Very disappointed. I started being excited about the professional appearance but they did not perform as professionals. I was disappointed that I had to do the deck engineering and email it in (size, material, location and general configuration) in order to get an appointment. They would not come to my house. The appointment was 3 weeks out after several phone calls and emails. Then the sales person was not supportive of my design requests and highly pushed Azek over Trex although I was open to both and they have both in their showroom. A promise for an estimate was given for 1-2 weeks out. Again, after showing up and a few more calls with more "next day" and "I'm working on it right now" promises, I had to call an owner. It still took 4 more days. The estimate ended up being 2.7 times my selected contractor. The owner simply stated he has hundreds of happy customers and stood by the estimate as that was just "his cost".
I'm certain they do quality work but they were clearly to busy for my 264 sq ft deck.
