Chris and his team are amazing! Despite the terrible weather we had he had his team got the job done! It looks great, they were wonderful to work with. Outstanding job!

We sadly had a terrible experience with the Paint Team. Not only were the workers unprofessional, untimely, and frustrating to communicate with, one of the workers quit on the job (in front of me and the owner). The owner gave so many excuses for the poor communication and work ethic and did not offer an apology until I prompted him for one. It took about 3 weeks to get our small ranch house and studio painted and in the end we were not offered any type of discount/compensation for the incredible inconvenience of working with them. I would never work with them again and wouldn't suggest anyone else hire them.

Edit: As I can't respond to the owner, I wanted to edit my review to note that my husband (Willie), did double check our invoice and we were not charged for the painting of our doors (I am not sure how much the cost was, as it wasn't listed on the invoice). It was not clear to us that it was meant to be a discount for the inconveniences we experienced, as it was stated that they are also not warrantied by the company, when discussing that we wouldn't be charged for them.

I had the privilege of overlapping closely with the previously reviewed Paint Anchorage Team project while house / pet sitting for a friend. While I cannot provide any insight regarding their pricing I can note their exemplary customer service!

Chris and his team showed up on time everyday ready to work with a patient and cheery disposition. Their project took approximately 4 days to remove, replace, and repaint all the siding on the home. However, what they managed to accomplish in these 4 days was beyond just that.

Not only did the crew flawlessly navigating the continual needs for potty/sniff breaks for the 4 doggos under my care, they also playfully interacted with my 2 year old son throughout. While day 1 was a series of new people, equipment, and sounds days 2-4 were able to be some of the best informal sleep training my son had ever accomplished, haha.

I highly recommend using this company/crew for future home projects! Their end result was transformational and their customer service/engagement was top notch!!!

The Paint Anchorage Team did a great job. They were very professional and had great communication. The weather kept them from painting the exterior for quite a while, but Chris stayed in contact over the winter and got right on it when the weather cleared up.

Thayr & Annalee spent hours scraping off the old weathered paint to make sure the new paint had a good bond. They took extra care to make sure they did the correct prep work and paid attention to detail. They took great pride in their work and the clean up after. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris with the Paint Anchorage Team went above and beyond to help me care for my house. Initially, I contacted him to get a quote to paint my house. He arrived on the day and time that he had given me. Unfortunately, at that time, I discovered that the base layer of paint on my house had lead, which stopped my project. Chris took the time to make many phone calls on my behalf to find a solution to my lead paint issue. After about a week, he gathered all the information I needed and laid out my options.

Ultimately I chose to have Chris and his team replace all of the house siding and make a few modifications to the style. His crew showed up and completed the entire project over four days.

Due to my work schedule and travel, I have yet to meet Chris in person. However, he kept me in the loop during the project and provided detailed information on my house as they replaced the siding. I left on a work trip, and my house was an eyesore to the entire neighborhood, and when I returned, it looked amazing. I recommend the Paint Anchorage Team and will use them for future projects around my home!

I was happy with their exteroir paint job! Professionally done and Chris so helpful with the financial aspects of the job. The team painted exactly the colors we desired.

Jake and Chris with the Paint Anchorage team were fantastic. My house looks brand new. Jake advised there were some soft areas on the wood of our exterior and took care of it before painting. We would most definitely use them again for any paint projects.

This crew is super professional, timely and respectful. The paint job was extremely well done and looks BEAUTIFUL. They repaired some areas of facia that were rotting for me. Also helped with a few other projects that turned out great! I will ABSOLUTELY hire them again for all my paint jobs!!

Great experience with the work and interactions with all of the guys on The Paint Anchorage Team. Chris made sure the team was aware that I wanted to have good communication with them and they did great. They also were not put off by my pickiness. I requested touch up's a few times at several areas and they kept a great attitude, willing to make it up to my standards. The paint job was done well and I am very happy with it. What an excellent job by Anchorage paint team did on our home ! After we had our house repaired from the earthquake. Cris and his crew came and painted the interior and exterior of the house. Being military and out of state, Cris kept us informed on what’s going on and sent us pictures on the progress of the work. Cris and his crew went above and beyond what’s expected. We highly recommend them, especially to those military folks like us living out of state.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the customer service from Chris and Jake at The Paint Anchorage Team. We shopped around and got 5 or 6 quotes and The Paint Anchorage Team was the best price and most responsive. All concerns and questions were answered within an hour of reaching out by call or text. They even took extra time coming out and providing multiple color samples and were willing to paint a small shed and wood holder to match the house at no additional cost. They also pointed out rotting wood we hadn’t noticed and made repairs on the spot. I highly recommend using this company, their work and customer service are excellent.

