Working with Chris makes everything simple and easy thanks to clear and concise communications. Never felt like we were waiting on responses or next steps as we were always up to date on what was happening. Our new roof and gutters look great and we finally have piece of mind knowing they were installed with the utmost care and execution. His team has now performed sprinkler system repair, drip line installation, new sod, and a brand new fence for us! When we're ready, we'll work with him to get some interior work done! As we all probably do, I had multiple roofers look at my property, and I am so glad we chose Chris at Thunderbird to do the work! I actually started working with another contractor before I found Thunderbird, but the communication was poor, details thin/sketchy, and the conversations we did have left me feeling uneasy. Luckily I was not under contract yet, and after experiencing some frustration I found Thunderbird. The responsiveness was awesome and Chris made me feel like his only client, although I know he had many active clients. The work was done quickly, the price was perfect (and they dealt with the insurance, not me), and the workmanship was great! How do I know? Because some of my neighbors did not experience such luck. There were too many little things that I appreciated to share here, but suffice it to say that if I need work again, I'll be contacting Thunderbird.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job handling my roof replacement. Also handled my fence, garage doors and gutters. Extremely professional and ALWAYS available via phone or text. There was never a time I couldn't reach Chris. Was out at the house several times and was extremely flexible based on my schedule. I received this name as a suggestion from another contractor. Some foundation issues, and the resulting damage to one wall of my home, required taking down and rebuilding the wall, plus some carpentry work, especially around a fireplace, and the timing was right for a new roof and new gutters to address some leak issues, some of which have been an ongoing problem for many years. Chris promptly provided a bid, which, from my own research, was within my expectations. Work was begun promptly and was accomplished in two long days. I found Chris to be knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs and requests for this job, patient in answering questions, and he exercised personal overall supervision of the job. When the work was concluded, the site was meticulously cleaned of debris and set back in order. I feel that some of this work has been done correctly, perhaps for the first time since the house was built. This experience with Thunderbird Roofing and Construction was as near to a no-stress one as one is likely to have in such a project. I would, and will, readily use them again for another project.
