Magnolia Home Remodeling Group Is the BEST around. Everyone was amazing from Vic, to James, to Thomas and Crew. Jame’s had an amazing response time and answered all my questions even when they were 7:30pm.

What makes a great company is the small details. Vic moved my garbage cans back to the side of my house while he was walking back to his car. The smalled details were cared about during the my renovation.

Thomas and crew worked fast, clean and did every detail seamlessly.

We wanted to add some customization to our builder grade home and Magnolia did not disappoint! I explained to them my vision for an electric fireplace and they executed it seamlessly! They provided me with good vendors for my fireplace unit, and our mantel. Our project manager Casey was AMAZING. He made sure we knew every step of the project as it was happening; we never felt like we were in the dark. They handled all of the permits and inspections. The entire staff were friendly and very professional. Our contractor Filip was amazing as well. Along the way, there was an issue with the drywall on the fireplace, but his craftsmanship, and attention to detail solved it no issue!

Magnolia was also able to add steps to our elevated deck that our builder didn’t add on, and they were able to match the materials perfectly. No one thinks that the stairs were not already a part of the deck. We would 100% recommend Magnolia for any of your home remodeling needs.

Well. The work they’ve done with other people projects looked promising.

Unfortunately after talking to one of their secretaries she informed me they wouldn’t be a “good fit” for me unless I wanted to remodel my entire kitchen.

So for example I want to remove load bearing walls and open the floor plan in my house. And with that redo the flooring, but they won’t do it unless I also agree to redoing the kitchen.

Idk seemed a little weird but I guess that’s their policy.

So anyone looking for “smaller projects” aren’t of interest to them. You’d be better off searching For another company. Don’t waste your time or theirs. Respectfully. Good luck.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Magnolia Home Remodeling for a major renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of work was exceptional, which was the primary reason we chose them. They ensure the job is done correctly and genuinely care about your feedback on the final result, making sure everything meets your expectations.

One of the standout aspects of Magnolia is their ability to handle your whole home. We decided to bundle our outdoor living area and bathroom renovations with them, which allowed us to tackle two major projects under the same timeline. This coordination made the process so much smoother and less stressful than managing separate renovations.

Ed, our primary contractor for the bathroom, was an absolute professional. He was a pleasure to have around and delivered an amazing result that exceeded our expectations. Similarly, Bill, our project manager, was fantastic. Scaled renovations can be complex and frustrating, but Bill’s positive attitude and clear communication made the entire process enjoyable.

Overall, I would certainly contract with Magnolia again because you can be confident the end result will be great. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer more design resources—things like idea generation, 3D rendering, and appliance advice would really help clients visualize their projects from the start. That aside, Magnolia is a top-notch team, and I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job on my full-bathroom. Always cleaned up at the end of the day, and worked on it 3-4 days a week for 4 weeks. The price and construction time was higher than other contractors, but the quality of the final product makes up for it.

I would recommend Magnolia for your next home renovation project. They did such a great job with my home. We also loved that they got it done in 2 months!
Our original intent was to update our kitchen, laundry room, convert our 1st floor half bath to a full bath and update the stairway to the 2nd floor. The whole look of the house was stuck in the 90s. We ended up adding to the job by changing the flooring for the entire 1st floor and also renovating the family room by removing the fake wood paneling.
Magnolia did a fantastic job. Our house looks brand new!!! I am totally obsessed with my new kitchen. We had so much great feedback from family and friends on how our house looks now that it is done.
Pre-work/pre planning was exceptional. Magnolia kept us on target with making sure we completed our selections prior to the start of demo. Nicole and Alexis were great communicators and kept us on track. They coordinated the delivery of the materials and made sure everything was on site before the project started.
The owners are involved with your project. Chris Fontana made sure that we were happy with the project from start to end.
Project management: When the demo begins, you have your own dedicated project manager. We worked with Chris Cusamano and he did a great job coordinating all the subcontractors and keeping us informed of the schedule week to week. Magnolia also takes care of the permits and all the inspections.
All vendors/subcontractors were fantastic. They did great work and were professional.
We absolutely loved the quality of work from their general contractor, Juhas Construction. Josef, Daniel and Alex did such a great job with our home. We love their attention to detail and high quality of work.. They truly went above and beyond.
Their architect did a fantastic job with the layout and incorporated our feedback as well for the final design.
Chris Johnson from Special Additions provided the design for our cabinets. We appreciated how thoughtful he was about the space. He was very thorough and patient with us. The original design did not fit our needs, and when he received our feedback, the final design was exceptional!! We love how our kitchen is laid out and it just feels so open and functional. He was also very helpful with problem solving. We had an issue with how our kitchen hood would vent to the outside and he went out of his way to provide options.
We loved working with Heather Dephillips from General Plumbing Supply. She spent a lot of time with us picking out all the fixtures and inspiring us with the design of the kitchen and bathroom. We love
the custom made vanity that she helped us select for our bathroom.
Lou from Standard Tile was awesome to work with. He helped us select our kitchen and bathroom tiles. He went above and beyond with the final product.
Micah from Sparkle flooring was great to work with and very patient with us. His team did such a great job with the flooring.
When it comes to pricing, Magnolia comes in at a higher price point than others. I’ve had other projects at my house prior to this where we selected a contractor with the lowest price point and it was a headache from start to finish. We had to manage everything AND the former contractors took months to finish. I think it is worth the extra dollars to not have to deal with coordinating/scheduling contractors, don’t have to deal with permits and inspections, you don’t have to deal with going to Home Depot or Lowe’s multiple times to get supplies. Magnolia manages all the work for you. Believe me, we have had to do all these things on our own with our previous projects (such as our basement and upstairs bathrooms).
Another advantage is that you can finance your project with Magnolia so that you don’t have to pay for the whole thing up front. We financed and had a great rate for the loan. There’s no prepayment penalty either.
Overall, I think it is worth every penny to have Magnolia manage your home renovation project. They provide quality work and it shows!

