Tier 1 Restorations of Castle Rock

Our home experienced a toilet overflowing on the second floor. Ty and Tier 1 did an excellent job remediating the water damage and repairing the damage. All throughout the experience Ty was prompt to respond to my concerns and communications. Ty was also very professional every step of the way and helped me navigate the stubborn insurance company. I highly recommend Ty and Tier 1.

We had a flooded basement and Tier One was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. Tyler helped us navigate our insurance claim and made sure clean up was thorough. He helped connect us to other resources that expedited our clean up process.

Tyler came to my rescue when I discovered that a refrigerator had been installed incorrectly and water had leaked into the basement. He came over right away to do some immediate repairs, and then continued to manage the many repairs required. Tyler and all of the staff he hired were extremely professional, provided high quality work and were responsive. I feel very fortunate that I found Tyler to guide me through all of the work required to fix my basement.

We recently discovered that the water shut off valve to our house had been leaking slowly for some time and resulted in dreaded black mold. Our experience with Tyler of Tier 1 was just awesome. I called on a Sunday not expecting anyone to answer and he picked up immediately. He came to our house within a couple hours to check out and evaluate the situation and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was able to set up a barrier in our home to safely mitigate the mold and arranged for our shut off valve to be repaired so we'd never have to worry about a leak again. He knows his stuff and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for his knowledge, experience, and excellent customer service. Thank you Tyler!

We came home to water pouring from our ceiling I googled water remediation in Castle Rock and Tier 1 popped up. Tyler with Tier 1 was at our house until almost 3 in the morning cleaning up, removing baseboards and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. He was punctual and SUPER hard working. We had quite a lot of damage done by the leak in an upstairs bathroom, and he was at our house every day doing what he needed to do to prevent further damage and get all the damaged materials out of our house in a timely manner (cat 3, yucky water ) I highly recommend Ty!!!

Great experience! No on likes having repairs :( but the gentleman with Tier1 ( I believe the owner of the LLC) was amazing! He called hours ahead of time to give an estimated ETA, made sure his work was done perfectly! He also reached out to the warranty company to request a new faucet and was able to get a brand new one! Great service for the front range area

One of the worst experiences I ever had with any company. The owner is unprofessional and do not have much expertise. He was focused only on one thing: How to charge and get out of you as much money as he can. I guess the best way to summarize how horrible was this experience is when I questioned his customer service skills and his answer was : "I'm not here to do customer service".

I had the great pleasure of meeting the Technician/ Plumber Tyler, he was very punctual, courteous, professional and kind. Tyler took the time to listen to the problem that was occurring in the house, even though he had the information from the landlord, he showed concern and wanted to find out how he could be of assistance. After evaluating the situation Tyler took the time to explain his observation and gave a few options of what could happen. My daughter is the renter of the house she was not available at the time to hear his explanations. Taylor explained that he will contact the homeowner and give him his updates, he also assured me once he hears from the homeowner of what he wants to do, he will let me know the outcome and if the homeowner agrees with his recommendations, he will start working right away.

Tyler informed me the homeowner did not want him to move forward, I wasn't sure why but I do want to add that Tyler was very professional, kind and a good listener. When I went on Yelp to put this comment about Tyler, I seen that he had a bad review and Tier 1 restorations was given a bad review from this situation Tyler never did any work here, he only gave his professional opinion, that's not fair for Tyler or Tier 1 Restorations to be bad mouth on Yelp, a lot of people listen to the reviews and believe what people have to say. The Yelp review was not from me or my daughter so I wanted to give a great review for Tier 1 Restorations and compliment them for having such a professional gentleman working for them.

Our garbage disposal started leaking water everywhere. Tier 1 came to our house the very next day and replaced it for us. They were quick and clean, friendly and professional. Great job.
