The Service Company

I had them come out a few months ago to replace 2 light switches in my mobile home (the one in the kitchen was tricky, to say the least) and also fix some wiring that was connected to my front porch light. They communicated well with me. Technicians were excellent. They explained the cost of what it would be before the work was done. A little pricey but worth every penny. The tech also made a special trip back out there for an extra part and did not charge me. He communicated well with me. Four months later, everything still works great. I can't believe that porch light is still working as it should!! Thank y'all so much!

I called them about a gas leak. It took three days going back and forth trying to find it, and I was told they charged $85 an hour. I asked the technician if I was going to be charged when he went back and he told me no which turned out to be a liar because they said it was not their fault. I called and talked to the manager and she was very rude saying what matters is that they found the leak. I definitely would not use them again and would not recommend them for service. I later got a bill for 459.35 which was ridiculous.

I called this company on a Monday morning to look at my AC they said someone would be calling shortly to make sure I was home. Didn’t receive any calls Monday or Tuesday so at noon Tuesday I called them back asked if a technician was coming the lady said she would tell the service supervisor to send someone out. I waited until 4:30 then called and canceled. I then called Heblon Heating and Cooling they set up a time for the technician to be at my house the next morning he called me before he came and was there on time. Also he was very courteous and professional. I’ve used The Service Company in the past I don’t what has changed but I never had this problem before with this company. All I can say is they missed out on my money. I had to have a new unit installed both outside and inside.

The Service Company was excellent! They were on time, worked in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. I recommend them.

Mr. Charlie was the inspector assigned to this contract. He performed exceptionally well...also the report document and software is best product I have ever seem in the business. Me and my realtor highly recommend them and will definitely use them for follow up inspection after sevice work is completed.

I recently use this company for Electrical and to service HAV Systems!
Upon their arrival I found them to be very Knowledgeable about what they were doing, and they all showed concern Giving me exactly what we wanted. They also concluded their work in a timely fashion! I would Highly recommend this company! I am Planning on using them soon for some Plumbing Concerns that I have.

They came in the rain and fixed a water leak we had outside. They fixed it the upgraded wag. Our house is 20 years old.

It is to fix a faucet that someone has run into with a lawnmower.

The Service Company employees knowledge and outstanding technicians in every department for the many services they offer. They are a "one stop shop" for all of you HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs.

They actually do follow up calls to check to see if need additional services and they do free system inspections. I will definitely use them in the spring when I purchas my next unit.

In from Oklahoma to visit Mom Air not working 78 temp in house and getting worse. Called after 5 they got in touch with Tech and James was there in a hour. But on the phone he explained the cost the possibility of what he thought it could be and he was right. He fixed it quickly was professionally. He was polite and explained things to my mom we are going to sleep comfortably tonight thanks to James and The Service Company
