Robbins Roofing did our roof and did an excellent job starting about 6:30 am and completed about 3:30 pm. Had a large crew that was very efficient at covering up everything around the house so no damage would be done. Cleaned up everything exceptionally well. Second time they have roofed my house and if it ever needs to be done again I won’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Robbin’s Roofing is the best out there! Larry was so great to work with and he went above and beyond to help my mom. He took it upon himself to work with her insurance company (which was not easy to work with) and replace everything that had been damaged from the wind storm, to include the sunroom which ended up on top of her house. Larry coordinated with all sub contractors to make sure everything was removed and hauled off. Larry and his crew were super nice and so pleasant to work with and treated us like family. First class all the way. This family owned business does roofing right! I was impressed by what I saw when they re-roofed a neighbor's home, so when my roof had storm damage I gave them a call. First, the owner inspected my roof and photographed the damage. Then he worked courteously and professionally with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked on the insurance estimate. On re-roof day, they had full time on site supervision of the roofing crew, not just a roving supervisor or salesman like some roofers use. The crew did an excellent job on the re-roof and were very thorough in their cleanup. Follow that up with a detailed final inspection and it's clear that Robbins Roofing had the recipe for satisfying customers with high quality work.

Robbins always does a great job. I have used them several times and most recently they repaired multiple areas on my roof from the recent wind storm. They always arrive when they say they are going to and they clean up after themselves.

Robbins just finished my roof last week. I am a repeat customer - they also replaced my roof about 16 years ago. I am not a roofer and don't know much about it, but they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves (no nails in tires!). Colby did a great job meeting insurance adjusters and representing us to make sure they were seeing everything. Jennifer was great dealing with me (I'm an overthinker) and answering my questions and walking me through the various options. Much appreciated. The new roof and gutters look great!

We really enjoyed working with this company. Our roofing project included some extras that we wanted to get done, and they were more than happy to accommodate and find a way to get them worked in. They worked well with our insurance company and provided abundant communication so we knew exactly what was happening and when. This included working with various subcontractors, and they made the whole process as easy as possible. I hope we don’t need any work like this done in the near future, but if we do, we will give them a call.

This roofing company was hired by neighbors. I was fine with the fact that this company used my yard to lay down their materials, equipment, etc. (even though they didn’t ask) but I am not ok with the company's failure to conduct a thorough cleanup, resulting in the presence of nails and debris scattered across my yard, porch, and sidewalk (just a small fraction of it that I picked up is pictured) not to mention laying boards against my shrubs causing damage. Furthermore, they blocked my mailbox so that I couldn’t get mail delivered and even stood on my mailbox!! A reputable company would prioritize thorough cleanup and not disrespect neighboring properties. They obviously lack attention to detail which would definitely make me question the quality of work they do on roofs.

So glad we chose Robbins Roofing to replace our roof this year. Larry and his team did a fantastic job, and our new roof looks so good! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us when the job was done. Can't reccomend them enough!

When dealing with storm damage, your insurance company's objective is to pay out as little as possible. Your contractors job is to get your insurance company to pay for ALL related damage. Larry Robbins, and the team at Robbins Roofing are the best in the business when it comes to this aspect of Storm Restoration! They have been doing it for decades, and have many customers, like me who would call on them and none other. The storm in June 2023 caused significant damaged to several structures on our property. After an initial low-ball payout, Larry challenged them to pay for all of the damage. It took some time, but eventually the insurance company paid what was necessary to complete repairs. As for the work... Robbins uses only first rate materials, and their crews were on time, meticulous in their work, finished the job as scheduled and left our property with no evidence that they'd ever been there. CLEAN. I've known Larry and his wife Jennifer for close to 20 years. He's a man of integrity and is worthy of your trust. Jennifer understands the ins and outs of the administrative aspects of the industry, and can help walk you through the process with minimal stress. Why settle for the cheapest, when you can get the BEST? I highly recommend them!!

