These guys are top-notch! We just purchased a “flipped” house and uncovered some big issues with the attic ventilation and insulation. These guys were super helpful guiding us through the “must-do’s”, “should-do’s”, and “could-do’s” regarding the repairs. The crews always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They even finished 2 days ahead of schedule. If there was anything unexpected, they brought it to our attention right away and discussed options. In the end, there was minimal overage on the budget ($300 on a $16K project). We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again as we dig further into the house to make it home. :)

I have only one carpenter company, and that is Tico's carpentry! Jorge is always professional and explains all work with clarity. He insures that his team does the work right. He put a roof on my home 11 years ago and replaced many windows. He restored my garage to perfection when a tree destroyed it after a storm. When a leaded glass window in my 100 year old house needed protection from the elements, he built a storm window for it! You can trust his honesty and integrity to make sure you are satisfied. His son, David, now joins him and is also a great person to work with.

We hired Tico’s to replace our roof after our insurance company cancelled our coverage due to the condition of the roof. Jorge and the team came out to assess the job and delivered a reasonable quote within 24 hours. Knowing we were in a rush to get the repairs done, they scheduled a crew within a few weeks just as winter was ending. The job was done quickly, and our yard was left clear of debris. I had an annoying leak in my roof that multiple people tried to fix with no success. I finally called Tico's & within a couple of days they were here to fix it. Never had a leak in that spot again. Should've called them from the beginning. 10/10!! From the quoting & scheduling to actually getting the repairs done, I couldn't be happier. After the storm in September, 2021 tore roofs off all over this area, Tico's was very professional and responsive.

They did the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price -- especially considering how all other contractors were gouging the storm afflicted.
