I initially decided to use Tile Roof Specialists because they were the only company that could repair my roof without damaging my existing tiles. I had no spare tiles to use. I subsequently found Steve/Marshall to be honest, reasonable in pricing and reliable. They did what they said they would do and stood by their work. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would use them again if I ever needed another tile roof repair.

We’ve been using Tile Roof Specialist for over 10 years. They’ve kept our tile roof looking great and leak free. Just recently Marshall came out and took care of a repair to keep our home owner’s insurance from not renewing our policy. Marshall is always a pleasure to deal with. He’s professional and kind. It’s comforting to have a company that’s trustworthy and does impeccable work.

Excellent care of our tile roof. These guys are the best. They answer the phone and show up on time. I will not let anyone else on our 30 year old tile roof. No leaks when they're done! Live beach side and deal with hurricanes.

I have been using Florida Tile Roof Specialists for more than 10 years to care for my tile roof in Heathrow Woods, Lake Mary, FL. Steve and Marshall have always been responsive to my calls, and have always come when they said they were going to come, and on time.Their ability to find even the smallest leaks is amazing given that where you see a leak in the house may not be at all where the leak in the roof actually is located. I would recommend them to anyone with a tile roof who wants to keep if maintained and leak free.

As a homeowner adjacent to a golf course, I’m so grateful for the Tile Roof Specialists. I’ve used their tile roof repair services twice in the past 6 years and the excellent customer service, trustworthy, quality workmanship is top notch. My neighbor has used their services too, and is equally happy with the repairs. I wish more businesses had this caliber of professionalism. The response time is incredible. Steve responded in less than 24 hours of my initial phone call and Marshall was able to fix my roof within 6 days of the initial request. I highly recommend this business.

I have an older historic home with a 80 year old tile roof. If you have an older home with a tile roof - Steve and Marshall at the Tile Roof Specialists are who you want to call. They have kept me dry inside my house for years and a few times helped me find tiles that matched my non standard 80 year old tiles for my roof.