I DO NOT recommend Robbins Roofing due to the following experience. Primarily, excessively over-charged: for roofing and guttering product. Robbins charged $19,157.25 for 47.33 sq of Malarkey Vista Class IV shingles. The product was furnished by ABC Supply Co of Edmond. According to ABC, the exact same product may be purchased (non-contractor pricing, $138/sq) for $7621.35 (plus tax and $65 for delivery). Robbins price $404.80/sq. The gutter sub-contractor stated, 180.0 linear feet delivered; Robbins stated 328.0 linear feet. An additional charge by Robbins for overhead and profit of $6547.82. My total bill from Robbins was $41,654.98 for roof removal, replacement, and guttering which should have cost less than $28000. My error, I should have demanded Robbins provide their estimate UPFRONT without need of reviewing my insurance claim information. A reputable contractor will provide you with a quote upfront. It took 3 attempts to receive a minimally adequate invoice outlining the service and product they provided. My very expensive lesson learned. Since you indicated my feedback was not “factual”, please review. My review did not address the lack of detailed (factual) information in your invoice, despite 3 requests from me. Interesting you chose to outline more complete information in your response than on your invoice. I requested an estimate from John in August prior to starting the job. This was never provided. I learned an estimate should have been obtained prior to signing a contract. I utilized factual information to estimate your charges for shingles to indicate a comparison of the (excessive) charge for shingles. In the total cost of the roof project, the largest outlay is shingles. You are correct there are many other costs involved in a roofing project. Using the guideline of shingle costs, it appears you excessively overcharged on the roofing project. Reminder, your billing for gutters and roofing (not itemized) was over $41,000. Utilizing shingles cost alone would give you a return of $11,535.90 (Your charge appears to be $19,157.25 minus $7,621.35 actual retail cost). That is significantly higher than market value for the cost of your crew. An allowance of $6,547.82 for overhead and profit was estimated, so clearly I am not expecting you to perform at zero margin. With a total invoice of $41,654.98, minus the retail cost of shingles (7621.35), guttering (4141.48), overhead and profit (6547.82), your estimated cost for starter shingles, hip/ridge shingles, ventilation, paint, caulking, underpayment product for entire roof, ice/water product, flashings, drip edge, w-valley metal, additional allowance for steep pitch, and installation is estimated at $29,237.33. Shall I provide you with an outline of the reasonable and customary charges for starter shingles, hip/ridge shingles, ventilation, paint, caulking, underpayment product for the entire roof, ice/water product, (nails, staples are not itemized), flashings, drip edge, w-valley metal, and cost for installation with additional allowance on steep pitch? I was able to obtain two estimates from contractors my neighbors used. They provided a detailed description of the job. You charged above reasonable and customary charges. I did not say you cheated customers, those are your words. As a homeowner for over 45 years in Oklahoma, I have been blessed that I have not needed a new roof before. I am not educated in the process. I placed my trust in your company. I clearly have the highest cost roof in my neighborhood. It is not illegal (but certainly not ethical), you may charge any price. I simply wanted the public to be aware they should obtain an estimate from a reputable roofer prior to signing a contract for work. A business practice that I should have utilized.

Larry Robbins, Colby Robbins and Robbins Roofing are the best! Larry walked us through the claim process, this enabled us to receive more from our insurance company! We had to to have repairs under our eaves and all work, roof and eaves was excellent! We have and would recommend Larry and Robbins Roofing to anyone!

After the April 2023 hailstorm and a bad experience with another local company, we reached out to Robbins Roofing for an estimate. We were so relieved by the empathy and professionalism extended to us by the whole Robbins team and hired them immediately. Larry and Jennifer were a breeze to work with and we fully trusted them to get this big job completed as quickly as possible. Roof, gutters, and garage doors - all managed by the Robbins Roofing team. Larry walked us through the insurance claims process and suggested the roofing materials that could be acquired the fastest, since SO much of OKC was replacing roofs due the spring storms. The roofing crew was early on the day of our roofing job and finished the job, exactly when we’d been told they would. They left a clean work site and even made a 2nd pass through our yard to make sure no nails were left behind for our dog’s paws to find. I highly recommend Robbins Roofing and again, big thanks to Larry, Jennifer, & their whole team for making this process as easy as possible.

