a1 Professional (Ed Leonard) did a great design, build project for me, involving a new deck, clearing trees and brush and building a pathway to my Lake. The quality exceeded my expectations, the completion time, was impressive and the price was reasonable.

The Team that redid my chimney did an excellent job. they took care to protect my property from falling debris by placing tarps down and moving my grill so it didn't get hit. after they left i didn't even know they were gone until i looked out side and everything was cleaned up, leaving me with a great looking new chimney stack. A-1 painted my house, re-built my chimney, repaired my slate roof and installed a new window in my kitchen. Great job, hard workers, neat and considerate. Very reasonable price.

Ed from A1 came out in February to take a look at my roof, and come up with a few estimates for me. He gave me prices for shingle, corrugated steel, and standing seam, and noted that within the scope of those jobs they would fix a sag towards the edge of one portion of my roof, and a scalloped section on the right. They would also replace some missing flashing, and would leave behind a few panels of the old roofing so I could use them elsewhere.The prices were high, but worth it for the work to be done. I had my quotes, and wrestled with a few banks to get the best deal I could, which took a while. In April I had an agreement with a bank.

So A1 asked me to mail them the deposit check using USPS Certified Mail. They stated that the roof would be done within two weeks of receiving it. I sent it out on May 6th, and informed them it was on the way. I even told them the day it was out for delivery. Nobody was apparently at the office to sign for it. I reminded them every 3 days that the check was at their local Post Office waiting to be picked up. They received two notices from USPS that the check would be held for 30 days before being returned to sender. Still, nobody picked up the check, and USPS initiated the return process...however being USPS they lost it, and I had to go through a lengthy process with the bank to get it reissued.

While I was dealing with this, A1 insisted that it would not impact my installation date since this delay was their fault, and not mine. However, nobody even came out to take final measurements until June 21st, well over a month after I had originally sent them the deposit. The person that came out told me that they would order materials the next day, and they would be back in two weeks to do the roof. I waited two weeks. Then three. Checked in and was told it would be done the end of that week. Still nobody came. Reached out to A1 again and was told it would be done the final week of July. Finally, August 7th they showed up while we were out of the State and replaced our roof.

All looked good initially, until I realized that none of repair work was actually done. While the new metal roofing was put on, the sag is still there, the noticable dip towards the right is still there. Tha flashing was never replaced. I found a few of the newer screws laying on my deck, though I haven't gotten up on the roof to see if these were just dropped, or were missed installs. I reached back out to let them know my concerns about the quoted work not being done. They replied "Can we talk in the morning?"

I have reached out multiple times since, and have not heard back. Now I'm worried about whether they actually replaced the decking underneath, whether the ice/water shield was properly installed, and whether they are going to make this right. Sure I've seen worse roofing jobs done, but the lack of communication and follow through here is astounding.

I hired A1 Professional to install soffit and fascia as well as sidings under the gable ends of my house. They did a great job! Luis the owner was very friendly, professional, and reliable. He was easy to reach on his cell phone and very responsive. His crew were nice and highly skilled. The work crew delivered top quality service at a great pace, and reasonable price. I definitely recommend A1 Professional and plan to hire them again for multiple projects.

I was a little bit nervous about having my house painted because I have aluminum siding and some of it needs to be replaced I thought but he won painting came in and did an awesome job. My house looks so good now I get so many compliments on what a wonderful job they did the guys doing the work were very friendly and professional, I just I would recommend them to anyone. They do an outstanding job well worth the money.

Completed seamless gutters in a few hours. Arrived on time and kept the area clean. They attached the spouts as my husband requested for rain water collection.

A1 Professional live up to their name. They do A-1 work in a professional manner. There man Ed who does the estimates for A-1 writes exactly what work will be preformed and at a fair price. He also stands behind that estimate. I was having trouble finding a roofing company who could complete my project this season. It was less than a month from estimate to project completion. You can’t go wrong with A-1.

You will never deal with the nicest men and women until you do business with this crew! I can’t say anything negative this was a positive experience from meeting Ed the appraiser to the crew of roofers. Men and woman were very nice people. Their work was impeccable from start to finish.

A1 professional were aptly named. They did a great job repairing both my chimney and roof. The work sites were cleaned once the work was done and removed from the site. I'd highly recommend anyone to hire A1 for their chimney, slate roof repair and gutter work.

Promt quick service. From paying for service to complition 2 weeks. Very little input required on my part. Price was affordable.

We had a variety of work needed for our house: fixing some dry rot, painting, re-screening the screen porch, replacing stIairs, and redoing the front stoop. They got it all done and did a great job.

We emailed A1 Professional on May 18th asking them to give us a quote to replace our roof.

Their estimator came out to our house on May 22nd and gave us a quote.

We spoke with a neighbor who had their roof replaced by A1 and got a glowing review.

On May 30th, the estimator and the owner of the company came out with full shingle samples of the colors we had requested. At that point we accepted the estimate and tentatively scheduled for a start date of June 12th and were told the job would take 3-4 days.

Due to rainy weather, they could not start until June 15th. The crew arrived at 7:00 AM and worked until after 7:00 PM. They got the house, sunroom, and mudroom wing roofs stripped and then installed the roof underlayment and flashing. They also repaired the top of the sunroom roof which had been damaged by heat and installed a new ridge vent to prevent the issue reoccurring.

The next day they returned at 7:00 AM to continue the work. We were worried about them getting the main roof closed in because the forecast was for more rain in late afternoon. They were able to get this accomplished, and also stripped and reinstalled the garage roof before the end of the day, as the rain held off until evening.

They cleaned up and hauled off all of the old roofing and other materials leaving a clean jobsite.

The work was excellent, the crew was polite and worked very hard to get finished in a short window between rainy days.

A1 did a great job with replacing siding and the roof. They added an addition that looks fabulous ! I would hire them again.

We used A1 Professional to rebuild a chimney that was leaking and in dire need of repair. They completely rebuilt the chimney from the attic floor and up. This team appeared on time for an assessment and on time when the repair work was done. They were very conscious of doing a great job making sure every brick was precisely level. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. This team responded quickly to our need.
