I wish all companies were as amazing as this company! The sales rep ,Jenna, was very thorough and informative. The roofing crew was amazing from covering all areas to updating us throughout the day on progress to an amazing clean-up! Our large, multi-level roof looks fantastic and all complete in one day. The gutter team followed a couple days after and were equally careful and professional! The only company to use for roofing and gutters!

A new roof isn’t something you have to have done often. But when you do, you want it done right, and Eric and the team at Theisen do just that.

We were provided a very fair price on our estimate and given multiple options for shingle colors. The turnaround from a quote to delivering services was fast. The team that did the roof and gutters were extremely efficient and professional.

I always expect some cleanup even with the most careful of crews with some extra nails or debris laying around, but the cleanup was immaculate by the crew. The attention to detail and service by Theisen was definitely 10/10.

Love the new aesthetic it provided our home and peace of mind knowing our investment is protected.

We are so happy with our new roof! Jenna came out and inspected the roof.We had water damage and missing shingles.She also said the roof wasn't installed under code and the venting was not done correctly and the nails were not the correct size.Needless to say we needed a new roof with a company that has standards and is family owned and can be trusted.They came back and covered the roof where it was leaking....Great Customer Service !!! Less then a week.....we had the whole crew here....5 hours later it was completed...... Unbelievable.....Thanks to Jenna and the Crew!!!

I would highly recommend Theisen Roofing,. I had the pleasure of working with them though our Association. They installed all new roofing and gutters/downspouts on all of our 5 buildings. During the process the staff was very professional, dependable, respectful and hard working. They do an outstanding job of cleanup after the project is completed. We also use them for the maintenance /cleaning of the gutters.

When I noticed the roofing material on my flat roof was being blown around(flapping in the wind) my grandson came over & placed bricks to hold it all down. The Theisen team came out 1st thing in the morning to anchor the roof making sure it was waterproofed until the weather permitted a complete resolution to the very poor job done by a friend of the previous owner. I'm so grateful for the Theisen Team.

I had the opportunity to work with Jenna and Brian for roof, gutters, and siding replacement for my house and garage. I hadn't dealt with an insurance claim to this extent prior to this experience; Jenna was available to answer the questions I had and to help me navigate the process. They were wonderful. They came out promptly and gave us an estimate and within 2 weeks they replaced our shingles. The job was completed in one day. They removed all of the debris and left our home as it had been. Great job by everyone with the organization.

Thanks to a recent recommendation by Scott Schramer at Service Master Restoration and Cleaning by Skip (Sycamore), who provided exemplary help with our flooding issues, I became acquainted with Theisen Roofing. Several water issues developed at one time ... including major basement flooding from a cracked foundation. Water issue nightmares brought me in touch with a great team of workers. Replacing my gutters with larger light commercial grade gutters and larger downspouts became a priority, followed by replacing of the skylight. Both projects were handled by Theisen Roofing (Cortland). Having the gutters made on sight was well worth it. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. Everything from free estimates to completion in a timely and efficient manner went smoothly without any issues. That in itself was a blessing. We can honestly say that working with Eric and Yaid was a true pleasure. They have most definitely earned our trust and a 5 star recommendation.

Amazingly good workmanship and complete warranty on material and workmanship, left the property in impeccable condition when they left. Super nice workers, very friendly and easy to work with when you have questions. I would highly recommend them.

Top quality work with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did a complete tear off on our first roof many many years ago and we were very impressed then and they are still providing that top quality service and work to this day.

Theisen Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof and gutters. Eric was a pleasure to deal from coming out to do the estimate to scheduling installation. The crews that came to the installation were courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned and looked like they were never here.

Theisen put my original roof on, when built, in 1988. Since then, they have installed all new siding on the house. They had all new Marvin windows installed in the house and have provided service whenever I have needed it. The best experience every time. I will use NO other company.

After doing business with Theisen Roofing, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Sycamore area. They kept us looped in and involved throughout the entire process when things didn't go exactly to plan and made sure the job was done correctly. We had our home sided and the windows wrapped and rotting wood replaced. We are very happy with the brand new look of our home. We will not have to paint anything outside. the crew was great! they worked hard and were super nice. Cleaned up daily and were on time everyday. Erick came by to inspect almost every day. He quoted us in April and very satisfied with a completed job in Sept.

We are in the process of getting our roof replaced and Theisen is very very highly recommended. Jeff so far as been an all-star, very knowledgeable and competent guy. He’s answered all of our questions and made the process go as smooth as possible. We are very excited to get our new roof.