We are in love with our kitchen/mudroom remodel project! From start to finish, Magnolia Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We were told that the project would take about 3 months and the project actually took less time, which we were extremely happy about. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. The team (Vic, Bill, Frank, Alexis, Nichole and Karen) were always willing to listen to any of our concerns and address our questions in a timely manner. Also, the vendors that were recommended exceeded our expectations- we love it all. The level of professionalism and dedication showed throughout the entire project. What can I say! They were very patient with me as it was a possitive but yet a challenge to pick out and decorate my new space. They worked with me and really went above and beyond ! Magnolias job wasn’t just to make my home beautiful which they exceeded my expectations on. Their job was also making sure I was 1000000 percent happy with the job they set out to do which, I was! I worked with many people named Chris but a huge shout out to Chris who was the project manager that really did wonders making sure the job ran smoothly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Vic also made it a point to come by several times to make sure things got done which was nice to see the owner of a huge company making time for his clients. From start to finish the work on my homes basement renovation was excellent and handled very professionally. All activities from the design details to finial cleanup were performed to a very high standard.

Recently I had my bathroom remodeled by Magnolia. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone involved was very professional and answered all my questions in a manner that was informative and considerate. Would I hire Magnolia again – ABSOLUTELY!

As you should never represent yourself in court, you should never act as your own General Contractor. MyProject Manager answer all your questions, ensured the project was moving and managed the subcontractors. The whole company acted as my safety net making sure my project was moving, and benchmarks were being met.

The subcontractors worked quickly, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The materials used (the ones you don’t see) were quality grade. Magnolia’s positive relationships with suppliers and the decent people at those stores made it so easy to choose fixtures/tiles that suited my lifestyle.

As with all construction projects there are a lot of moving parts and issues pop up. It is how Magnolia addressed those issues to keep costs down and keep the project moving that impressed me and took much of the anxiety off my shoulders.

We hired Magnolia to do a full bathroom reno. They all were professional and a pleasure to work with, the whole team down to the installers. Immense care was shown to our house and in the work they did. We were consulted often and they sought my feedback every step of the way to ensure I was getting what I wanted and it was installed to my specifications. We worked through some design changes and challenges which impressed me a great deal. They also saw that the project stayed timely for completion. We used Magnolia to renovate our dated bathroom and powder room and to install an exterior handrail for our front door stairs. From the initial estimate to the completion of the final punch list items, everyone was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During our initial consultation, RJ listened to our concerns that we wanted the renovation to incorporate features to allow my wife and I to be able to age in place at our house. RJ came up with a design with a walk-in shower, comfort-height toilet, and strategically placed safety rails to accomplish what we needed, and the end result looks beautiful. Our project manager Chris communicated well and did an amazing job of scheduling the plumbers, electricians, and coordinating the workers to get the job done on time. He was great at addressing any concerns we had and wanted us to be happy with the end result.
Magnolia’s bid for this project was one of the higher ones we received, but they take care of all permits and inspections with the city, their subcontractors for plumbing and electrical are licensed professionals, and their employees take pride in doing a good job. We were very pleased and would hire them again.

This was our first project with Magnolia and they were fantastic! James was a great project manager, always responsive and willing to help. We’re happy with the way our master suite turned out and look forward to using them in the future.

