Bryan gave us an excellent estimate for the roof and gutter damage done from the wind storm due to a neighbor’s pergola hitting our roof and causing extensive damage. After days of Facebook spamming ads about new roofs installed for $1000. I contacted Bryan with 5Coat Roofing. Bryan arrived on time, measured out my roof, was 45 squares. Bryan explained my options. Discussed the decking, repair, and costs since you can’t see the deck until the shingles are off. I was given very competitive bid. No need to look further. Scheduled the work for the next day. Crew arrived on time. Completed all work in 1 day. That’s tearing off 2 layers of 45 squares. They installed a black shingle with ridge vent. Couldn’t be happier. I got a different house than what I started with.

Shout out to 5Coat Roofing & Construction for being amazing and easy to work with 5Coats was able to replace our roof, screen door, garage doors, gutters, window screens, lights, and they even painted for us! We were hit hard during the Hail Storm on 09/24/24 and was dealing with a lot life situations. It was the next day when we're hounded daily with Contractors constantly ringing the doorbell not understanding when we didn't have the time to deal with the damage yet. I do understand having a business and trying to get sales but I do believe there is a way to be more tactful than pushy. Bryan was never that. We came back to the how with a paper attached to a screen door introducing himself and his company with a rough estimate of damages just from what he could see from the street and an offer to call him if we had time. This approach worked well enough for me to give him a call. He came out very punctual was very Attentive to detail and respectful our time. He had a great offer with a great warranty backing. When we had the claim adjuster out he walked through the whole process with me making sure that they could see all the damage and what was going to need to be done. After that we hired him and within a week the process was done and seamless. Super professional, super fast, great quality, and also going the extra mile helping even after the work was done. I hope we don't have anymore issues but if we do I believe we've found our Contractors for life.

Bryan has been a dream to work with through all of this. We needed a new window, new screens, partial fence with gates, all new gutters and roof. He was literally a one stop shopping place. They were effecient, went above and beyond in everything, cleaned up after themselves and things were done in a timely manner. Everything looks fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased with the services.

Originally, I contracted Fivecoat to repair the stain on the interior door/ window trim and sand, repair, and recoat some outside wooden siding with polyurethane. Unfortunately, the wood was damaged beyond their ability to make it match around the house.

Without charging me any extra, the owner, Bryan, offered to paint the exterior to make all the siding match. Additionally, after I sent my tools away with the movers, Bryan allowed me to use his saw to prepare an unrelated project on the house. Bryan's willingness to work with me and make it right saved me money during a close-margin sale.

He was a good price compared to the other ones I had come out. He was able to get the roof scheduled within a week and the guys had the roof done in 1 day. I could not be happier with the roof and the work done.
