Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Royal Renovation and working with Rafal! From the initial inspection to the final touches of the project, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication every step of the way.

Rafal came out for the inspection and explained the process thoroughly, letting us know that it would take some time due to dealing with State Farm. Just as he said, it was a longer process — we first had repairs approved, then shingles, and after about five months, we finally received approval for the full roof replacement along with new gutters.

Throughout those months, Rafal kept us constantly updated, calling once a week or every other week with status updates. That kind of consistent communication is rare and truly appreciated.

The actual work was top-notch. The roof was replaced on a Tuesday, followed by gutters on Wednesday. While the gutter team was working, Daniel stopped by to personally inspect everything and scheduled the custom-bent fascia installation for Friday. Three site visits and the entire project — including roof, gutters, and fascia on the rakes — was done beautifully.

Best of all, everything was covered by insurance except our $1,750 deductible. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and level of service exceeded our expectations.

First of all I would like to say that the experience I had with royal roofing on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best I would actually give them a 10 but I can't so five stars all the way Juan Sanchez was so helpful and so professional in what he did that I would recommend him and Royal roofing for anybody that needs a roof very helpful with the insurance processing overall a very great job cleaning up their mess disposing of the garbage in all in all very friendly and professional roofers

Juan and his crew did a great job from the very start with working with my insurance and taking care of all of the paperwork, and etting approved from my HOA.
When they came out the ground was pretty soaked from a few days of rain and he made sure not to tear up the lawn. The finished product looks awesome.
When they left they was not one piece of debris left on my lawn, in the flower beds or bushes, couldn't tell they were they except for our new beautiful roof!!

Unfortunately, I had to have my roof replaced due to hail damage, but Juan Sanchez and the Royal Renovations came out and inspected the roof and within a couple weeks replaced my roof. The job was done professionally, and the area was left clean of all debris. Thank you!

Juan and crew did a fantastic job. They worked everything out with the insurance company for us, so we didn’t need to do it. They got the job done in one day and cleaned up after themselves well. Also used a magnet to get any nails in the yard, which is very nice as we have two dogs.

The crew, along with their team leader, started work promptly at 7am, completed the job the same day. Cleanup after was very thorough.

The preparation to prevent damage to property was very impressive, a gesture of concern and respect for the homeowner. Boards were used to cover windows, tarp to contain debris. It was a very good indication of how the rest of the job will be performed.

Quality of materials for the roof and gutters was superior, installed by an efficient crew. The overall new look of my chimney enhances and complements my new roof.

Tom was very good from the start
He kept me informed of the issues we the insurance., Rafal did a very good job on the roof.

Royal was a God sent, they took over everything with my insurance I didn't need to deal with anyone.
They had the insurance pay for new roof and siding just for my deductible how could I ask for anything more. Tom was always there to answer any questions I had.
I was worried about my insurance increasing because of my claim. But as I found out it I illegal for insurance companies to raise you premiums if the damage was weather related.

Gave Royal a call once my grandmother received there flyer. I spoke with Maggie and scheduled a free roof inspection. Daniel and Rafal came out performed a roof and elevation inspection showed me a report of my grandmas house with all hail damage. We filed the claim and three weeks later they put a new roof and new gutters for my grandmothers house at the cost of her $1000 deductible. Thank you Royal for your great service and amazing work. we got hit hard by the hailstorm in Orland Park and i chose royal renovation to help me with my insurance claim. they got me approved successfully a week after we signed the documents! I saw Royal Renovation truck in my neighborhood stopped them and showed them I needed some repairs done that another company previously didn’t bring my property up to code, and ducked all my calls emails, texts. Asked Royal to quote me to add drip edge that wasn’t installed, got the quote from Rafal and accepted. Once accepted it Rafal called and his crew was out in 2 days to perform the wor. Paid them and passed my inspection!!!

I Google roofing companies in my area, Royal Renovation popped up on the first page, saw their amazing page, and 5 star reviews. Decided to call for a quote free estimate for chimney masonry work, and replacement of Hardie Siding that I have on front and side of my house. Rafal came out with Daniel they looked at the property took some measurements, and advised me to change some things in the process if I accept the quote. Daniel said that I will receive the quote within two hours got the quote within one. Right away accepted it with the price I got, lower than most contractors I got quote on before. They did an amazing job, and the fact the advise I got to change some things around with colors, added additional wood around the windows made my house looking like it had a life time maker over :) thanks ROYAL

Royal Renovation gave them a call for a free roof estimate - Rafal came out took pictures and referred my to his sister company Daniel from Royal Adjusting - my roof had so much hail damage and wind damage of shingles, gutters, siding. I decided to sign up with Royal Adjusting Group with Daniel to go through my insurance - after Daniel working on my claim we got the roof, gutter, siding, window wraps approved. Then was referred back to Rafal and scheduled the entire project paid an extra $2,000 for additional work I wanted and my house has an entire exterior down. Rafal and Daniel were amazing and there communication skill was better then I have ever seen in any business in my life.

Amazing company - Rafał came out to our property and noticed wind damaged shingle, showing an exposed hole that we had. Rafał secured the roof with a tarp and helped us to file the claim, inspected the roof with our adjuster then the adjuster denied our roof, Rafał told us not to worry took him 5 weeks for additional Photos, different shingle, did a itel test, and Got us approved after the 2nd reinspection for the roof and gutter with downspout.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Royal Renovation.
The whole process was smooth and my new roof looks great.
It was a big project but the crew still manage to finish in one day.

Great job for top service, used top quality material which lowered my insurance premium because they used impact resistant shingles on our roof and replaced our skylights with open roof window skylights, which lets us vent our kitchen easier. amazing

We had damage to our roof from a bad storm and our insurance didn’t want to cover/repair the roof. We were referred by our neighbor and we worked with Maya. She was very professional and explained everything to us along the way. She even brought samples to our home for us to see in person our option.