Veronica was great to work with - she listened to what we were looking for and more than delivered! She gave great advice with design choices and helped us pick what would look great and fit our budget. Communication was frequent clean the clean up was perfect. Would definitely use Magnolia again!

My wife and I recently hired Magnolia to side our house. I'm giving 3 stars because the work they did was great and our house came out beautifully. However the clean up job they did isn't even 1 star. They came out 3 times to clean up and we are still finding nails and debris all over the property. The pictures show the great job they did siding and the horrible job cleaning up. One pictures are nails we found walking around the property after the 2nd time they came. The other picture are nails I found after purchasing my own magnetic sweeper after the 3rd clean up. They do great work but you'll be left cleaning up for days. Will update with findings as I continue to sweep my property.(A lot of stuff nails and debris aren't pictured).

I contracted with Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to complete the renovation of my master bath and guest bath this year. Before my project started, I found out my roof needed to be replaced which would involve 2 skylights that were part of the bathroom remodel. I received a competitive estimate from Magnolia for this additional work and they scheduled it the next week to ensure my bathroom project could start on time. My roof looks amazing.

I chose Magnolia for my bathroom remodel because I wanted a company that provides a project manager to liaise with any/all subcontractors assigned to the job to ensure I would receive exactly what I wanted with less stress on me. Magnolia delivered!

I need to give a shout out to the carpenter, Ahmed, that I had the pleasure of working with. I'm very particular on how things look, especially symmetry, and he completed everything to my satisfaction.

It's been 4 months since my project was completed and I still walk into those rooms feeling so satisfied with the decision I made to work with the Magnolia team. They are an honest company, are customer service oriented, and deliver quality results.

Went above and beyond our expectations. They were very thorough, patient, and listened to us every step of way. The finished project is beautiful and fills our heart with joy whenever we see it. Definitely not the first time we will be working with them!

We finally finished installing a bathroom from scratch and a wet bar in the basement.
The job was done in a timely fashion and the team is extremely organized and addresses any concerns you may have.
Victor is on point (owner) and Chris is also the owner as well which I met once and he seems like he’s a pleasure to work for. He used to work with dogs so that scored them some brownie points as well have 5 anima. Casey was our project manager who is extremely knowledgeable. He always kept us up to date.

Things that needed to be addressed were in a timely fashion.
We haven’t used the bathroom or wet bar yet but the final product looks great.
Alexis and Nichole were nice to work with and break things down easily.
They also have Karen checking in on a weekly basis.
We do potentially plan on hiring them for kitchen remodel, deck and possibly masonry work as we have a ton of land that is not being used and we have a pathway and porch that needs a facelift.
Company stands behind their word if there is a concern or issue.

I needed to take 1 star off as we had an issue with the location of heater that was placed in the bathroom. The thermastat is too close to the heater and therefore doesn’t heat the bathroom well. We did inform the project manager and informed him and he did get defensive when I told him that we would like to possibly get another electrician working with us if we move forward with the project. He never got back to us. He’s a very abrasive individual and needs to find another line of work if he cannot accept constructive criticism. The owner is fine and knows how to handle himself when issues arise.

The electrician that worked for Magnolia charged us $1000.00 plus more than the other electrician when I inquired about other work done in basement. We are very happy we decided to go with another electrician as he gave us a reasonable price with better equipment and barely made a mess and holes were very small.

Magnolia Home delivered on every aspect of our vision for a Bedroom & Bathroom remodel. The project manager was organized and scheduled the contractors seamlessly in addition to being very responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the project. The contractors were excellent- our new standard for future work on our house! I 100% recommend Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to anybody.

The Magnolia team did great work putting up our aluminum siding. They were very professional and the work was stellar. Our house gets many compliments.

We just completed a gut renovation of our basement with Magnolia and they did a fantastic job!!! Magnolia was a first class business from start to finish. First a team of engineers, construction, and architects came to my house and did a thorough review of my basement and its needs. The architect then submitted his plan for my approval which was perfect!. Work commenced about 6 weeks after I contracted with them and took about 8 weeks. We have two teenage boys and run a busy household and Magnolia was superb at keeping in the loop about who would be coming to our house and how long they would stay. There are several layers of support that you get when you contract with Magnolia, from a project manager to a site manager to one of the owners himself. All were personally involved and made sure I was happy the entire time. There were certainly a lot of trouble shooting to do and Magnolia handled it all with great professionalism and first class service. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone looking to do home remodeling. They are a first class business with a well run organization. Your project and site manager are available at any time to answer any of your questions or concerns. In addition, they stand by their work and offer to come in long after the job is done to make any changes that are needed or to address any problems that come up after the job is done. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Magnolia home remodeling and I recommend them without reservation.

