Couldn’t ask for a better experience and my new roof looks fantastic! It took them a couple weeks to get my installation day scheduled due to the volume of jobs they had and the bad weather this summer but it was worth the wait

Roof Mentors was very professional , showed up on time and finish with in one day on time. They kept their word and even follow up the next day to check over their work. We sustained wind damage to our roof back in early July. We had 4 separate roofing companies come out to give us estimates. The quotes ranged from $9k to $80k. Some offered to help with the insurance claim while others told us to call them when we were done dealing with our insurance company. Selecting The Roof Mentors was a no-brainer once Stenson came out to inspect our roof and provide us with an estimate. Stenson did not just show up and give us an estimate, he took his time to inspect our roof, answered all of our questions and explained the process, including how they will support us with our insurance claim. Will then worked directly with our insurance company to provide the necessary information, pictures and documentation which ultimately resulted in our insurance company approving our claim and replacing our roof. While this took some time, Stenson kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was in constant contact with us and always responded to our inquiries. Very attentive and even came out to meet the insurance adjuster when they had to come back a second time. Once it was time to have our roof installed, Alex and his crew came out and did an amazing job. Everyone on site was very respectful, hustled and completed the job the same day. Clean up was great and our new roof looks amazing. We definitely choose the right contractor and every one involved went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend The Roof Mentors enough!

It’s rare to find a company that owns up to their name. The Roof Mentors literally held my hand through the entire process. From the first contact to meeting Nick (Program Manager), to transactions, to communicating with the rest of the team, they made a stressful ordeal into a stress free one. I really appreciate the flexibility and professionalism. I was comfortable reaching out anytime I had a questions or concerns. A shout out to Nick for always answering my questions swiftly and helping me understand the process. Another should out to Alex working around the weather and beating the rain.

Travis and the team were phenomenal throughout the entire process. They offered me a free inspection, helped me file a claim with my insurance company, dealt with them and kept me in the loop, and did the roof at insurance pricing! I paid a little more for my upgraded architectural shingles but it was affordable. The crew was quick and they cleaned up like they were never even there. Man, when Stenson came by the house to pitch me on a roof, I was skeptical, but I decided to give him a chance. I am so glad I did. Not only did he recognize the storm damage that had happened, he worked directly with my insurance company to get my roof taken care through my insurance plan.
The team that came out did an amazing job and my roof looks amazing. They were diligent and made sure that they got all of the debris and nails up, and overall worked really fast.

I had a tree fall on my house and called two roofing companies for estimates. The first one came out and was here maybe 20 min climbed on the roof, did not go in the attic and l left. The second roofing company a totally different experience. The second company was The Roof Mentors. The person that they sent was named James. He was very polite , knowledgeable, took his time and did a thorough inspection of my roof. After a bad rain storm, we discovered a leak. Travis was quick to set the appointment. He came out twice to inspect the roof. James, a technician, was nimble & very knowledgeable. He discovered a problem with our HVAC duct work in the attic. Both Travis & James were friendly, knowledgeable, & punctual. We will use The Roof Mentors in the future. As a woman I was very comfortable & felt safe working with them. Good guys!

Our experience was great at first. But from the moment I signed the contract, things changed. They didn’t show up on their scheduled date. Not even a call or text to let me know when to reschedule! I had to ask them multiple times. Then after the roof replacement was done and I started reporting an issue on a leaking portion of the new roof that damaged the garage ceiling, I never received a response from their project manager. Two weeks and no response, text or call! What a blatant disregard to their customer! Very unprofessional! As it rained more during those two weeks while waiting for a response, the damage got worse. I have yet to hear from them. I’m afraid I have to shoulder the cost of the repairs due to their negligence. Let’s see where this goes!

Oh, they also damaged our canopy! Although they offered to replace it, having to dismantle the old and putting the new one up is such a hassle!

A neighbor and I both hired them to replace our shingles. They put her shingles on my house and mine on hers. They did offer to correct and took $1,000.00 off my balance due.

I was satisfied and paid my balance due. Should have been case closed. But, NO! They then emailed me and my insurance company days later asking my insurance company for the date that I was paid and then The RoofMentors would work with me. I found their email to my insurance company a bit odd
, but I guess they were just making sure that I was paid from them.

They went above and beyond with correcting any issue I experienced.

I been waiting 3 weeks for a call back to schedule. Have left multiple messages and emails with no responses. Hard to understand all these quick turn arounds. Every time it rains I have to clean up water that has leaked through the roof.

Homeowners beware!
We had a storm roll through our area and after which a crew stopped by. They talked up how much damage we had to our roof and such, well when the insurance company didn’t agree to pay out for a new roof they left us high and dry! We literally haven’t heard anything back from them. Seems like they were just looking for an easy payday! They never offered to give us an estimate for what it would cost, and never put a tarp on our roof knowing we were having water intrusion issues! We are planning to replace our roof but we sure won’t be using this company. Total lack of professionalism and an even bigger lack of communication.

I was in the market for a new roof and roof repair due to storm damage. The Roof Mentors had installed a new roof on neighbors house and Travis Adame noticed the damage on my roof. Travis Adame and The Roof Mentors did an excellent job taking care of the roof inspection, communicating with the insurance company, and explaining to my wife and I what damage they found and what repairs we needed. Travis was in constant contact with us keeping us informed of the progress and timeline on when we could expect the new roof. The Roof Mentors delivered! The team arrived this week and in on day installed the new roof and ridge vents, replaced damaged sheathing on the roof, and repaired the gutters. The Roof Mentors did a top rate job and their team made sure that everything was cleaned up after they finished. Travis came by the next morning to follow up with us and check on the new roof. I heard about the RoofMentors because they knocked on my door to inform me of some roof damage they noticed after a recent wind storm in my area. I'll have to say they had a very fast response time on getting back to my message. The estimator came 2 days early. Kind of a surprise but that was nice. Very nice people to deal with and are very knowledgeable. My only issue was the estimator tried to tell me what they were going to install on my roof without even giving me an opportunity to tell him what I wanted. When I told him I wanted 3 tab shingles, he said, we don't do that. What!? Some how I feel that should have been talked about before the guy came out and wastingeveryone'stime. Be aware that all roofing contractors don't install all types of shingles! This one doesn't install the old 3 tab type. So, 4 stars for lack of communication up front.
