Juan came to our property to inspect our roof and carefully inspected every part of it and gave a thoughrough report with pictures to ahow the damage if any. RCSA Roofing and Construction were in the neighborhood offering free inspections. I am usually leery of roofing companies who come around but they were very professional and let me know there was no obligation. They inspected the roof, my fence and around my home for damage. After completing the inspection, he let me know I did not have much damage and the roof was recently replaced. I was glad to hear it was in good condition and he explained having the photos would help with any future claims. If I need anything in the future I will definitely reach out to RCSA!

I needed to have my roof replaced and interior walls painted due to damage from a hailstorm. Fidel was professional and transparent from day one. He explained to me clearly what needed to be done with my roof and interior walls and why - backing everything up with 150+ photos. This put me at ease as I was afraid of getting scammed. He also made sure I understood how the insurance claim process worked as I didn’t know much about it.

The contractor came out and inspected the roof in the Rowlett area. He provided an overview of the damage that was done on the roof with the hail storms that have come through and possible financing plans that the company could assist with. In addition, he made recommendations on the type of roof and how it would be installed. The company will work with your insurance company. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about roofing.
