Rick from Titan Remodel Services handled several major exterior projects for my home: Siding, roofing, and deck replacement. During the process Rick explained clearly and honestly what problems existed with the old siding, roofing, and deck. He also demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the new siding, roofing, and deck materials that were to be installed and answered any questions or concerns we had. Additionally he was able to accommodate unexpected contingencies like when we found out that the home owners association had requirements about allowed roofing materials that required Rick to quickly change material orders and scheduling. Ultimately the quality of the work done is absolutely outstanding: The new siding is beautiful, the deck is stunning, and the roof is, well, a roof but is pretty darn good looking as far as roofs go.

Rick paid attention to detail, always communicated when a change was needed, and let me make a million changes with good grace. My house is beautiful.

I had worries about finding a contractor as my situation was complicated. My father is a self-described agoraphobe and can be quite the cantankerous old Scot (love this man!); he also had an incredibly old and leaking roof on his home causing him great distress. I live out of country and needed a contractor willing to work with me to get this done; Titan Remodel Services met the mark.

The bid was professional and fairly quoted. My father was overwhelmed with the process, as anticipated, but Rick CC'd me on everything which allowed me to help my dad through it. It took several months for my dad to be comfortable enough to sign and Rick was gracious enough to honor the original bid and to fit him into the season's schedule.

My father was upset with a delay in starting the job; however this was during the supply delays due to COVID and the season had already been booked out several months in the time it took for him to sign the job.

During the job Rick was kind and patient with my dad, even under extreme circumstances (father's neighbors under foot, critiquing the work, being accused off this, that, and another.) Rick took it all in stride and finished the job beautifully.
