I gave my information at the Home and Garden Show because I was told they would match us with contractors in our area. I expected to have emails sent, with local contractors that I could contact, at my leisure. They did send me info on a few contractors. What I wasn't told was that they would give our number to many contractors and I would get numerous calls, during all times of the day! If I wanted that, I would've dropped my number in each vendors' box at the home show!

I've used The Home Improvement Network twice in the past few months and am really happy with the service! One contractor referral performed several crack repairs in my basement while another assessed a leak in our attic. The contractors felt trustworthy and didnt try to sell any unnecessary work. I'll definitely use this company again for other work around my house.

started the service with no contract. I agreed to 10 leads and now in the last 2 months I've received over a hundred. There's nothing written to say that he's going to do it but yet they charge me over $1,500 for leads that are unserviceable. Do not sign up for the service waste of time!

Have used this company on and off for years as a lead generation for different contracting companies I have worked for. I like that they don't get their leads off the internet like other companies.
Easy to set up an account, for the right leads, quick to get started, and compared to other lead services they actually refund for leads when the homeowner isn't interested.
I talked to Neil to sign up most recently, Tamara always picked up the main office line and got me to who I needed to speak to.
