So, I never ever post reviews but... T.H.E. Inc. Roofing and Building Contractors did exactly what they said they would do. And then some !
T.H.E. Roofing restored my mothers' roof in 2016. She couldn't stop talking about how " they really helped me out." So, I gave them a call as soon as the leaking started on my ceiling at my house. They came out the next day to look at both my house and the garage roofs. This gentleman Martinez took pictures to show me what was on my roof and explained what was needed to to have the job done right.
It felt like a lot at first, but they took the time to walk me through everything. Even when I was hesitant they told me "we got your back in this." I was sold when they told me they can replace both my roofs, all the gutters, and take care of the inside damage for less than what was was estimated originally.
The whole process was a pleasant surprise. I am so glad I signed with them. They got all the work done to stop the leaking and I finally got the look I wanted on the outside of my house.. I got my brown like I always wanted.
I was impressed on how they were always on top of it no matter what. They always seemed to be a step ahead.
I remember it was getting dark when they finished the roofs in 1 day. Like when I was getting worried that they might miss something when they were cleaning up, but before I could mention it to him, he let me know they will be back tomorrow morning to revise if they have missed anything since it was getting dark when they finish cleaning around the house. I mean WOW. Thanks T.H.E. !! They went the extra mile for me and my house.
I would highly recommend THE roofing company to anyone who likes 5 Star customer service and incredibly fair prices. They really helped me out.

Go elsewhere. They are true experts at the paper-shuffle shell-game. Deceptive invoice practices allow them to pocket huge margins after paying cheap sub-contractors to do the actual work. They are finally transparent about how much you owe when they send you a letter with amount due which also contains a threat of a mechanics lien if you don't pay. Real classy.
