Russ and his crew were more than accommodating on our 'special' shingle roof job which included an evap cooler removal and navigating a solar water heater. When an issue with the solar water heater occurred, Russ handled it right away at no cost to us. The crew was always on time and cleaned up every day.

Russell and team did a fantastic job in getting the asphalt shingles replaced on our roof. What impressed me was the thorough attention to detail during the initial inspection when we reached out on issues with water leaking from the roof. In addition to making his observations on the roof, he also went to the attic for additional inspection (only roofing company to do so among the ones i reached out to). He was always available to answer queries related to the quote and any other clarifications that i needed. Even during the installation, he did a thorough job and did not rush to get things completed and also explained additional things that needed to be taken care of in future. Thunderbird roofing is one great company that does business the right way! When I contacted Russell to checked my roof he showed up at the time he and I talked about; He spent more than three hours checking the roof and the attic looking for a problem. He took pictures of the roof and underlayment. The best part was he was truely honest with me. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. He said I can probably get another year out of my old roof. He showed me pictures he took and he said see I don't see any tears with the underlayment and showed me a few cracked tiles. Not many people you meet would have that kind of integrity to be honest with you. athey would try to sell you their business right away. I called him after he sent me the estimates and he gave me a written quote with everything in detail. I asked him about the different types of underlayment that the manufacturer makes. I even enquired about the higher priced underlayment. Again he was very honest with me! He didn't try to sell something I did not need. And he backed his work with a warranty. I knew this man was a great businessman and this was someone that would not screw me over just to make a dollar. That is why I hired him and his company to fix my roof. He and his crew did a remarkable job and they worked fast and they were very friendly. Russell actually came back a couple of days later to check the roof and make sure that there wasn't any problem with the job.

We just had our roof done. It was a full replacement and went very smooth. From same day estimate to finish the communication from Russ was great, any issues we had were addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction.
