Called today and was answered very quickly. He gave good advice, and was very nice on the phone. He could not assist me, due to my reason for calling (I called the wrong place), but he tried to give me the best advice and helped as much as he could. If I ever have a need for his services, he will be the first one I call.

I've lived in this 1850 farmhouse for 23+yrs. The bats have been here much longer. My husband happened upon this company, and they came immediately, placed the doors, came back a week later and the bats have LEFT THE BUILDING! We had no idea it could be so quick and painless, and they didn't even have to come inside! 2yr guarantee! Cary was awesome. Bats are happily living in our old barn.

Very happy with the work they did on my porch. We had an unsturdy beam and wildlife professionals were able to come out and replace . They do more than animals and I appreciate it !!!

I had red squirrels and within a week the squirrels and repairs were done. He was by far cheaper and more reliable than the other 3 local companies.

Called today (September 3, 2019) thinking I had bats congregating in my chimney. After two simple questions Cary suggested that the animals in the chimney were not bats but the bird - Chimney Swift. I had never heard of Chimney Swifts and upon a quick Google search realized Cary was most certainly correct. I could see the nests glued to the walls of the chimney.
But what enables me to happily rate 5-stars is not just the professionalism of knowing his craft but the time Cary took to explain Chimney Swifts and the migratory laws attached, as well answer my questions. Did not rush me or attempt to drum up business for what would have unbeknownst to me, been an unnecessary animal removal. Cary's knowledge, honesty and patience were and are much appreciated.

Cary and his crew did a great job sealing up our attic space to get bats out. He did everything by the law (which is very important so you are not fined) and was very knowledgeable. He sealed up a lot of spots in our attic that the builders failed to seal when our home was built 3 years ago, which drastically helped with insects getting in as well (but the primary concern was of course the bats). He was very quick to respond when I called him, very communicative, and his workmanship in sealing the holes was very good. I called several businesses in WV that would not deal with bats, and several in PA and OH that were not licensed to work in WV. Cary was the only person that I found that was licensed in WV, PA, and OH, would do bat removal, and was licensed. Highly recommend over trying to DIY or hire someone that is not licensed and specialized in this area.
