Scott was the sole reason I decided to use this company but his crew is a huge reason I will keep referring them to everyone I know. I am from out of town and Scott has proven to be my “boots on the ground” managing my entire renovation with confidence and ease. There have been multiple setbacks (no fault of his - cabinet damage from manufacturer and Home Depot delays) but he strived to keep the project going in spite of these issues, even helping with his own contacts to make amends even though the issues were no fault of his own company. Scott will not let you down. I full recommend working with him - I have been in the industry myself for over a decade and his prices are fair and he always shows up when he says he will. A RARITY for those in the field. Highly recommend!

Scott and his crew have done a spectacular job of turning what was once an open, blank, cool and damp concrete basement into a warm, cozy and beautiful living space. I called Scott after using him for tree services a few years ago, and was pleased with the workat the time. So when I saw he was expanding his line of services, I figured I'd see what he had to say and his cost for the job. I needed my roof repaired on a rental that I just didn't have time to do myself. I had received a few quotes already for repairs/ replacement. After listening to his possible options for rectify the issue, we had the same thought process, and he was very black and white about his estimate. Definitely will use again.

Scott was hired to mount a tv on our wall and did a phenomenal job. He was fastidious, reasonably priced and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him and look forward to hiring him again!

My heating and hot water furnace blew up. I called around and one company came and, said my furnace was no good, need a new furnace and this company would send me a quote. About a week later they sent me a quote for $10,000. I told this company I am a senior citizen on a fixed income that my wife and I did not have much money. Well I guess saying you're on a fixed income, that $10,000 isn't much to them but, was alot for us. Well anyways, my called Scott Fischer at Timber Creek and we made a day and time for Scott to come out. We'll Scott checked out furnace said it needed to be clean and he would come back the next day. He came out and cleaned furnace and while cleaning furnace, Scott seen my fire box was separated. Basically blew up. Believe it or not Scott repaired fire box and we had heat and hot water again!!! It's been 3 months since the repair and have not had a problem at all. In a matter of factly the furnace runs better than it ever did and, it's not burning oil like crazy. All was done for under $1000!!! Not $10,000 from the quote of the Charlestown Co. Also, Timber Creek financed us!!! All I should say is Scott and Timber Creek are good people that care for the poor man!!!! Thanks Scott Fischer at Timber Creek!!! Oh yeah if you haven't realized it yet? I called him on a Friday night at 8pm with a furnace issue and he said he would be right over. We agreed that it was not an emergency, and he was scheduled to come to my house for 9am the next day, and actually called at 8:30 to tell me he was on the way. My furnace in my tenants house is older than dirt. I showed him where it was and left for work. He texted me 2 hours later, and siad "you are all set." No lines, no waiting. no B.S. He did a GREAT job for a very reasonable price, and I could not be happier!