I am posting this in March 2022. After a huge hailstorm in April 2020, our insurance company decided they did not want to pay for a new roof on our house, in spite of lots of roof damage and most of our neighbors getting new roofs after that storm. Robbins Roofing was the third roofing company to work with us, the only one that was willing to stick it out while we waited (and are still waiting) for the insurance company to pay the full replacement cost. We have had to go through a public adjuster and then an attorney. During that time, Robbins Roofing replaced individual shingles as wind and more hail damaged them. Larry Robbins checked in with us on a regular basis to see how our claim was going. He provided all the information the public adjuster and attorney have needed throughout their process. Finally after nearly 2 years, we decided that we could not wait any longer to replace our roof, so we contacted Larry Robbins to get it set up.

Within two weeks, we had a new roof. The workers were professional, polite, and kept things clean. They put tarps down around the house as they pulled off the old roof. On the first day, I forgot to pull my vehicle out of the garage ahead of time to go to work. They stopped the work on that side of the house for a few minutes, pulled the tarps away, checked for nails, and then cleared the way for me to get out of the driveway. The new roof looks fantastic! We could not be happier! We hope we do not need to get a new roof again any time soon, but if we do, we will go with Robbins Roofing. Very highly recommended.

After my father’s roof sustained damage from the OKC ice storm in late 2020 he called Larry Robbins on the recommendation of the retired roofer who had done all his roof repairs for 27 years. Larry came out promptly and inspected the roof, and recommended full replacement of this very odd and unique roof that had never been replaced since it’s installation in 1978. The shingles were concrete tiles that were no longer available, and between the many cracked tiles and roof deck damage, replacement was inevitable. Unfortunately my father passed away before the arrangements were made, and a few months later my family was in the house when a week of heavy rains hit and leaks appeared in about a dozen places in the house. I called Robbins on a Sunday and left a message, they called back Monday morning, and Larry came to the house a couple of days later to see what he could do and we agreed to go ahead with the roof replacement. A couple of hours later Tanner came out to put tarps over the leaking spots and within days we had a contract and a start date. It was a very big job because of the size of the roof and the weight of the tiles that were being removed, but Larry put two crews on the job and found as many dumpsters as possible, and the job that was projected to take a week took only 3 days. Tanner and his crew were great, they cleaned up beautifully, and we now have a secure roof, ten new leakproof skylights, and new gutters as of last Friday. We really appreciated Larry’s kindness about my father’s passing and his concern that things be done right as quickly as possible. We have had a very good experience with Larry and the Robbins Roofing team from start to finish.

I would just like to commend Robbins roofing for an awesome job they did on our roof replacing it after a hail storm in February of this year in Norman Oklahoma. I had five or six other companies come out. Some of the companies were from out of state or from very far distances. We gave them a call they showed up on time they gave us a complete analysis of the damage that was done and they even worked with our insurance company and took care of all the paperwork and everything with that and coordinated all of that. It is a lot to deal with when you are a homeowner. Thankfully Eric P came out gave us an estimate did everything he said he was going to do he was very honest and coordinated everything scheduled a time when they could do it with his crew they did it all in one day and we were very pleased and happy with the job that they did we would highly recommend them to anyone we would like to thank him and his crew of people for a wonderful job well done. The Team from Robbins Roofing met all my expectations...from the initial roof inspection thru the collaboration with my insurer. Eric Payne was exceptional and helpful in getting our roof replaced when our insurance company had denied replacement multiple times. After five roofing companies and two inspectors had deemed the roof a total loss Eric was the only one that could convince them to replace. Eric Payne is the person we contacted, and he did everything he said he would. He was extremely helpful, and they did an excellent job on the roof, so I highly recommend Robbins Roofing.