Being newer to the homeowner game, undertaking any major projects is extremely daunting. Magnolia eased all our worries and made the process extremely easy. We initially called Magnolia for a quote to reside our home, however, we quickly learned that they do it all! They were transparent with their pricing and where additional costs may occur. Magnolia resided our home, remodeled a bathroom and partially remodeled our kitchen. Every team member we worked with was patient, knowledgable and easily accessible. We chose the Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to replace our wooden deck. This was done after searching several websites, chatting with family, friends and neighbors as well as seeing the work done. Every member of the Magnolia group was fantastic to work with and ensured that a quality job was done. The costs were reasonable and there was minimal interruptions to our daily routine. We have also contracted with them to do a major overhaul of our basement starting in early October 2024.

We had a great experience with magnolia! We previously used a big shop like magnolia for another project and we're not happy with the results, so we were hesitant to try again with another. But magnolia was heads above the others. We had a full basement finish (with egress window added), addition of a basement bathroom, and laundry hookups moved from the basement to an upstairs closet. The project involved taking closet space from our kids bedrooms to fit the laundry in our hall closet. The teams were respectful of our spaces and cleaned up as best as they could at the end of each day, which was a big concern with little kids around. The carpentry, plumbing, and electrical teams were all fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our project manager, Bill, was super easy to work with and very communicative throughout the project. One of the owners, Vic, was also great and checked in on the project frequently. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

Outstanding work and customer service. Our deck is beautiful, and we look forward to years of enjoyment with it. Have received tons of compliments from neighbors, friends and family. I recently contracted Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to install vinyl siding on my home and OMG the final product/result is beautiful. It’s as if I have a completely new home and I love it The entire team from sales to project manager to workers were exemplary and treated my home as if theirs throughout entire process. We are so happy with all of magnolia’s work! They redid our kitchen, master bath, siding and front porch and it all looks amazing! It was a great experience having our new bow window installed. It came out better than I expected. Everyone was very professional doing a great job and cleaning up as they worked. If any minor problems arose, Bob took care of it right away. My wife and I are so happy we are planning to get a few doors replaced now.

This company has high pricing. Asked for a quote to add a single bedroom and bathroom for the second floor over a previous first floor bump out with a flat top roof (so no foundational work needed). Bedroom ~350 SF. Other companies in the area quoted less. The quality of their work looks good from pictures, but the price point is high.

Magnolia Home Remodeling was contracted to remodel by kitchen. They did a great job. They communicated regularly, completed the job on time (or even early), and maintained the area as clean as possible. I love my new kitchen!

Magnolia performed a full kitchen renovation for us which also included some structural work. We are very happy with the end result. Excellent communication throughout the entire process starting with the initial quote all the way through final inspections. Anthony the cabinets designer was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Frank and his crew did a very good job from demolition to the end. Ray and Jim did a really nice job installing our cabinets. Thanks also to Alexis and Nichole our project coordinators for helping us with vendors and suggestions, also Karen called us every week to make sure we were happy with everything. Although magnolia is expensive but it is all worth it. We will definitely use them again. Thanks You for everything magnolia team.

We started our own work with individual contractors prior to the pandemic. By 2023, we had only gotten a few items done out of a long list. We were running out of time to turn the basement into a usable recreational space, or else risk having it be storage space forever.

Enter Magnolia Home Remodeling. We signed a contract in September. They planned the project while we prepped the basement. Permits were ready by December and they quickly got to work.

Throughout the whole process, they took care of submitting and retrieving permits, coordinating with all subcontractors, scheduling inspections, waiting on site for the inspectors to review the work, updating the contract as needed with any add-ons we requested, providing us options if we encountered any issues, and so much more.

The construction work itself was done in less than two months, and that includes a full holiday week in between.

To this day, I am still awe at the level of coordination that they provided to make this successfully happen in a short period of time.

It took me over four years to coordinate a few project items on our basement, and it took Magnolia a few months to plan and execute a dozen project parts.

I highly recommend their services if you need that level of quality and speed for your home projects.

We hired Magnolia to renovate our very outdated kitchen. After our experience with them, I can happily say you get what you pay for. They will not be the cheapest quote you get, but it is worth every penny to get high quality work, great communication throughout the project, and hitting the deadlines even through unexpected delays. The vendors were very helpful, a special thanks to Chris at Special Additions who was a great help designing our layout. We had James as our project manager and he and Vic were always checking in, keeping us up to speed, and making sure we knew the next steps. They were always reachable and quick to respond. We are extremely happy with how our kitchen turned out and our experience with Magnolia was top notch.

