Absolutely the best company to work with. Their ability to adjust schedule is a huge plus for an active school/parish. From the quality of workmanship to the attention to detail, I will never go with any other roofer. Our job was a very large job with multiple structural types. Nothing that they couldn’t handle. Tier 1 inspected our roof after major hail storm, gave us a great estimate. Got us approved to include 2/3 side walls. Worked promptly with the insurance company. It was a very easy process from the customer side. Absolutely recommend Chase and his team at Tier 1!

I worked with Tyler and he was always very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely use again! They also were pretty clean with the removal of the old roof. There was minimal excess left behind.

I highly recommend Tier1 Contracting. They installed new roof and gutters on my home in Yukon, OK. The roof and gutters had to be replaced due to hail and storm damage. They tore off all old shingles and gutters and replaced everything. They cleaned up everything to perfection. Both the roof and gutter crews were very professional and quick doing their jobs. Leslie Williamson their salesman was great to work with. He texted or called or came over in person during their work and kept me up to date on what was being done and when they would start and finish. Roofers 2 days and gutter crew 1 day to finish up. 5 star service and company. Don’t hesitate to use them, you will be glad you did.

Tyler and the Tier 1 team were great! Tyler was able to meet my insurance adjuster on site with minimal notice to assess the damage from hail storms. Tyler and Tier 1 also knew that my roof would need much more work than the adjuster accounted for to get up to code and they worked directly with my insurance which made the process seamless! I’d recommend Tyler and Tier 1 to anyone who is in the market for roof repair or replacement!

They did a great job on my new roof and gutters. I was amazed on how fast they knocked it out. It looks great, and they weren’t even near as much as the other quotes I got. The owner was responsive, and very professional. I’m glad I went with them.

I strongly recommend this Tier 1 Contracting for all industrial roof repair. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my 60K square foot facility, but when a micro-burst knocked some of the materials into our fence, they repaired the fence at no cost to my company. They did not have to do that, but that is just the type of people they are. I would use them again many times over!

Josh with Tier 1 has been excellent to work with. I have used them on a few jobs now. Everything from roof repair to total roof replacement. I highly recommend them!
