Talk to Talor Smith very nice young man willing to work with you deal with the insurance company and making some other suggestions on my roof of needing repaired very hesitate toa answer my door and today. I’m very glad I did. Thank you Mr. Taylor Smith.

Taylor came out and took a look at my roof because we had a few shingles damaged. Taylor gave me honest feedback on the damage and was able to help with a quick repair to extend the life of the roof without a massive bill! Excellent service, and I know who to call when the roof ages a bit more!

I was amazed at how fast Tier-One’s crew got my roof done. They were respectful with my property, and the cleanup was perfect. Taylor and Justin answered all my questions kept in contact with me, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Tier-One Roofing.

I do not fault Tier One for the delays in performing our roof repair--delays caused by (probably) a tornado snd definately by rain-- but I DO fault Tier One for their poor comunication. May 24, 2025 Tulsa Rock and Mineral Society paid half the ammount due for a job. Today is 19 July, 2025 and we still do not have a date for the work. I was first contacted in June with a date which would not work for us. After I called them again a date was set for 14 July. That day came and went with no Presence and no phone call. While their work may be exemplary their Keep In Contact skills are NOT.

I’m super pleased with Justin C.’s quick response to my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered clearly and that I fully understood everything. I can’t wait to recommend him to everyone I know. Top-tier service for sure!

Taylor stopped by and offered to give me quote on my roof. Afterwards, he went the extra mile and offered to place a tarp over an existing leak. Super cool dude!

Daniel knocked on my door this morning and offered me a free inspection since I was in a likely storm area. 15 minutes later he came down and showed me pictures that my roof was still in great condition. Highly recommend Tier One Roofing! Honesty is the best policy and that's what they offer!

On his way to another job, Daniel noticed the flashing around my chimney was coming loose. He stopped and offered to nail it back down for free. He and his co-worker were very friendly, polite, and quick. I know who I'm calling when my roof needs replacing.

Such a great company to work with really nice people and they get the job done and done good and for a really good price they gave me a free inspection and gave me an estimate same day and they got the job done in 2 days. I have no complaints

It was a chill sunny day, kids just got back from school, vibing. Then ding dong — Taylor S. pulls up repping Tier-One Roofing. Bro was lookin’ sharp, pure pro energy. Instant good vibes. Trust unlocked.

Few weeks later, we link up with his boss Jacob. Dude legit scaled my roof like Spider-Man ️ and snapped over 100 pics. Straight facts and no cap — he explained everything crystal clear. We locked in the deal. ️

BTW — the whole crew? All veterans. Not just owned by a Special Forces guy — they are the Special Forces.

Install day? I swear I saw them fast-rope from a Black Hawk They were ON IT. I walk out, shingles already flying off. Met Justin, the Production Manager — dude had everything under control like mission control

They covered my plants, flowers, even my majestic Japanese Maple like it was royalty Zero mess. Max respect. These guys ran the roof job like Navy SEALs on a stealth op.

Tier-One? More like God Tier. In 30 years, I’m calling them back. Easy 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

JB and Josh handled this project with professionalism. The appointments made were kept. No high pressure sales technique. No request to have an after hours bid with my spouse present. Only what I judged to be accurate assessment of my situation, and a selection for a shingle based upon my concerns. They then on time with a crack crew exactly on time. The result was a great job on schedule, and on budget. Thank you men for terrific work. If you want to deal with a company that returns calls, knows how to schedule work, and get it done on time these are your guys.

Josh provided us with a free roof inspection after a recent hail storm. He found some minor issues that he corrected at no charge. He was very personable, respectful and informative on what to keep an eye on with our roof. We will definitely call Tier-One Roofing again in the future with any other roofing concerns we have. They are top notch professionals!

Hiighly recommend Tier-One Roofing. I called them as a last resort as I saw they were veteran owned, my husband is a vet. I had numerous roofing companies here to look.at my roof. They wouldnt work w insurance, they wamted me to pay out of pocket. I had an old claim from last yr that they looked at and had it reopened. I had to let it go as my husband was in hospital couldn't deal w roof and advocating for him. They came out and inspected the roof with adjuster and got it covered. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional I will be calling Tier-One anytime I need anything roofing-related, in future, hopefully not for awhile. You should call them for your roofing needs too.

did an amazing job replacing our roof after the recent tornadoes came thru. Daniel explained everything before hand, everyone on site were professional, courteous and helpful, from start to finish. They were able to get a new roof on quickly, and finished in a day. I would highly recommend Tier-One Roofing.

Josh came out from Tier 1 and gave us a thorough onspection on our roof with an eye to replacement. He carefully checked all parts of the roof, and sunroom of the house. He was prompt getting back with an estimate and breaking down all the costs. He was friendly and very professional. I recommend Tier 1 !!

Our house was recently damaged by the Tornado that hit Owasso. Jacob and his crew had me patched and dry sealed only HOURS from the storm ending. They were a God Send at the perfect timing. They are easy to work with and this Veteran is glad to know that I’m in good hands.

Daniel was great. He came to my home to quote removal of unused satellite dish that was a very unusual install. He looked it all over and made some suggestions and carefully explained my options. He was able to remove the dish without disturbing my shingles by leaving a protective cover that was installed when the dish was installed. It was all free! Thank you Daniel for sharing your expertise, time and kindness. If I need roof repair or replacement I will be calling Tier-One!

I highly recommend Tier-One Roofing. I called them for a roof inspection. Jacob came out and inspected the roof; he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did not try to pressure me into buying a new roof. He even gave recommendations of things to keep in mind when renewing my homeowners insurance, many of which I had not considered. I saw the team at the Home and Garden show and got booked for a roof inspection. Bryan came out in the window given and was friendly and professional. He inspected the roof, reported back that everything was in good shape, there were a couple areas to keep an eye on, and he recommended that unless we have any big storms this spring, to get back with him next year for another inspection. Great experience with Bryan and Tier-One Roofing and will work with them in the future.