The whole process with Theisen Roofing was amazing from start to finish. We initially contracted them to do some siding repairs for us Eric Theisen was very willing to help us out, talked me through the entire process, answered ALL my questions, and communicated with me via e-mail and phone. Fast forward 6 months and we were looking to do our roof next, and the answer was easy, Eric was so great with a small repair and their business had a great reputation in our community, they were the only place I looked. Eric came out, measured, quoted us a great price and again answered all my questions and concerns. They were patient in the Spring while I was waiting for my chimney to get repaired, and when the chimney work was done they were very quick to get out and finish our roofing project. Few things to note, I started talking with Theisen Roofing about our roof installation 7 full months before installation started. I signed a contract almost 5 months before the install happened. Remember, when working with contractors, a lot don't have the ability to do you work right away, plan ahead and don't expect them to drop everything they currently have booked for you.

Brian with Theisen Roofing came to my parents home to address my fathers concern about a possible leaking roof. Brian was not only honest in ensuring my parents there was no problem with roof, he went further to help my parents identify what the concern was within the home. This is a professional who went above and beyond and had nothing to gain, but good intentions. Thank you for your honesty and help, Brian.

We have been using Theisen Roofing for the past 30+ years for roofing and gutters. We have always experienced professional and courteous service from the owners and their employees. They just put aluminum cladding on our garage door frames and we couldn’t be happier! They also found a product to discourage birds from building nests that they installed on the second story downspouts.

A few years ago Theisen Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts, siding and facia. We were, and still are very happy with the quality of their materials and workmanship. They are also very professional and always kindly responsive to questions we have. Recently we asked them to clean our gutters with fallen leaves going into winter. They were very willing to help, and they did another excellent job.
We would not consider going to another company for work on our home’s exterior. We highly recommend their services!

I heartily commend Theisen Roofing for my roof and partial siding replacement. With the pandemic, and the supply chain delays, it was a full year from estimate to completion, but Eric paid attention to my specific requests and carried them out flawlessly. My old roof was a bit troublesome (two layers) but the crew tackled it with impressive skill and professionalism, and I'm very pleased with the results.

We had to have leaf gutters installed because of the maple trees around us.
Eric came out gave us an estimate, when the job would be scheduled, and the amount of time the install would take. Everything was installed in a professional way and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend this company.

Theisen performed some aluminum work around some windows at my house. Eric provided me with a quote in a timely manner. There was a minor issue with some of the windows and they came back immediately to fix them to my satisfaction.. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or siding work.

The owner came out to check what was causing a drip sound in the furnace room after raining. He went into the attic to check vent connections and on the roof where he found loose shingles and a broken flap on the dryer vent. We were expecting rain in two days so he had a crew out the next day. No more drip sounds. Service couldn't have been better. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

It is difficult to find a roofer who can tackle re-roofing a mid-century A-frame home built in 1963 that required complicated scaffolding, removing two layers of cedar shingles, adding 3" insulation, adding plywood over the whole roof to cover the insulation, as well as installing the new shingles. Theisen Roofing, a third generation roofing company, did their research and brought my roof up to current technological standards. I was especially impressed that, at then end of each day of work, they cleaned up my yard immaculately. I posted pictures on Facebook showing their team at work through various stages of the project. My friends were in awe! Wonderful people to work with. Highly recommended.

I contacted three local companies for proposals. One never responded. Of the two that did, Theisen was the first, the most thorough, and the best price. They gave us options, did not over-sell, and did a great job. I recommend them.

Discovered we had a roof leak during a heavy storm a while back. Called Theisen Roofing and spoke with Eric about it. He came out two days later to evaluate it and then had a crew out shortly thereafter to fix the issues. Very reasonable price and an all around great local company to do business with.

Have a roofing need? So did I, and thankfully, decided to go with Theisen. I was in need of a complete tear off of my original roof, and to say that I thought it would be hard or prohibitively expensive would be exactly the opposite of what I actually found. The owner, Mr. Jeff Theisen, came out almost immediately, walked the perimeter of the home with me, discussed options, and promised to send an estimate for the job to be done. Unfortunately because I had been putting off the repair, there was a hole in my roof that needed tending to immediately. After my acceptance of his proposal, and because winter was closely upon us, Mr. Theisen's crew came right out to repair the immediate problem that stopped further damage inside, and let me know how many roofs were to be repaired (weather permitting) before they could begin my tear off. All the while, I was working away from home in another state.

Suffice it to say, not only did they begin almost 2 months early, but had the home reroofed, additional carpentry work completed, and aluminum soffit and gutters installed in less than a week, in JANUARY! His crew was efficient, cleaned up after themselves daily, and when I returned home in February and had a question, Mr. Theisen came out the next morning, answered my question and remedied my concern immediately. I had a question about placement of a new downspout that drained inconveniently towards my front walk, and with one email to the owner, the repair was noted, and completely rerouted in 24 hours. I can't remember when I've had such excellent service, and so happy with my first work that I've decided to also have the rest of my windows and doors also clad in aluminum. Theisen's prices are very competitive, and their customer service is second to none! Give them a try!