Having received bids from a couple of house painters in town, I'm so glad I decided to go with The Paint Anchorage Team. From the very first conversation, Chris was super easy to deal with. He put together a detailed quote, kept in touch through the rainy month of August, and was helpful, cordial and thorough with all of his communication.

When the sun finally came out, I was surprised at how quickly the job went. The house was washed, prepped, painted and cleaned up in about two full days. The guys on the work crew were experienced, very courteous and they did a really great job; the house looks awesome!

I cannot recommend The Paint Anchorage Team enough to anyone who needs their house painted. There are cheaper outfits in town, but I can't imagine anyone doing as good a job and being so easy to deal with as these guys. Thanks so much, Chris!

We cannot say enough good things about Chris and Ian. Our home was painted by a different company 3 years ago and the job was horrific. Ian and his team scraped all of the peeling paint away and properly prepped our home for a new paint job (which wasn't done with the other company). Chris even changed out some siding for us and helped us pick coordinating colors. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. My home looks amazing and I would definitely recommend using them!

Ian and his team did an excellent job on our house! They were extremely easy to work with, polite, and got our house painted in 3 days. I would recommend them to any of my friends and will use their services in the future when needed!

We were their last job last year and my previous detailed review has disappeared from the site. Overall, I have nothing but bad things to say about this business. First, the exterior paint job that my tiny 700 sq ft. house had many missed spots throughout. The one guy that came out to do this "small job that should take one day" took 4 full days! With that amount of time I expected that I wouldn't have found as many missed spots and shoddy detail. I am not a painter but I could have done a better job myself.

The guy was picked up by Ian on the 4th day leaving a huge mess in the back and side yards. Neither bothered to look or inspect any of the work before hightailing it outta there.

The thing that really grinds my gears about this experience was the guy that did the job guilt tripped my wife (over all 4 days) into giving him a total of $300 in tips to spend 5 minutes spraying a coat of paint on the shed (which was included in the quote)! Don't trust all these positive reviews!

Ian and his crew did an outstanding job. Their quality work was evident from start to finish. They were very thorough, professional and paid attention to detail. They even restored the sliding door trim back to its original luster. We were the third house on our street they had painted and in the process of doing a few more. It's evident their workmanship speaks for itself. We are very pleased with the results! Thanks Chris for the super job done by your team!

Chris and his team painted our house back in 2012 and it still looks like it just got newly painted today. Ours was a more complicated job and the team worked diligently to deal with all the challenges. Chris was prompt, attentive, personable and straightforward. He worked with us closely every step of the way - from making sure we were happy with the initial paint and trim selections to arranging for a few touch ups the following year.

I've been through more than a few remodels and additions now and have experienced a wide variety of contractor work ethics and results. Chris and Paint Anchorage are right up there at the top and I look forward to working with them again in the future on other projects.

Ian and the guys from Paint Anchorage did a great job. Good prep work and great attention to detail. You can tell the team has good character and I trusted them with my home and know they will come back and fix any detail that I may find down the road. Chris was also super responsive and professional setting up the job.

Chris and his Team can only be described in one word... Awesome. Less than 4 hours from their bid to the time they started pressure washing the house. Jake was a work horse, scraped/painted/trimmed the entire house in less than 48 hours. Not only was he a professional painter, but he was just a nice guy. My house looks amazing, and I have already recommended The Paint Anchorage Team to two of my neighbors. I plan on doing some interior work this fall/winter and will definitely call Chris this fall.

The paint team came in and was very professional and detail oriented! There was never any sloppy work even with all the cut-ins and brush work they had to do to accommodate our paint scheme. The team was very conscientious about spreading tarps out so as not to get paint where it was not suppose to be. And, they acted like they really enjoyed their work!
After they finished painting they looked at every cut-in and brush work area and even applied more coats to areas that needed it. They were in and out in 2 1/2 days and even repaired some sheet rock where nail holes for picture hanging had damaged the wall

Wow. I'm really happy. I can't believe the change my house took after the guys came out and painted. It looks great! The crew was really fast, professional, and friendly and Chris came by too to check up on it at the end.

Chris was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Did an excellent job in cleaning and prepping the house for painting. Crews were punctual, took suggestions, and were very careful painting around windows and doors, and overall did an excellent job in painting my house. Crews did a good job of checking their work, and going back and re-spraying areas that needed a second coat - plus they did a thorough job of cleaning up after they finished painting. Would use Paint Anchorage again next time I paint my house.

Chris and the Paint Anchorage crew were great to work with! Chris was available after hours and on weekends for calls. He even sent photos of the job while we were out of town. As soon as weather cooperated, the job was done quickly. Two thumbs up!
