Wow, this was way too easy. Davey called me ahead of time and told me when he would show up. What a great guy, placed the unit exactly where I wanted it, answered all my questions, shook my hand and was gone in a flash. He even showed me how to open the doors to the unit. Will use them again.

Worked great. They just drop off, you have 10 days to fill then they pick up. Easy peasy!!! We filled the first one quickly so we called for an early pick up and they switched it out for us promptly.

This is the second time, this Spring, that I have rented a 20 cubic foot dumpster from these guys. Both times they were prompt, efficient and careful of my property. When they picked up the dumpster, they swept up around it to clear any small debris that I might have missed. The drivers were friendly and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and their service was outstanding. I will definitely be renting from them again, this Fall.

Amazing people to work with. If you ever need a dumpster I recommend using them. They stayed in communication and let me know all the steps along the way. We figured out a convenient placement for it and showed me how to pen and close it properly. Best around in this line of business!

From the very first phone call thru the dumpster pick up, I would use this company again and highly recommend based on my experience. The customer service staff was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Most notably, they were never, ever high pressure and I believe there reputation speaks for itself.

Quick and easy, they dropped off a clean fully functional dumpster. The driver made sure I was happy with location before leaving and when they picked it up made sure all the spill over was cleaned and didn't leave until I said so.

Everything was fine when.we ordered the dumpster. We told them what we were using it for. When it was delivered I was then told by the driver "you can't put a lot of heavy stuff in it". When they came to pick it up they said they could not get the door to close on it so they left and charged us a failed pick up fee. I was able.to shut the door after moving a small stone and called and told them that. The manager refunded the fee. It was picked up the next day. Two weeks later they call saying it was overweight and wanted more money.... They NEVER cleaned up the area where the dumpster was like they originally said they would. And Ryan is the rudest individual I've ever had the displeasure of talking to.

They don't honor their agreement but have no problem charging you and charging you. Do not do business with them.

I was able to get a dumpster in place quickly for a clean out that was coming up the following weekend. They worked with me to get it placed perfectly since the roads had recently been repaved with asphalt. The best part is I was able to do this all by phone. They called me when they were placing it and called me with they were picking it up.

This company was great! They delivered when they said they would, and picked up when they said they would. I wanted the dumpsters placed close to the house I was remodeling, it was far off the road and all mud. Any other company would have dropped it off by the road. These guys placed these dumpsters right where I asked, even taking a chance of getting stuck. From now on when I need a dumpster for my jobs, I know who to call. Thanks for a great job.