The project had minor surprises (expected with an old house), but they were all manageable. All the vendors provided by Magnolia, delivered on their promises and help us obtain the kitchen of our expectations. Magnolia is a good company to work with. They are very well organized around your project to complete it in a timely manner. Their crew are very professional. We are very satisfied with the work they did in remodeling our kitchen.

Work was done on time. Efficient , professional and courteous. Everything went off very well. The only proviso i have is that you must make sure that all probable restoration conditions are covered in the original contract, otherwise any additional work will incur an extra charge. Try to cover all possible extra work in the original contract to avoid additional charges.

We had a powder room remodeled. These guys get it. Solid Project Management and pretty much flawless execution. They are tightly integrated with their subcontractors and General Plumbing supply -there was pretty much no downtime. Thank You Magnolia!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Magnolia on a comprehensive kitchen remodel, and the experience was extremely positive overall and we were incredibly happy with the final product. To be honest, I was completely terrified at the thought of remodeling our kitchen but the whole team really made it the best experience it could be. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results truly set them apart. While there were a few bumps in the road along the way, nothing was insurmountable and the team was always clear in the options and additional costs that would be incurred where applicable. Most of the issues that came up could only be identified upon demolition, but Magnolia did make it a point to notify us up front that these types of things might come up once the team was able to fully assess the layout after demolition.

Magnolia was extremely professional and detail oriented throughout the entire process of the project. We had a second floor addition completed which increased the size of a bedroom. Magnolia has transformed our home over two major projects. Two years ago they completed replacing our roof, new siding, front door, new windows, stone walkway, and new driveway; a project that transformed our exterior. This past year in 2023 Magnolia completed a major kitchen remodel transforming our old secluded kitchen into an open and spacious center of our home. The remodel included a complete gut of the old kitchen, removal of walls, new duct work, windows, lighting, and flooring. From the very beginning we worked closely with Chris Fontana (owner) and Bill our Project Manager. Chris and Bill care about your property, the job, doing a great job, while also being realistic and considerate that we were living in the house while the renovation was taking place. Bill was on site, always available, and is nice person. These are great traits when you working and living in your house every day. They were clear in direction and guided the operations smoothly from design, plans, permits, demolition, reconstruction, installation, to the final walk through. The renovation included removal of a massive wall and installation of a new wood and steel header across the length of the house. The crews were all friendly and did a great job. They were also very respectful of our family and cleaned up each day. I appreciate their work and amazing personalities. To add to it, near the end of the project a tree fell on our house causing damage to the roof, siding, and interior (luckily not the kitchen). Chris had the crew at our house the next day immediately following the tree removal securing the roof and property. Once I gave him the green light the roof and exterior were fixed the very next day like it never happened. It was a major relief knowing Magnolia was on it immediately and took care of the house and our family. When we were deciding to renovate the kitchen we didn’t hesitate to hire Magnolia because we already knew the excellent work and customer service they provided. The final kitchen and space speaks for itself. It’s a completely new house (see photos)! We truly appreciate working with Chris, Bill, and all of the Magnolia team. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for renovation projects. We know who we are calling when the it’s time for our next project.

We've completed our 3rd renovation project with Magnolia. We had two done during 2021/2022. Our basement windows replaced, carpet removed and hardwood steps replaced on our second floor.

And we just had our porch enclosed to use year-round. I must say that working with Vic and his team is a pleasure. I highly recommend Magnolia Home Remodeling.

We just completed our 4th project with Magnolia. We had our steps upgraded and sidewalks replaced with pavers. Vic and his team are always a pleasure to work with and were with us through the entire process. I attached a few pictures of the steps before and during the renovation and the progress of our new sidewalks.

We've completed another project with Magnolia. I'm happy to say that replacing the siding adds a nice upgrade to the house. The MHRG team was with each step of the way. Attached are a couple of before / after pictures.

EXCELLENT WORK. We have used them twice before. We used them to redo our deck and new aluminum siding. This time we had all of our exterior doors and storm doors replaced. As always great customer service. The workers were respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. AWESOME WORK, WELL SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

This is the fourth time I use Magnolia HRG and will be the only contractor I use and recommend going forward. Again, this was the best contractor experience I’ve had!! Magnolia HRG renovated my dingy outdated basement with a fabulously finished basement including new walls, ceiling, doors, flooring, electrical and plumbing. I gained more useable space that is now my home gym and laundry room. Everything from the sales experience to project management and completion was first rate. They answered all my calls/texts timely and I always felt like I had their full attention for my project.
