My roof is under warranty and has been leaking proof for years. I called about a spot that, to my untrained eye, looked like it was pealing. Even though it was probably just fine, they came out the next day and cleaned it up. Roof continues to hold strong.

Tillotson Enterprises is an amazing company! I have had the opportunity to work with them on two projects over the years. The first project they did a spray foam insulation and white coating in my 40x50 outbuilding which turned out to be the best investment I’ve made. I can practically heat my building for pennies a day and it looks great. My second project was due to hail damage on my skylights on the same outbuilding. They replaced my skylights with solid steel panels, then power washed and painted my entire roof with an acrylic coating and foamed the skylight areas on the inside of my building. They matched the existing foam and paint on the interior and it looks amazing as well. I would recommend talking to Dan Zysset with Tillotson for any projects you might have and I guarantee you won’t be sorry! They deserve a 10 star rating for a professional job at a reasonable rate with a 12 year warranty. Thank you Dan for your helping me complete my project.

My concrete patio had sunk about 8 inches next to the house. The gentleman Tillotson sent to raise it were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. Before they left they offered to help me move a wooden landing back on the patio, which they made quick work off. I would highly recommend Tillotson

I live in a 100 year old house that has a gutter system that is built into the soffit and fascia. You don't see it anymore because its a bad idea... Anyway, we had problems that were substantial and I looked into replacing the copper which would have been $40,000, just for the material. I decided to call Tillotson's and long story short, they restored the existing system for a fraction of the cost. This was about 10 years ago. The reason I am leaving this review now is that now the roof needs to be replaced, but the gutter application is doing great!

I hired Tillotson to spray foam my basement walls and was really impressed on the work and the product. Now I’m going to have a machine shed sprayed also.

Tillotson has been on of the best roofing and insulation companies I have used. I have used them to coat a 16000 sq. ft commercial roof all the way down to a small residential roof. Tillotson has the most professional spray foam team I have used. Their spray foam is accurate and clean. Tillotson will be my fist call for any roofing and insulation needs. I am also very satisfied to see their employees engaged in our local community.

I can't say just how good these guys were! From the salesmen that came out and looked at my roof, to the crew that did the work! The salesmen was prompt, knowledgeable about the product and process, and his estimate was spot on. After meeting with Brandon the choice was clear. When the crew showed up they were respectful of my property and made sure everything was done before they left, including cleaning up any mess they made! One guy even hung my bird feeder back on the hook that it had fallen from a week prior. Great product, not the cheapest on the market, definitely worth the money..... you get what you pay for and it will last a lot longer than I will own my place. I would definitely recommend Tillotson's to anyone looking to get there roof done

I had concrete sidewalk and slab that had settled up to 3",the guys lifted it all with foam to original placing,I am retired contractor and wasn't sure if they could do it,they did it perfectly,much cheaper than removing concrete and replacing with new,completely done in less than half a day,would have been 2-3 day process with repouring,the workers were courteous,friendly professional and knowledgeable,no mess to clean up after they left,highly recommend for any concrete lifting job,foam lifting definitely better than mudjacking,great company did great work,don't have to worry about foundation getting washed out now very satisfied

We had a concrete porch that was cracking and noticeably sagging in the middle. It was beginning to worsen more quickly than we anticipated. We had Jerry come look at it to see what he thought he might be able to swing. After initial inspection he was very honest and let us know it was going to be a bigger project than he had originally anticipated. However, after weighing our options and evaluating our cost, we knew we would save significant money going with Tillotson. However probably the bigger factor was time. We had just worked with a contractor who we were less than satisfied with and we didn’t want to deal with project being drawn out forever and left in an unsatisfactory state. Jerry and his crew had the job done in a few hours versus weeks/months and it looks fantastic. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you!

This company is top notch. Adjustment made on the price to meet my need. They are prompt and easy to work/communicate. Workers were professional and nice.

Seems like a good company, but I called for a bid on 1/18 and nobody answered but I did get a call back the next day on 1/19, and she was very polite and said they were in meetings and said someone would get ahold of me to take a look at our place. I was at work and missed the guys call but called him back that afternoon and he said he would get ahold of me later to schedule a time, it’s now 1/24 and I have yet to hear from anyone.

This company has done multiple projects for our business. I had a roof leak at one of our locations durring a major snow storm, that shut down our business. They came out and helped to remove the snow from the roof and patched the holes that were causing the leaking so we could reopen. At another one of our store locations the concrete in our handicap stall had the dirt wash away underneath it. They were out within 24 hours to foam jack the absent and raise the slab so that nobody would trip the cracks that were there. A month later they returned to add more of the foam after the original fix had settled, to ensure the project was completed properly.
