In response..... It was the end of January, we did not want you here, the City of East Bethel arranged it. We did have 3 independent roofing companies tell us we had potential code violations. We did not know if the leak was from those issues. When we first reached out to you with that information, you told us it was not your problem.
If you took a few minutes to respond to the BBB complaint that was filed, you would be able to see the bill and damages. The BBB, which you have their logo advertised on your website as currently reviewing our complaint. Whether or not you choose to take responsibility for your actions is up to you. We are done posting, just wanted to correct a few things. We will wait to hear back from the BBB. Thank you

We had Wayne Benolkin out to our house in January for a leak issue we were having with the house. Wayne was the original roofer. Wayne insisted on hooking up a hose to our outside spigot, we had asked him to use a bucket but he assured us it would be fine. Fast forward to the spring ......our entire outside set up for our sprinkler system was cracked due to frozen pipes caused by Wayne attaching the hose to the spigot. It was around $450 to get replaced..... Wayne's response......"I should not have come to your house, it cost me my time and I got nothing" send the bill to the original contractor.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the communication with the Timber Top Roofing LLC was exceptional.

Wow! These guys swarmed my roof. They were all friendly, kind, helpful, fun to have around, and they know their stuff. I can't say enough about Wayne and Timber Top.
