I found Kelly when he was highly recommended on Facebook by others that had used his service. Kelly not only had the best bid but produced an outstanding result. We had a great room remodeled into 3 bedrooms and a 2nd family room. The framers, electricians, dry wall hangers and mud and tape guy were all very friendly and did an awesome job! We did the paint and trim ourselves to save some money and Kelly was totally fine with that.
If I ever have another project or HVAC need I will definitely hire him again!

Kelly does fabulous work. He finished our basement, ~1,600 sq. ft. We couldn't be happier with the quality and work he did. Kelly has an eye towards detail and fixed minor issues even before we noticed. He is easy to work with and transparent. He was flexible with us as we made changes to design and additions to the work. 1,000% would work with Kelly again and recommend him to anyone needing a contractor.

We used Kelly at Timeless Builders for two remodels, one a year ago and the other just finished in December 2022. Kelly’s bid for both of our remodels was 1/2 the price of another bid we had! I can’t say enough good about Kelly! He does fantastic work. He is thorough and pays attention to details and getting things right. We had several changes as we went along and he handled every single one of them! We are so pleased with the work he did. Not only does Kelly do awesome work but his subs are just as meticulous as he is about doing things right and not charging ridiculously high prices. We wish we had more remodeling to do so we could continue to work with Kelly. He is the best of the best!
