I believe most of their business comes through referrals, and I can see why. The new roof looks great, and they were the best price around.

Wonderful company. They came right out for an assessment and estimate. Once we signed on the dotted, the crew came out and got to work. The foreman came to the door like this is what we're doing and it'll take about this long.... They were like ninjas in a movie. lol They laid out the materials, did the work, CLEANED UP, and left. No muss, no fuss!! I also met the dad of Napier and he was super sweet and accommodating. They are very organized, kind and fast. I want to thank Napier's Home Improvement and Roofing for the excellent service they provided in putting new shingles and gutters on my house and garage.

From the call to set up a quote, to the initial analysis by Dan and then the outstanding roof installation work by Antonio and his team as well as the super gutter work by Danny and his co-worker, I am extremely pleased with the first-class quality of the entire project.

I had several roof issues and Antonio came up with creative solutions and then made them happen. Danny solved my gutter problems and included longer downspouts to improve drainage. The entire team worked very hard and then cleaned everything up completely afterwards.

Thanks again to all for the great job done. I highly recommend them to anyone considering home improvement projects.

Roof replaced in April. Had a gutter issue last night. Called this morning. By afternoon both back and front gutters were cleaned and adjusted. No charge! Excellent service, dependable workmanship! I highly recommend them for all your home improvement needs!

So we drove by at Christmas and we seen some decorations they had out front, we called the secretary, who was an absolute doll. She told us I'll get back to you. You're not the first phone call. Within minutes not only did she call us back she told us where to order these ornaments and was an absolute living doll. Should I be in need of a roof? I will definitely call you she could not have been more awesome.

After both a flood and tornado in less than 24 hours, causing a tree to missile through our roof, Napier's came out and did a complete roof and some Siding the day after price was quoted. They did a fantastic job, helping to ease some of the stress we were going through. Highly recommend their services!

They are the worst not only does the workers steal your property so does there financial companies to they bill me 1 day before its due so they can charge you a late fee I have pics and videos to proof it be careful they are just looking just to get your money to

Napier's Home Improvement did an awesome job on the vent in the Attic of my mom's home. The one thing I really like is that they really take outstanding care of their customer's. I couldn't be happier with this company. They came out and gave a estimate. I contacted them a couple months later, thinking I'd probably have to wait to get the work done. Called me that night and asked if they could squeeze me in the next day. They showed up on time, were professional. When the job was done I received 28 pics of the work done along with a detailed text message from Aaron. The job site was cleaned up (they even put our Christmas decorations back up). They went above and beyond by hooking up a bathroom vent that I was gonna do after the job was done. The price is exactly what was quoted. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I'll definitely will tell everyone I know about my good experience!

These guys are top notch! From the moment we called, through the entire process, they were prompt, courteous and clean. They'd quickly handle any questions we had. As soon as the contractor who installed our patio overhang was complete, they were out the same day to tarp the roof to make sure no water damage would happen overnight. They were out the next day and completed the job quickly & professionally and made sure everything was cleaned up after. There were a couple things I forgot to move out of the way prior to them showing up, Wes made sure they were taken care of for us.
I can't say enough great things about these guys! Keep your money local and support this great, family owned business!

As the fourth member of my family to use Napier's Home Improvement to install a roof I highly recommend this company. Every employee I had contact with from the office personnel, to the installers, to the individual who did my estimate, and the owner himself were each extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, on time, and highly skilled. They removed two layers of roofing, repaired rotted wood, and installed a new roof and vents in Oct 2015. Now in Oct 2022 I had a small strip of vinyl trim (which Napier's didn't even install) blow off in a wind storm and Napier's Home Improvement came to the rescue and installed brand new trim! My home looks as great as it did the day the new roof was installed! Thank you Napier's Home Improvement, you folks are amazing!

Everyone at Napier was great to work with. We had their carpenters out to build an overhang, a full tear off and new roof and all new gutters and downspouts. Great job all around, great communication, very friendly, professional and personable. Also I liked the large packet of references included with the quote. Their good reputation is well deserved.

We can not give enough praise to Napier roofing/Napier’s home improvements from the first estimate with Dan Sr, scheduling and transactions with the office staff, to the projects being conducted by his sons and the crew have exceeded our expectations.

The timeline blew our minds because it is 2022 and as most of you know, some companies you can't even get an estimate, let alone the project done for 3-6 months, or material shortages so you can't get what you want. Napier I called Friday 04/29/22 for an estimate and to see if I could get on a schedule since everything else is taking so long. Fast Forward to 05/05/22 less than a week from our initial meeting and not only do I have all my projects done they are exactly what we wanted, and we are picky so that is a major task to tackle.

A thing that is very important to me when hiring a company for my house projects is that whoever I'm hiring gives me the same amount of attention that they are giving to the man in the room. I know this sounds silly. Napier's men had no problem showing me around and breaking things down for me, pointing things out even though it was another language to me; they at least took the extra steps to try and make me understand. This speaks volumes in my book.

Oh! Did I mention the cleanup! I think the grounds look cleaner than before they arrived and the care for our outside décor was like it was their own home.

They were all so professional and I highly recommend them

Homeowner'delight, an honest family owned business. My previous roofing contractor recently retired but highly recommended Napier's. I called for my free roof inspection and a quote for new gutters. Floyd Napier took pictures of roof issue, recommended a repair and gave me a fair quote for new gutters. Dan Napier and Brandon removed and replaced gutters, installed new downspouts in an efficient and professional manner. Their cleanup showed their attention to detail, absolutely no debris was left behind. My neighbor was so impressed with their quality work, he is calling Napier's! Highly recommend Napier's!

The owner, estimator and installation crew were Awesome!! However after our roof was completed and it was necessary to interact with the office staff I found them unprofessional and in my opinion they seemed uninterested in their job as far as customer service is concerned. Probably a good thing they weren’t our first impression of this company.

This is a Family owned business that cares about their customers satisfaction from start to finish. We had our roof replaced as well as new siding and gutters with gutter guards. The roof was done the same day and everything was cleaned up very professionally. John and his guys did the siding and gutters and they were so knowledgeable and professional. John did a walk around before and after the job so he knew what we wanted and offered advice based on his experience but wasn't pushy at all. They all did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Napiers to anyone that want's a quality job done by great people.

I was in need of a repair, I called they took my name number and had it fixed within 2 days. Chris the repair guy was vey professional, polite and efficient. I thought it was going to be a hassle to fix a repair but it was simple and smooth thanks to the way this company handles there customers. There company logo should say Napier hassle free.

I highly recommend Napier's Home Improvement. They were very polite and personable while providing our quote, scheduling our services and the day they came to our home to replace our roof. They were courteous of our home, using tarps to protect our windows, fencing and yard, and they cleaned up so well that I’d never know they were here. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Napier's replace our roof and not only did they do a great job they left absolutely no mess. Not even one nail. They had the entire roof, which is HUGE, done before we were even home from work! This was a few years ago and it is still looking great. Not a single problem with it at all!
