I discovered a water spot on the ceiling of my guest bedroom. After reading reviews online, I called two roofers, and Tim being local to my area was available first. I instantly got a good vibe talking to him on the phone. He told me he would try to make it out that day but couldn't guarantee because he had a full schedule. He called later in the day and was very apologetic about rescheduling for the following morning and gave me a specific time. He arrived right on time--excellent communication.

He is a delight to talk to because he's been in the roofing business for a long time and knows his stuff. He and his guys located what he believed to be the source of the leak. They replaced a shingle that was missing and caulked three large nail holes. Plus, he caulked a couple of chipped pieces of siding that were bothering me. His price was reasonable, and the quality will be evident with the upcoming rains. He said from experience; he was confident he fixed the leak problem. Still, water travels, so he told me to mark with a pencil the spot on my ceiling, and if it grows over the next three rain showers, he will come back out. Otherwise, it was good to go to prime and repaint. Thanks for the great experience, Tim!

Tim installed the roof on my new home. 6 years later when I was selling the house, a home inspector question a section of the roof. I was able to get a hold of Tim, he kindly took my call and reviewed the section of the roof in question. He even came out with a worker of his and physically inspected the roof. It was honorable of him to do this. I would highly recommend him.
