I called them for an estimate and they were very responsive, friendly and they did follow up! Highly recommend them!

This company not only provided a free quote within one day, but provided excellent customer service from beginning to end with no drama. Work began two weeks after initially indicated, but was completely worth the wait. The crew arrived slightly before the time indicated and completed site preparations and extra work beyond the scope of work. They completely resided our garage, installed new gutters and downspouts, a new service door and windows in under three days. Highly recommended!

I was never quoted a price. The next day I received an invoice by text that I could not open. It took me another two days to receive an invoice. Invoice simply said: For work done: $1090. It took me two more days to get a breakdown. Would not even list the materials used or the hours of labor. Added a charge called emergency roof repair $390. This charge was never mentioned to me on the phone or by the workman that came to do the work.

The work done was actually okay. But because they never listed nor told me what work they did, we needed another company to come in and do an inspection. The new company will finish the work. Now that I actually can see the work that was done, I don't feel I was cheated. The quality was okay, the price was a bit high, but the actually work was fine.

If Mike or his sister Kathy would have simply written out something like "Replaced broken plywood roofing, replaced missing shingles and vents", there would have been a lot less hard feelings.

Get everything in writing before you hire this company.

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Classic Gutter Company. I got the referral from a friend in the window business (good people travel in packs!) and I'm so glad we used them for our siding job. They had to match some work that had been done previously and it's perfect. All windows are wrapped properly, siding and corners look great. Our interior space is warmer (it's winter) thanks to some additional insulation and wrapping. AND our quote was THOUSANDS less than other insurance chasing companies. I got a fair bid and great work. See you again in 30 years!

Classic Gutters did a complete overhaul on the outside of our home. Everything from new windows, siding, and gutters. The workmanship was impeccable and the employees were professional and always kept us up to speed on what was coming next. I would highly recommend them for your next project.
