Steve and his team did a fantastic job in renovating my bathroom and office. I couldn't be more pleased. They were professional, courteous, did quality work, and finished on time. I would highly recommend Thomas and Hall and will definitely be using them for my next project.

I've made a lot of mistakes on this, my first home. However, hiring Thomas and Hall 802 Builders was NOT one of them. Quite frankly, I tried to save money by piecemealing things, prior to hiring them. In the long run, I had people steal from me, walk out on the job, and even be abusive and cause mental stress.

ENTER...802 Builders! They are amazing, and true professionals. They roll in with every piece of equipment you could imagine, arrive on time, are kind and communicative, and after six months of waiting on others -- they are banging out a beautiful job, just in the first day they're here. I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape.

I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. I highly endorse them, and will have them do a rough bid on some other projects, since they have such advanced skills, save up the funds, and keep bringing them back. I won't go elsewhere; I learned my lesson.

Should have made this review months ago, sorry for the delay. Steve does fabulous work at a very fair price. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service as well as seeing our renovation projects through. We will work with Thomas & Hall again!

We're really pleased with the work they did. They came ahead of schedule and worked efficiently. The quote they gave was very fair, and they even made several smaller repairs along the way that they just noticed needed to be done, all staying within budget. They gave us solid advice about other repairs that need to be done. We're especially grateful because the job was not especially glamorous -- no amazing before and after photos -- just structural work that was essential to the house's survival. At every turn, they were professional and seemed to really care about our house. Thank you, Steven and crew!

802 builders were wonderful to work with they came in under budget and did a great job of repairs I needed.also they refunded me back some money from the initial deposit I gave them.

I contacted Steven to do a walkthrough for a property we were interested in that needed a fair bit of work to be made liveable. He was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. He happily took time to explain all of the issues and non-issues with me, and gave very budget-friendly tips on what we could try tackling on our own vs. what needs to be hired out.

It was very clear that he was there to be helpful and not upsell anything, and he even followed up after the walkthrough to offer more money-saving ideas. I would not hesitate to work with him again and would definitely recommend his services!

After a tree came down on some power lines and did a number on our house, Thomas & Hall were quick to come out. Ordered up what we needed and got us put back together better than new very fast. Great work and super easy to deal with. I’m already thinking of more things I can have them do! Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Start to finish, Steve Thomas was great to work with. He was very responsive and respectful, made things easy for me, and did incredible work; everyone who sees the new front door and bulkhead he installed for me is impressed with the quality of his workmanship. Very helpful inspecting my home and telling me what I need to do and what I should do first. If you have any contracting work you need done I would give them a call! Got back to me extremely fast after leaving a message with my number.

Steve was recommended to us years ago when he was first starting out. He’s been nothing but professional and responsive. They are honest about time frames, never wanting to overbook. When so many trades people are unresponsive or never show,I’ve never worried with Steve. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price is always fair. I just can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve used them a few times over the last couple of years. They installed a LvL for our load bearing wall removal. Fixed our leaking roof that last guy said he fixed for us.

802 has done the job right and have so far come been under the estimated cost of the project!

802 Builders gave me a quote on my interior work and my deck. They showed up the day they said they would be there and they did outstanding work. The quality of their work was amazing and they were fast. When they were done my house was cleaner than when they started and my bill was less than I was quoted. I recommend 802 builders to anyone that needs work done. Very professional and unlike other contractors we've had, they clean up after they are done.

Our project has been dragging on for months, bogged down by slow and unresponsive tradespeople. Steve and Mike were recommended, and they swooped in like Batman (Batmen?) and turned our whole project around in. Steve has been coordinating everything we need and we've made more progress in the last two weeks than the previous two months. Highly highly recommend.

Steven and his team are top notch. At my place in Andover, he has tackled several projects and did exactly what he said he would. He is very responsive and always gives an objective and experienced view of the options. I would highly recommend them.

I contracted Mike Hall in Nov for the next season to re-side a gable end above a roof and to replace the metal on that roof, after I had added a gabled porch. After I opened the roof to add the porch Mike stopped returning emails. I got the roof deck ready to have another contractor install a new metal roof but the old gable above the new roof still needs to be done, which will be much more difficult as the new roof will need to be protected. I have never had a contractor disappear without a word and would never hire them.

I had some terribly weathered stairs and a poorly installed door that posed some safety concerns. Steve and Mike quickly gave us a quote and got us in their schedule to get our issues fixed, promptly, professionally and beautifully! I would highly recommend 802 Builders to anyone looking for a hardworking honest building company!

We have a very old farmhouse, and they were able to handle any challenges they encountered during the various projects including the uneven floors. Always professional and no surprises when it comes to paying for time and materials. They are well worth the wait and why I keep using them for my home renovation projects.
