I have used Thomas Roofing for 3 large projects at my house: installation of new clay roof tiles, re-roofing the flat portion of the roof, and a major repair after severe storm damage. They also helped with a minor update to the roof of a backyard studio. From my experience they know how to do it all, large and small. They have been accommodating and fair. I highly recommend them.

Not sure where to start... but this company was amazing and extremely accommodating. I had a newer home (2 years old) and had numerous issues with my builder. Unfortunately... one of the issues was the roof. Which I found out the hard way with a leak. I decided to have a independent roof inspection and
NUMEROUS issues were discovered by Thomas Roofing. They provided pictures and descriptions to back it up. Of course the builder wanted to send his roofers back over to take care of the leak (but there is no way I was letting them touch my house ever again).
I felt extremely comfortable with this company especially since they came highly recommended. Rick was very communicative and had his team take care of my roof in a timely matter. Highly recommend this company. Customer service was amazing.

Thomas roofing removed my tile roof and replaced the underlayment, replaced tiles. They were efficient, cleaned up well. Roof is good to go for another 20 years. Looks good too.

Thomas Roofing, LLC has been taking care of my roof for the last twenty-four (24) years, from annual inspections to re-coating when needed, they have been, and are, most honorable, efficient, very professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, they do a fabulous job which they stand behind. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job, large or small.

We recently had Thomas Roofing replace our 25 year old underlayment and make repairs on our tile roof. I was so impressed from the options presented when the did the quote depending on what we wanted to spend, to the timeliness, the clean worksite every night even after they suffered through Phoenix heat, to the followup after the job was done. The roof looks better than new and I would gladly recommend Thomas roofing to anyone. Thanks to all on the crew for exceeding expectations.

I can not recommend Thomas Roofing enough! We have a tile roof and needed it replaced. They quoted me a price and they billed me that price. No Funny Business. The guys who installed were nice and addressed any questions I had. Soo happy we went with them.

They know their business and just get it done. On top of good craftsmanship the owners were easily available to answer my questions. I am extremely happy with my new roof.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

Rick and his team replaced an old tile roof with metal and wrapped our worn out wood fascia with metal and did a fantastic job! The did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it, for the price I was quoted, despite a few adjustments along the way. Super responsive and pleasant to deal with!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

I used Thomas Roofing in the past and I didn't hesitate to call them again to have my old roof replaced. They did a great job. They were prompt, worked very hard and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced.

These guys came out to fix my roof and they were done within an hour after they arrived and you can't even tell anything happened after they finished. I had a stack of old roof shingles that I had piled up after storm damage and the crew even hauled that away as well, I didn't have to ask them. I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I can’t even put into words how awful these people are. I’m driving to work and one of their drivers cuts me off and almost drove me off the road!! Who does that? Especially them having big lifted trucks and me, a young female in a car. Shows they have no morals. And now they are blowing up my friends phone harassing me, calling me previous job trying to see if I still work there. That’s harassment! Everything they did is harassment. I took a picture of the license plate and have wrote down a whole report. And I have screenshots & witnesses of them blowing my phone up and calling a job that I used to work at.

Wow they are so immature! I have PROOF, they called my phone more than 10 times! You’re saying you called me back? Who calls someone back more than 10 times!!! And then my coworker from my old jobs has me call because they *67 the work office where i USED to work, I’m not even an employee there
anymore & asked if I worked there & when she said no they said “yeah she does” and hung up. These are grown men. You are cutting off teenagers and driving reckless. It’s not safe for people to drive like that. How would they feel if someone did that to them or their children? Think before you do someone. We need better people in this world. We are all driving to get somewhere alive and we have people driving reckless. I don’t know how to add pictures but I have pictures to prove everything I am saying. So yes this is a VALID review because it’s about YOUR company & YOUR employees.

My story hasn’t changed. You’re driver was unprofessional & cutting someone off and driving someone off is illegal & reckless driving. I’m not going to sit here and continuously argue over the situation. You guys called me, like I stated before that I have proof, more than 10 times. Someone professional would call once and leave a professional voicemail and handled it correctly. So I stated everything that happened and that’s the truth & still you guys are trying to make it seem like I’m in the wrong?? You have bad drivers who are endangering other drivers because of no reason. So your bad drivers are UNETHICAL.

Outstanding customer service. I called about tile roofing and they gave me the pros and cons and also suggestions. They didn't try and push a new roof on me which is great, but gave me the best options available for my home.

Best roofing company with very good results...these guys did a great job ! Very professional on time and cleaned up every day.

Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting.

Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis. Oh well. The train has left the station.

In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

I just wrote a review on Yelp and I'm writing one here because I'm so so so happy with their service! They are so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and really do go above and beyond to surpass the expectations of their clients. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was working in my neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus! I'm seriously so impressed with their work that I have been telling anyone I know about their services. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and committed company... you just found one!
