I was called by GHM on 08/30/23 to set up an appointment after going online to find a company that could resurface a pool. The person I spoke with was very polite on the phone. Shortly after scheduling the appointment, a second person called to confirm the appointment, which was set for 08/31/23 at 5:30 pm. The individual scheduled to meet us at our home did not show up. I called the number provided to me by the scheduler around 5:50 and again several times after that, but there was no answer and no voicemail option. I found a second number listed online, but that number was not working. I called the number provided to me again the following morning (09/01) and was told that the person who was sent out to look at our job tried calling us several times to reschedule due to car problems, however, we did not receive any calls. When I told her that I had called the number provided to me several times and no one picked up, she said they had "gone home a little early last night at 6:30," so there was no one there to take the calls, but my calls where made earlier than 6:30, so someone should have picked up the calls. I'm no longer interested in working with a company who can't take the time to call the potential client to let them know they need to reschedule.

I recommend this company and especially our project manager. She was fantastic. She took the time to explain the process very well.
When she gave us the quote she worked with our budget and made our dream come true!

Thank you for the great costumer service. We changed the wall's color in our living room. Isaac helped us to chose the paint (which dries quickly) and base moldings. The project was done in 1 day.
We will hire them for a room addition project next month and already recommend them to our neighbors:)

We worked with this company recently on a kitchen remodel project.
The manager listened to what we wanted and really gave life to our project. He helped us come up with a design plan that was very efficient and practical for our life.

The guys did very lovely work! I could not be more pleased with them, will be recommending them to all of my friends and will definitely be rehiring for any future projects!

Roof was leaking bad they not only replaced my entire roof but they also fixed the water damage caused by the leaks they were pretty fast and im just glad they fixed it in the time they said they would.

I have used GHM Construction a few times now for different projects around our house. Last year, we had them remodel one of the bathrooms in our house and this year we needed them to remodel our primary bathroom and we are excited to finally start work on our kitchen remodel. We have enjoyed working with the project managers for each project. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of remodeling work done!
