The Morgan's llc

I don't normally write bad reviews. I usually just like to leave happy reviews, but this experience is was so bad that others need to be warned. After saving for years to put up a barn, my best friend got to the last step of putting the metal siding on. I have some experience with metal siding, but was very busy at the time and didn't have enough time to dedicate to helping her. So she opted to get quotes and hire a company. This company came in with a too good to be true quote. Unfortunately, after paying the deposit she found out that it was indeed too good to be true. The project was significantly delayed due to "crew availability" so finally when it was started it was with a COMPLETELY inexperienced crew. They messed up the project so badly that the metal couldn't be salvaged. We couldn't re-do the work correctly because the material was ruined. The full sheets of metal were cut in the MIDDLE so that they no longer reached the full height of the barn. Then the upper sheets were installed first, then the lower sheets. Anyone who knows anything about waterproofing knows that water will POUR into the barn with the first storm. Nathan REFUSED to make the situation right, and still refuses to do so. I'm sorry, but when you own a business and really screw something up, at least refund the THOUSANDS of hard earned dollars that you took for the project! It has been months of trying to save up enough to start over again.

Our project has been over 4 years in the making. My wife and I have been looking forward to a completed building and contracting the Morgan's LLC was the last step in finishing the project. Terrible craftsmanship, poor customer service, and gross overstatement of their skills/ability to complete the project is all I can say about this company.

STAY AWAY!! I wish I could give 0 stars on this review. I cannot overstate how unprofessional and underqualified the Morgan's LLC is in the construction field. I had a small barn project that needed metal put up on the walls. I was assured by Nathan his team could handle it - no problem. Not only did they have no idea how to put metal siding up, but it also took them almost 4 months from the original start date to begin the work - including giving me false start dates which resulted in me moving my livestock offsite multiple times unnecessarily. Only a few days into the work, we had to make them stop the project and leave the property before their team damaged the purchased metal anymore. Everything was unlevel, not square, misaligned, crooked, not weatherproof, and there were sharp edges everywhere. I had to keep my horses boarded off property for over a month so we could get evaluations done. Eventually we had to take all of their work down ourselves to make it safe for livestock again. Multiple professionals came out and confirmed the project was an embarrassing, unsalvageable disaster. Nathan refused to refund the money for the damaged materials, and I had to take him to court. The judge was definitive that the Morgans LLC was at fault and actually said "If you did this to my property, I would have kicked you out too." Even though we won the case, Nathan still refused to pay the money. I had to go through the whole garnishment process, and I still do not have the full amount I am due.
I have never left a bad review before. But I feel responsible to inform everyone to STAY AWAY and DO NOT hire this company for your projects. I have never seen such poor quality of work and unprofessionalism.
