Nick and Kelsey(hope I spelled that right!) did a fantastic job! Had a few outlets replaced and a new dedicated out for an ac unit installed. Super professional and any hiccups we had, they explained very well so I could understand what was going on! Absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing any electrical work done!

We had to have our solar panels removed and reinstalled for a new roof. The foreman was very pleasant to work with. Excellent communication, personable, and the crew got job done in a timely manner; and most importantly, the job was done well! I really appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend!

Use your judgment if it's worth the price. The company response is very misleading because all bills have been paid. All of which were random on when they were due. Some 45 days later some the same day. There was no consistency. And still no official receipts.

Am I ever going to get my free estimate that I paid $300 for back in November of 2024?
Am I getting the receipts I asked for over the last 7 months? The answer is no.

Don't trust this company. Lied about hours and billed us for their techs bringing the wrong supplies.

It's been numerous emails and calls asking for the info I paid for and no answer.

The electric and solar specialist team showed up promptly. Dug into the issue, made good recommendations and then made the changes necessary for the issues we were having with our switch.

They tested everything, vacuumed up any mess and made sure we were happy with their work.

Good communication and showed up on time. Explained the details of the work being done. They were very respectful and cleaned up when the job was done. Also gave me some ideas for another project in the future. Another plus they fixed a few issues a previous contractor hadn’t done quite right. Highly recommend.

The 3 guys that came to Laramie to install our lights were absolutely amazing! They were efficient patient and did a great job.

We are extremely pleased with the system installed in our home by The Electric and Solar Specialists. The system was designed carefully and then double checked with engineers elsewhere.
Most of our interactions were with Ben and Cody who were extremely knowledgeable and responsive to any question we could think of. This company employs very well-trained, licensed individuals with a wide range of knowledge of this field, not just someone who had a superficial knowledge of one system. Our system has been working flawlessly in the months since it was installed. What more could we ask for?

Israel and the crew were excellent. We needed our Generac installed before we left for an extended trip and Israel worked us into his schedule and installed the generator.

The guys were courteous, on time, friendly and most importantly, took the time to explain our many questions.

They took care of all permitting and contacting the plumber they use to hook up the LP and coordinating the final inspections. Everything passed with flying colors.

We are very happy with the company and their work.

Our electrician Israel was amazing! Professional and knowledgeable. He came out for free quote on two floor outlets we been wanting for lamps and speakers in the living room. The work was perfect. Israel worked around my timeframe and we are so pleased with the results. We have him on the list for another future project. You won’t be disappointed in this service. These are places under the couch so they are not visible but if they were it would still look amazing

Israel was always on time and honest. His quote was fair especially for what the job entailed. Him and his crew did awesome work and I'd hire them again!

The process went very well. They came out and quoted us a cost and the price came in pretty close to that amount. They scheduled the install and came on time. The workmanship was good except they didn't clean up the metal shavings after putting the disconnect switch in down in the basement. The only reason i gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because a week later the Generac unit was showing an error code and they charged me $225.00 to come out and reset the code. This was 1 week after the install. When I asked questions about it they ignored my email so I am concerned about future support.

The folks at The Electric and Solar Specialist did a great job on our new solar array. From the planning to the commissioning of the system, they were helpful, flexible, and communicative with us. The process was not complicated and Travis and his people all did a really solid job helping us understand how to offset our electrical needs. The installation respected our property, kept the jobsite clean, and was done in a timely manner. I cannot overstate how highly I would recommend The Electric and Solar Specialist for all things from panel work to solar system installation. This business is a really great one for our Cheyenne community.

Travis and his team fixed a problem I was having with some old low voltage wiring in my house. At first contact, Travis was excellent to deal with. His communication and professionalism were on-point. The two gentleman that came out to my house to complete the work were also great and were good representatives of the company, and most importantly they fixed my issue. I would not hesitate to use them again.

If you are looking for solar installation, this may just be the company that you are looking for. The first thing that grabbed my attention is the fact that they are locally owned right here in Cheyenne. I was also impressed with the fact that all the parts are manufactured here in the USA. Nothing is floating around in a boat coming from China. If something were to go wrong, chances are good that a replacement part is in a warehouse here in Cheyenne. The warranty on the system is very long term, which helped us decide to go with this company. The representative that came to our house was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a quote for us very quickly. There was zero pressure on his part. After we accepted his quote, he was able to shuffle us into the schedule a little faster, because our job was fairly easy. The installers were friendly and had the whole system up and running in a day and a half. The owner of the company even jumped in to help them out on the install. One other thing you might like to know is that they monitor your system on a daily basis, to make certain that everything is working properly. Chances are good that if something did malfunction, they would know it before you do.
I've had an excellent experience with this company. Everything has been running smoothly, my electric bill keeps going down lower each month, and as we get into the summer months, I look forward to building a "Bank" of kwh. As the cost to produce electricity keeps increasing , it no longer worries me.........We'll be making our own!!

Travis and his team are amazing! They installed our solar system and worked through a ton of unforseen issues like roofing delays. Totally professional, transparent and communicative always. They also had no problem adding outdoor receptacles to the scope of the work. Also, hired them to install indoor light fixtures on a 20ft ceiling. They were quick to build the scaffold and install the fixtures as well as fixing a switch based on the new fixtures. Amazing team and amazing work. Our go to electrician.

These guys are the only ones who I’d let touch my house or shop! Not only is this crew highly educated in their craft, but you can have the assurance you aren’t getting some fly-by-night contractor as they are a local business. These guys have wired a hot tub, shop, and competed some in-house items for me. Total professionals and I didn’t have to deal with anyone else besides this one company. Communication, prices, service after the work, knowledge, reliability, are just some of the words I’d use to describe these guys. ...there are too many get rich quick solar companies out there who won’t be there tomorrow. Who would you call then? There’s a reason these guys have been around so long.

I was referred to Travis from a friend for my home inspection. I am currently buying a house for the first time and he answered all my questions thoroughly and sent the report to my realtor ASAP. I would recommend him!

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING, AND STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ok, this is the first time i put a review on anything, but the way i was treated buy this person have me so mad. I hired Travis and his company one time and will never do it again. here is why.
1. got him in to give me a quote on the job that i need, came in looked and told me that he will just charge me per hour plus Materials, so i said ok known the price per hour.
2. late is not even close to what happened with this guy, and by the way i wasn't redoing my house or nothing.
3. finished in 2 month.
4. He finished the job in September, didn't get the Bill until April of the fallowing year.
5. bill showed up with he late fee of 1.75% of the amount, when i called to ask why am i being charged the late fee he said that is how it is because the bill is now over due. I told him that i just got the bill he didn't want to hear it, and threaten me to take me to collection.
lastly when i was so mad about that bill i hired another company to just give me an idea about the job he did and how much it would be if they would have done it not knowing how much i paid by the way it was less then half the price.

PS. the guy that did all the work in my house left this company because of how they treat their customers, and how they always they to to tell people how much they will charge upfront since they are more expensive then any one else.

This guy is out to scam you to the fullest. He talks a good game but his products are trash and he is extremely unprofessional once you tell him no. He tries to fear monger you in to getting his products and tries talks down to you if you do not agree with his opinion. I would stay away from this company, once you tell them no they get childish and act like aggressive kids. He even screwed all of his hard working employees out of money. A dishonest company in my eyes.

Switched out the entire electric panel according to new code. Also installed new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Travis came over after hours when my garage door wouldn’t close and I needed to go somewhere! Nice guy and nice fellas you can trust in your home. Thanks for the work!
