We had 17 windows put in and we are so happy with our new windows. They took their time putting them in and did a great job. We have had them in 6 months now and our ac/ heat does not run near as much as before. We could not be happier with these windows and this company.

I was reserved at first when I found this company thinking that I'd not heard about them before. By the time I found them I had already gotten multiple quotes from other companies like Window World, Champion and others. But not Window Source. I was a little leery.
The salesman Tim Shaw was awesome! Very personable & professional! And I got a feeling that he said what he meant and meant what he said! I liked that. He was believable and he used personal stories of his own use of these windows at his own projects that made me feel better about the company.
We had 13 windows removed & installed. They look great. The installers were very good and professional. Great crew!
Our home is older and a lot of the windows didn't even open. We are over the moon excited about having these pretty windows as part of our home!

Pleased with our casement windows. Tim Shaw was reliable sales person. Charles the installer was also reliable and made sure we were ok with the installation. Would recommend this company. The price of windows was good.

Tim Shaw sold us the door which was positive. However, the door is defective and it seems we were left to deal with Pella on our own. Pella customer service is the worst, they never came to check out what was defective, and their service dept. can't send anyone until Oct. and don't know what the defect is. So who knows if they will show up with the right part, probably nothing and we will have to wait another two months before the door is fixed. Bottom line we are not happy with the process or the product. .

These folks did an excellent job! Total professionals. Tim advised me honestly about the best choice for our home without any high pressure sales job. The installers did an excellent job. Everything looks wonderful! They were efficient and cleaned up the work area when the job was completed. Also, every appointment was kept and everyone as on time, pleasant and hard working. I love my new windows!!!!

We love our new windows! We had several different companies estimate our huge windows in great room beside fireplace. Window Source has the best price but most of all the best looking windows and energy saving too! The installers were very efficient and talented in their process! Window Source replaced all the windows in my home last week. I am very impressed with the service and quality of the products I received. Tim, Scotty, Uriel were extremely knowledgeable. They communicated well so I knew what I was getting and when it would be installed. When Uriel arrived with his crew, I left to run errands. Uriel and his crew cleaned up and took all the old windows away. Tim stopped by to check on the progress and he even went to the local hardware store to purchase a new lock for the door that was installed. Scotty also checked to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Window Source because of the customer service they provide and the cost of the quality products they use.

Window Source of the Triad did replacement windows for me about 2 years ago. They had the best price, provided quality windows, good workmanship, and cleaned the job site. Yesterday I realized there was a problem with one window, called the sales rep and today Scotty (24 hours later) came out, fixed it in about 2 minutes, FREE!!