Called Robbins asking for a second opinion roof inspection, as I am selling my home and the buyer's roof was recommending replacement. Robbins was able to send someone out the next business day (Monday after a Friday call), so that's good. Rep arrived about 20 min after the arrival time that they gave, but that wasn't a huge deal.

The Robbins rep also recommended replacement, so I asked for a quote on the work. Rep said he could have that for me the next day. The next day (Tuesday) came and went, and no quote. I couldn't get anyone from Robbins on the phone the next day (rep or home office). On Thursday, my fiance got the main office on the phone, and they said they would get the quote.

I finally got the quote this morning (Friday morning), and it is almost 3x higher than the other quote I have gotten so far.

If Robbins didn't want my business, they could have said so Monday and saved us both a bunch of time.

They are an AMAZING company and got things done very prompt! They get back in contact with you on everything! Definitely will make a great choice if you choose them for your roofing needs!

John Hendrix is the company rep who took care of us. He explained things clearly & helped us communicate with a difficult insurance company. Finally they approved everything that needed to be done. Robbins got started as soon thereafter as weather allowed. John or a project manager was always available. After they got started we ran into a problem with the houses’ electrical system & John got a reputable electrical company on the job right away. The roof replacement was completed in two days as promised. (It was actually done in a day & a half.)

While in the process of getting my roof replaced I had some issues with my insurance claim; Robbins roofing was both helpful in helping me resolve these issues and patient throughout the process. They took what could have been an incredibly stressful financial situation and helped walk me through the process with my insurance company. Now the next phase was John's to get the insurance company to agree on repairs. The next phase, replacing the roof, Was today, 03/08/2021, when Tanner Eagan, Production Mgr. brought his crew of very capable men out to our home to do the work. Tanner had already come out here once to make sure of what was needed. The crew was here 15 minutes early and got to work exactly at the time quoted. These men all knew what their part was to be & do, so they got after the task at hand. The old roof was removed in just 2.5 hours and the re-roofing began. We even had them do a few change order items once the old roof was removed and the under roof was exposed.

The crew had clean up men to began the process of keeping our property very well maintained plus we had a 25 mph wind today to handle. our home and outbuilding required 93+ bundles of nice Owens Corning shingles. They were all hand carried up ladders sometimes two bundles at a time. It was like clockwork with several guys laying down the under laying fabric, not felt, and one starting the edge work. Again all men knew what was next and did their work without being told. PROFESSIONALS.
Our home was stripped, re-roofed in approximately 8 hours plus cleaned up of all waste material.

It was such a pleasure to see worked done in this manner and we can not thank the crew, Tanner, John and of course Jennifer whom helped put the materials together. This IS a well oiled company and you should highly consider their company for your roofing project(s).

Larry and the entire Robbins crew are true professionals. We have rental properties and six of our homes in one area all had hail damage from the same storm. Larry helped me through a stressful situation, shepherded my through the claim process and went to bat for me with the insurance company making sure they honored their coverage and provided all the benefits that my premiums paid for over all these years. The job was done right, they took care of my yards and did not leave a mess when they were done. Their attention to detail and years of experience were evident in the finished product. And they finished all six roofs in 3 days!

I called Robbins on Friday to get an estimate on some eave damage to my home after I had talked to my insurance company, who recommended another company who could not get to me for at least 4 weeks! Robbins sent someone out to look at it the very next day (Saturday) and proceeded to completely repair the damaged area on Monday at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed by their prompt and professional service and I will call them first if I ever need this kind of home repair again! They are the BEST! :)

I did not do business with Robbins, but my neighbor did. They threw a bunch of shingles, trash, and roofing material in my back yard which I had to clean up. I doubt it was on purpose, but this is my beef: the workers could have seen the trash from the roof. They could have come over, knocked, and requested access in order to clean up their mess. But they didn't.

After dealing with another roofing company for many months we called Robbins Roofing. They did in weeks what the other company could not do in months. I am so glad we went with Robbins.
